All the staff are amazing. Delivery and set up before my event! Was amazing to be able to decorate my tent set up the tables and chairs without rush. Did I mention that I didn’t even have to pay additional for that time. Every other place I called would only deliver the same day! The Delivery guys were not only fast and polite but they were so nice greeted us with a smile. I think I have found my “Go To” and “One Stop” rental company. I will be telling all of my friends and family. Great Job Rose Party Rental!!

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The service rendered by Rose Party Rental was absolutely terrible. Just remember, you get what you pay for.We rented a 20x20 tent for my baby shower. We were told we would get a call a couple days before the event letting us know when it would be dropped off - never got a call. I called the day before it was supposed to be dropped and they said I could be on the morning schedule (I am 34w pregnant and needed it there so I could have people help me set up all the tables and chairs and decorations). They gave me a window of 8a-12p. Got a call at 11a that they were delayed and my new window was 5p-8p because their truck broke down. HOW ARE YOU AN EVENT COMPANY AND YOU DONT HAVE A BACKUP IN CASE OF EMERGENCIES LIKE THIS?! And how does this warrant a 12 HOUR DELAY.They said, since my family wouldnt be there that late to help set up tables and chairs, their crew would set these up for us but they didnt relay that information to their crew.I was told MULTIPLE times that the crew would reach out when they were at the stop before mine so I had an idea of when theyd be there. I received no phone call and they showed up at 8pm, the very latest of their window.I would never order from this company again. It isnt worth the lack of communication, headache or anything. Pay the extra money for a better experience, trust me.

Not only are the bouncy castles/slides clean and ready to go… the young men who deliver them are good guys!! Moved my bouncy castle around for me, set up my chairs and tables, etc.Great company!!!

WARNING! Very unprofessional place! Almost ruined my kids birthday party. They decided to blow us off with a rental we booked monts in advance. Customer service has a book of lies they repeat every time you call. They are unreliable and their equipment is old. Save yourself money and time. The response below states that I threatened to destroy their equipment . Why would I do this for my kids birthday party!?! The Office Manager, pulled this excuse out to cancel few months old reservation they could not deliver. Sad, very sad! Why would you offer anyone to keep your equipment for additional days when they do not need it!? Oh, and they are going to destroy it?! It takes 10 min to deliver and deploy an inflatable bounce house. Honesty goes a long way!All the families at the party learned who didnt deliver.Yes, I was not nice on my last call. I got irritated when my guests started coming and after the 3rd call in 3 hours I was told the same excuse: you are the next stop. We were not. Honesty goes a long way!!!I was able to find another vendor and they delivered within an hour.

My hot dog cart arrived late after numerous promises from the office that it was on the way. It finally arrived 15 hrs later. The delivery arrived as my party was starting. It didn’t work correctly on top of it. We couldn’t even use to cook our food which left me scrambling to get food ready for the party.Do not use this company. Awful customer service. I was also told it would be picked up Sunday morning by 3 people. It’s still sitting on my back porch. I hope to be refunded but will most likely not.

Awful company to work with. I second everything that Dimitre wrote below. It does seem that the office staff has a book of lies and their go-to is to blame the customer. Any educated business person would know that’s not how you handle business- especially one where you are providing a service. Absolutely poor customer service.We rented a tent that was supposed to be delivered on Friday evening. They called me at 930pm on Friday saying they were behind on deliveries and that it would be delivered Saturday morning between 8-11am. I again reminded them that our sons birthday party started at 2pm on Saturday. An employee called me at 830am asking me if I could use a tent that was staked into the ground vs what I ordered which was a tent that could go on concrete. After many calls to the business, they repeatedly told me that the drivers weren’t picking up their phones and they couldn’t locate the delivery. Their excuse was that “they might be driving.” There were two people that finally delivered the tent, unsure why the passenger couldn’t answer the phone. The tent finally arrived at 1pm only to discover that there was a missing piece. We then waited for ANOTHER truck to arrive with the missing piece which took an hour. Obviously, as anyone would be, we were incredibly frustrated especially with the lack of answers and information we were receiving. The tent went up 30 mins AFTER our event started and guests had already arrived. Despite all of this, we tipped the two drivers. The tent was supposed to be picked up on Monday and it wasn’t picked up until 24hours AFTER that. Completely frustrating.We called the business this morning seeking an explanation and some sort of reimbursement . We were met with their book of lies, complaining that WE were rude. It doesn’t explain why the tent was late on both ends- delivery and pickup and why there was a missing piece to the tent when it was delivered. Anyone would be frustrated in this situation and then to be met with the business criticizing us. Completely unprofessional.I would suggest never working with this company. Their equipment was old and dingy and on top of that their customer service was beyond poor. There are plenty of other party rental companies available and I would spend your money elsewhere. We also reported them to the Better Business Bureau as I’ve never been treated so poorly by a business.

