I am so disappointed with this company. I asked for a tow truck to tow my car from Addison to Glendale Heights. A total of 4 miles. I asked the woman over the phone how much it would cost and she told me $125 plus an additional $4 per mile. No problem at all. When the tow truck arrives, the employee tells me I owe $363. I asked him why it was so much and he tells me that its $4 per mile for as many miles as they drive (theyre local, so its not far) plus I had to pay for the straps. I told the guy that I would have looked around if I knew it was going to cost that much. A few days ago I got my car towed from Hillside to Addison and it only cost $100. Please shop around-because their prices are ridiculous and they are not up front about them. What a scam. Not to mention it took them nearly 3 hours..

Straight up scammers!!!they will say theyll do a job for $200 then turn around and charge you $200 an hour from the time they leave THEIR shop to the time they get back to their own shop with no proof anything else was done in between. Save yourself the thousands it will cost you and use literally anyone else.

SCAMMERS Absolutely padded the price so badly. $150. for waste disposal. Charged for traffic control, thats the police job. Yet when they dropped the vehicle off, they threw the checks envelope on the ground and left. Should charge them for waste disposal.

Worst people to make business say is 750.00a hr and next you know he sad $13,000 and only ones cash this people are no good and stealing from hard working truckers dont recommend even if your life depends on it

My fiance used this company to get this tool boxes brought home from work, this morning he was told one amount and told the guy would be there by 5pm instead he was there an hour and a half later l. When he got to out house he drove on the grass in the first place and then he gave my fiance a completely different quote from this morning almost a $200 difference, and the guy was rude and very unprofessional, we will never be using this company ever again. Very rude and extremely unprofessional.

Today I called around the area to see if I can get some help and found this company to be very close to my house. I ask the gentle on how much it would cost to get my car jump because my car battery died and he gave me a quote of 120 dollars. I politely told the gentleman that it was a bit pricey and im less than 2 miles away then he hung up on me with no explanation.I would totally understand it if he would tell me that he cant change the price but it is very rude to hang up on a customer that is in need of a service that is as easy as jumping a car. Base on my experience with this company, I will not recommend them to all my friends and family. Hope this would help.

We called because we needed a tow. They indicated that they would not send a truck until we acknowledged via the internet that we wanted the tow. In the meantime, another tow truck had been secured (2 people were trying to find a tow truck at the same time). We called Priority Wrecker within 5 minutes to cancel the tow. They indicated that the truck was already dispatched EVEN THOUGH WE HAD NOT CONFIRMED via the internet. We were charged a $125 cancellation fee. Incredibly dissatisfied.

Biggest bunch of crooks i have ever run across. One of my trucks stuck on the shoulder of I-55. Simple wench out to pull him back on the road. Total 30 minute job. Tried to charge me 5500.00. When he realized i was no dummy he dropped the price by 2000.00 which was still way more than it was worth. Sorry, Sorry people.

They used to be Johnnys towing they have under trained drivers that dont how to hook up to big trucks properly and because of there over charging and poor Business ethics they changed there name dont use them a 12mile move cost me $1900 told me when I called to bad

I gave 1 Star because that is the Lowest I can Give.My Truck Broke Down, and called Priority Wrecker Services. I was told someone will be onsite with in 30 Minutes. It took them to send someone 4hrs.Road Service Arrived and with in 15 Minutes, I was told that I need Starter, and they need to Tow my truck to their Shop to put a new Starter. It took them additional 14hrs to send somebody to tow my truck. It took them additional 2 business days to put a new starter in.Needless to say, I have been charged $600 of Road Side Assistance, $1000 for Towing (Even Though it was less than 20 Miles), and $2300 of Labor and $896 Starter. My Attorney will be getting in touch with them shortly.I would advice you to take your business else where

