Terrible and shady business practices. One of our clients was fed up with the poor service they were receiving from Sysnovo and came to us for a website redesign. We soon found out that Sysnovo had the clients domain name, hosting account and email accounts registered under them.We thought it would be simple, requesting these be transferred into the clients name. Unfortunately, Richard at Sysnovo is a dishonest individual. Even after explicit approval from the client to handle this matter with our company, Richard has chosen to ignore 10+ emails and numerous phone calls. Hes intentionally trying to make this process as difficult as possible on the client.I would STRONGLY recommend you run from this company. Weve dealt with a ton of peers in the industry over the years and all have been pretty professional. Sysnovo is awful.