This review is for lack of customer service. I visited their website and was excited to book but had a question. Got a text message from them and email if I was interested in booking. Text says not to text back as it’s an auto but email, so I replied to their email and didn’t hear back from them for 6 days . Then I get a text message asking if I was still interested. I said I emailed them as requested with no answer. So I asked my question, got a reply the the next day but unable to show me any more pictures of the one inflatable picture. Figured I will try them out only to find out the inflatable was already booked for the day we needed it.

I rented a popcorn machine and a cotton candy machine ordered all extras sugars popcorn mixtures etc... total it was almost $300.00. After setting everything up the day of the party I called them asking how to use the cotton candy machine they said well you can’t use it because you didn’t opt for the 5 dollar paper sticks? Are you serious I don’t make cotton candy every weekend how should I know I need sticks. Ok can you please send someone here and bring the sticks? Sorry no we are not going to come all the way there to deliver only $5.00 it’s not worth it. Ok well then come get it... no problem came right over and took machine back!!! After second round of popcorn machine wouldn’t work called nobody answers I will be charging my credit card back beware stay away!!! Read other reviews stay away!!! Btw They also didn’t pick up the popcorn machine for 4 days sat in my yard.

I’m not a review guy but this company is rough to deal with. Equipment was pretty shoddy. Busted up slushee machine that leaked. I called to get a different one and instead of just exchanging them I was roped into a two hour text conversation with the office assistant. Getting a hold of the office manager(decision maker) was very difficult. Even then I had to tell her the solution to the problem. The problem was resolved the next morning when they brought a new machine that didn’t leak. Oh yea and they charge a cleaning fee but there was an ear wig in the machine they brought me. Cleaning fee is obviously bogus. The bounce house I rented had a hole in it. They also left all 4 pickets in the ground when the came to pick up the bounce house. They just generally suck to deal with.

NEVER EVER EVER RENT FROM THEM!!! Unless you enjoy throwing money on broken dance floors that will take you HOURS TO ASSEMBLE like a puzzle and expect you to drop $$$$$ on plywood to keep under?!? ( why would I not make my own dance floor at this point).I gave them 3-4 days to fix their mistake or take responsibility but failed to do so. Very rude and unprofessional, would not recommend.

We rented the Tiger Belly Combo inflatable for our daughters birthday party. The kids absolutely loved the bounce house and slide. Rose Party Rental set up the inflatable a day prior to the event and came for pickup the day after. This allowed for much more play time! Would definitely use them again.

Most places make you pay extra for keeping the equiptment for longer than 5 hours, Rose rental gives it to you the day before and you can bring it back the day after!! I made the mistake of not doing that and was ripped off! And I mean they will try to rip you off any way they can! Just like some of the other customers that left reviews about this Rental place. If you are as nieve as I was and thinking about Renting from this place just a word of advice. Make sure they put what ever they tell you down in writing because chances are when you come back to square up the tab it will be much higher then what they quoted you! If they are not willing to do this then you will know your the next victim. Also you should know when I told them that I did not agree with these charges the owner started to get verbally abusive with me and using fowel language. I was shocked! This place was recommended to me by multiple friends and family members. I don’t normally complain or leave bad comments online. But honestly Very disappointing experience. No communication. No one sounded happy when answering the phones. Except Dorothy. Was quoted one price then charged an extra 200 and was told my original quote was wrong because the girl was new. Was told to do a google review for 10 percent off so of course I did.. and you couldn’t even tell, because all the extra fees that are added basically tack on another 10 percent. So free review! Dorothy made me feel better about the situation but I was still unexpectedly out of a lot of money. My daughters party was nice and the palm tree moon bounce was fun. But it was way too much hassle and no communication at all.Probably won’t be renting from this place again unfortunately.