I called this company because our Kenworth truck had a blown air line for the front brakes. We were on a round-trip from Milwaukee, WI to Bartlet, IL when this was discovered.This company advertises that they provide roadside repair service and keep many parts in stock so they dont have to go chase for them while on the service call. Their shop was only 30 minutes away from my truck. Perfect right? WRONG!! When I called and spoke to the dispatcher, I asked if they could provide me with roadside repair service using a mobile mechanic fleet truck. They agreed - no problem. Heres where it all went bad. It took them 2.5 hours to arrive. When they arrived, they brought nothing with them - no air line. I clearly explained to them over the phone (to their dispatcher) what year, make, and model truck this was for but they brought no parts along with them. When they finally arrived, they arrived with two technicians and a huge articulating boom truck - all to replace an airline!!? The repair took hardly any time to complete. When I finally received the invoice, they over-charged me for any extra half hour of time. It took them a total of 3.5 hours to replace a simple air line, but they charged me for 4 hours @ $200 per hour + $130 service call + $91 fuel surcharge for a grand total of $1,001.00!! Thats right - $1,001 to replace a simple air line. Ive never felt so ripped-off in all of my years of business. Thats unbelievable. Do not call this company if you dont absolutely have to. I never will again.

I was told someone will be onsite with in 40 Minutes. It took them to send someone 2hrs 15 min.Needless to say, I have been charged $125 off Road Side Assistance, Mileage Unloaded ($4 a mile) they charge me 16 mile to get to me $64 Mileage Loaded ($4 a mile) 14 mile $60 Towing, and $25 gas charge 5% card fee Total $280

Had a driver breakdown last night and was able to repair himself. Called Priority to bring out 6 Gallons of Anti-Freeze and was told they would be to him in 45 minutes. 3 hours later they showed up and charged $991.50 for 6 Gallons of Anti-Freeze. CAUTION BEWARE!! OVER PRICED!! PRICE GOUGING!!!.. $58/Gal for Anti Freeze

Requested a tow after car broke down in Des Plaines,il.The car needed to be taken from Des Plaines to Woodridge.When we called and spoke to dispatch they said will be 30 minutes until they arrive to tow away the car.Great we tought !!After waiting an hour we called dispatch and we were told they are on their way.Then another hour of waiting passed and we are told by dispatch the same thing,that the tow is on the way.This is already 2 1/2 hours from the tame they said 30 minutes,we ended up waiting another hour.After 3 1/2 hours of waiting,we told dispatch where we left the keys ang got a ride home.The tow truck did not arrive until 5 1/2 hours after the initial call.Absolutely crazy,to be told 30 minutes and and for it to turn into 5 1/2 hours is unacceptable.Use a different tow service or you will be left stranded going back and forth with their dispatch

My keys got locked inside the car, while I was picking my kids. I called here for help, the driver pulled up in less than 20 minutes and had my car door open in even faster!! Thank you for your excellent service!!

Please stay away from using this place for towing or jump starting your car. I used them today and what a big mistake that was. They are a total rip off. They charged me over $413 to put a jumper on my car and then tow me 15 miles. They told me that is rate and that I can put a claim with the insurance company. Doing unethical business will catch up with them. Stay far, far, far away.

What a joke be careful about the rate they charge per hour and hiden fees total BS make sure you get invoice for your payment before they touch your truck i paid $1127 for stupid 20mile!!!! Scam when we talk on the phone he did not mention anything about the hourly rate big SCAM SCAM!!

I was stranded at a gas station and I needed a towing company to help me ASAP. Called this place and the guy was real nice and gave me reassurance they could help now. I will give them a call again when I need a towing service.

$214.50 for a tow within 3miles!, Boycott these SOB idk if their trying to run a business or a game, these people were taught no respect while handling payment over the phone to explain how quickpay/zelle works, their yelling in the background while watching the game using profanity while handling payment over the phone! Its okay KARMA is a MF, took them over an hour to bring the car down to the shop when they kept saying ten mins I had to call them 4x before seeing my car get dropped to the shop!

Took them almost 2 hours to get to me from when I ordered the towing, got towed for about 15 minute distance and got charged $270. Even though the website says the basic rate is $65.

The Driver that came to my rescue was totally awesome very Friendly and very Professional and very quick had me outta there within 30 minutes.. just wish I got his name.. Highly Recommend!