We use Rose rentals every year for a very large golf outing that we have at our house. Their prices are great and they are always on time and reliable. Megan is awesome to work with too!!

We hosted a backyard party for our daughters 10th birthday and it was a hit thanks to Rose Party Rental! Great customer service. The inflatables were amazing especially the slide, all ages went wild for that. The cotton candy machine was an outstanding addition!! Kids had a blast and so did parents. I rented this past weekend for a graduation party. They delivered everything 2 days early and promptly picked up the following day. The person I spoke to was friendly and courteous and made the process seamless. Ive rented from other places in the area and Rose Party Rental was either cheaper or comparable. I had the worst experience dealing with these peopl. Wanted to rent a tent for Fathers Day. They gave me a quote, and changed the price 3 times,because they didnt relize it was Fathers Day this weekend. From 410.00 to 650.00. Talked with sales lady Wendy. No help. Talked to owners Son and he told me if you dont want the tent i have IHOP waiting in line who do you think im going to pick. Can you believe an owner would say that? Is that how America does business now with no integrity?

This is my first time using them. Most of the phone staff were pleasant. I rented a tent and some tables and chairs. They brought it early to accommodate their schedule, not mine. They do have various fees which are not made clear when you order, so clarify that. The prices are reasonable, but the stuff is WELL used and not in great shape. If I had another party, I would probably contact them.

Rented tables, chairs and a inflatable slide for a kids bday party. They asked questions about the party theme and ages of the kids attending. To my surprise, when the delivery crew arrived they brought additional items (at no extra charge) that complimented the party theme and age group! Party was a hit and both adults and kids had a great time. Highly recommend them!

They gave me the information I needed over the phone and it was easy to rent. The delivery men were nice and the moonwalk was dropped off before the party. We rented the moonwalk for a Saturday and was picked up on Tuesday morning giving our kids and the kids on the block 2 more days of fun. This is our second time using their services.

Don’t bother, look elsewhere. We were happy to do business with a local, family owned company when it came to planning our party. We were told our rentals would arrive on a Thursday, no one ever called to verify that. When I called them Thursday to get a time window they said actually it’s coming tomorrow between 10 and 12. So 12:30 Friday, still no show. I call and ask where they might be they said sorry, be there in 20 minutes. 1:15 still no show. I call again and explain that I had arranged for friends and family to be at home to help me set up as my husband is a fireman and on shift and it wasn’t something I could do on my own. Even still, the lady in the office was completely unapologetic, unwilling to compensate me for the disservice, and deemed it “unfair” for me to say I’ll never do recommend them to anyone I know. The tables and chairs finally showed up at 3:30, long after my help had to leave and go home so I was left scrambling. They also said “most people don’t wait around for tables and chairs you know”. While that’s probably true, I imagine most people who are planning a party for over 100 people would appreciate some professional courtesy and customer service. You won’t find either with this company. Oh, and, they charged our card days BEFORE delivery. That part they certainly weren’t late on. NEVER AGAIN.

I used them twice in a month. I got a bouncy house and a dunk tank another time. The bouncy house was very clean and well kept. The dunk tank worked like a charm and ended up being a big hit. The price was great! The lady said she is going to call me to inform me when they will drop it off never did. When they picked it up they didnt even bother to let me know or ring the door bell and they forget many things as well, but overall experience was great.

I really needed tables and chairs for my party urgently (about 4 hrs for my party to start). I GOT THEM delivered on time. Unfortunately for me I had to pay $45 delivery-pick up fee when my house is just minutes away. It was worth it.

I reserved a Penske rental truck from them. On the day of pick up, no truck and no idea when there might be one. They claimed the trucks were not dropped off by Penske. Penske was most likely the ones at fault but I had to scramble to make other arrangements from another rental store.

Very easy and professional to work with. However, you should be aware that there are many different fees you will be charged beyond the cost of the actual items you are renting. There is a delivery fee, a 10% fuel surcharge fee, based on the delivery fee, (regardless of distance) and a 10% loss damage waiver fee. Considering the shape of the equipment I was provided I found that to be high. The chairs and tables had mud on the feet from a previous rental as well as no protective caps on the ends. In addition, the the legs on the back of the bean bag tosses felt like they were about to break as you opened them and you could see the metal was fatigued.

We used Rose Rentals for my son’s birthday party last year, and everything was fantastic. Drop off and pick up were seamless, and I would recommend this company to anyone.

This place is a bunch of scam artists. Ordered a tent and change my order to a smaller tent and then added on a bounce house a couple days before. The total was less then the original amount and they charged my card 1 week prior to the event. I never recieved the refund and when I called and talked to the manager I got the run around . Pretty stupid I have to leave a bad review when I was happy with there service. Now I have to dispute the charge for no reason when even the paper work days they owe me a credit. Scam artists!

Our party is only a week away and most other rental companies didnt have anything left. Rose Party Rental had plenty of inventory and the person I spoke with was helpful in offering options that I could select from. I will def use them next time I am having a party.

Reserved tents, tables and chairs prior to backyard party....on day of set up it was apparent two tents would not be needed. The staff setting up took care of calling in the change and assured me “someone” would reach out to me about price reduction for less rental items. So I reached out to them today and in short time, “RJ” resolved it. The setup, takedown etc was all very efficient. All the equipment was clean, in good condition & I will use again in future.

Clean store, it was busy; I had no clue that Schaumburg had a party rental store. The bonus was the huge Koi pond in the front of the store.

I first reached out to Rose Party rental in July to ask some questions and reserve tables, chairs and a tent for my husbands surprise party on Aug 25th. I spoke with Dorothy and she was friendly and helpful. She said they could deliver on Friday 8/24. On 8/16 I called back to modify my order and ask them to add set-up to my order. I spoke to Robert and he confirmed they could deliver and set-up the tent for my party on 8/25. Robert was unable to tell me what time they would deliver but said someone would call. I requested the whole day off of work to be home for the delivery. The day before the expected delivery I got a call on my cell phone while at work from a delivery person saying he was at my house to deliver the tent, tables and chairs. I explained I was not at home and was expecting him tomorrow. So I then spoke with Dorothy and explained I was at work and was too far away to get home to accept the delivery. She said someone called and left me a message but I never got it. I asked her to please have them come back on Friday and she said no. Dorothy was not very friendly and did not seem to care that her company was not delivering the service I had expected. I explained I wasnt sure where I wanted the tent set-up and I had planned to be there to make that decision in person. I also explained that the lawn had not been mowed yet and it would be difficult with tent poles everywhere. She said I could let them deliver now or not at all. As it was 2 days before my party I didnt feel I had much choice. So the delivery person called me back and I told him to set-up the tent as far to the right as possible with a walkway on the North side of the tent. I asked him to leave the chairs and tables in the driveway so we could mow the lawn.I got home after work and the tent was set-up but no walkway. There were ropes which made walking around the tent impossible. And mowing the lawn was time consuming and challenging! So on Friday I had to assemble the 8 hightop tables and move them as well as the large round tables and 20 chairs under the tent to set-up. By myself. Not sure why I paid for set-up when I did a lot of it myself.Did I mention that my husband came home after work Thursday and saw the gigantic tent and the surprise was spoiled.I called Rose Party Rental and asked to speak with a manager. I wanted them to know I was disappointed. And give them the opportunity to apologize. A woman came on the line and asked how she could help. I asked if she was the manager and she replied how can I help. I said so you are not the manager. Nothing. I asked her name and she said Brie. I told her the whole story and she was not at all sympathetic. She said they make deliveries from Tues to Fri. I spoke to Dorothy and Robert and neither one said delivery was not guaranteed for Friday. I explained that had they told me they may deliver any day that week I would have planned accordingly. She never once said she was sorry. She did say she wanted to review the situation and would call me back later that day. She never called me back.I do not recommend using this company. There are many other options out there for party rental supplies. I wish I had read some of these other reviews before booking them.

I price shopped and rose rentals had the best price. Friendly customer service and fast set up.
