My first time using any cleaning service and I was very pleased. Due to temporary physical limitations I was unable to properly clean my condo on my own. Team #6 Aima and Eva did a great job! Id love to know the product they used to clean the built up soap scum on my bathtub. It hasnt looked this good in years. Same goes for my oven. And the shine on my wood pieces is unlike what I achieve when I dust and polish. Would definitely recommend.

This was my first time using Molly Maid and I couldnt be happier. Angelica and Nerey (Team 2) did an amazing job cleaning my unit. They were on time, incredibly efficient, and kind and friendly. I was both impressed and surprised with how clean they made everything!They also somehow made a flower out of a roll of toilet paper! It was a small touch, but it was my favorite. I really cant thank Nerey and Angelica enough! Next time I call Molly Maid, Ill be sure to request them specifically.

We started with a deep clean of our house that had been rented out for five years. Molly Maid did an excellent job even better because I didnt have to do it. This has been followed with standard cleaning every two weeks. This also has been excellent.We have wooden floors, the pride of my wife. The ladies do an outstanding job of cleaning and shining the floors.We have been very pleased with the service for months now and to seal the deal our dog is most friendly with the ladies.

It started with one of cleaning but these ladies are so good, details, fast and trustworthy. That’s why I become frequent customer with scheduled clean. But my love is for team 6 with Eva and Aima. They made my stresses with cleaning gone last few years because of their magic touch. I’m grateful for them. Communication with all ladies from office also very pleasant anytime I need to change schedule.

Ive never used a cleaning service before. Isela and Maria (team 7) were amazing! So impressed with how easy it was to schedule, how promptly they showed up and how clean our home is now. This was a Valentines Day gift for my wife and I havent seen her with such a big smile in a long time.

OMG!!! Team #9 Alma and Angie are AMAZING!!! I asked them to do a move OUT cleaning on my previous property and a MOVE IN clean on my new property and they were outstanding. Team #9 is #1. Angu and Iris had to deep clean a townhome that was 8 years dirty and did in about 4 hours. I already can’t wait for them to come back in a month to start the routine service. There was so much dust on the blinds, fans and vaulted ceilings, I was not going to even try this alone. I highly recommend. We can breathe again.

I used this service for a moving out clean before listing my home for sale and they did a very poor job. I had asked for the appliances to be cleaned inside and outside, the inside of cabinets to be cleaned, and the windows to be cleaned. The cabinets were filthy, the broiler drawer in the oven had visible cobwebs, and the windows were filthy. The bathroom floors had visible dirt and the bathroom mirror was dirty as well. The edge of the countertops were also very dirty. Also, the carpeting had tape, hair, and a tac still on after it was supposed to be vacuumed. I had to redo a lot of the work myself. I will never use this service again and I do NOT recommend using them. The only reason I am giving them 2 stars is because they gave me some money back after I complained, but I still had to pay quite a bit for subpar cleaning service.

Team #2 cleaned my house for the first time on November 27. They did a fantastic job and it was such a pleasure to arrive home from work to everything all clean and sparkling. I am very happy with their service so far.

They are amazing. My mom and I wanted to try it out just because, and it was amazing. It was the best $120 weve ever spent! The stairs were vacumed, the beds were made. Oh my gosh it smelled so good!!! We love it and now they come every month!!

If I could I would give 10 stars. I have had Molly Maid of Bloomingdale for 8 months and have yet to find anything not meeting my picky standards. My shower doors look like new. They do an excellent job and cleaning everything. They have been quick and efficient. The women work the entire time and the cost is very reasonable. The first time they cleaned my house it took 2.5 hours. The second time it only took 1.5 hours.I have recently moved out of state and miss them already.Dont hesitate to use this group they are the best.

I am very pleased with the ladies!! They are always pleasant and smiling. Molly Maid calls the day before the appointment and provide a reminder and let me know the time frame. They are very prompt in returning calls if I have questions. I have used Molly Maid for several years. I love to come in and smell how clean my house is from top to bottom! Something that would take me several days to do. The ladies make my life and schedule a little easier and that is priceless! They are happy to accommodate requests if I need something specific one day. Like vacuum the sofa extra good to remove stubborn cat hair~ugh! Or shine the french door glass panes. I do not expect them to make my daughters bed and was pleasantly surprised when they did at one appointment! They do thoughtful things that add a little special touch to the service.

We don’t have our house professional cleaned very often. Maybe once a year. We’ve used a couple of independent cleaners before and weren’t impressed with either. We will always use Molly Maid from now on. If you’re going to spend money to have this done, just stick with the professionals. They are very thorough and incredibly efficient. Ive been very happy with Molly Maid. They let me know when they are arriving and are flexible if I need to make changes. The ladies do a great job cleaning each time.

The cleaning is always done in a fast an efficient fashion. Your staff have always been friendly and thorough. My only complaint is, there seems to be an issue with scheduling; I dont think there has been a time I have used your service where there hasnt been a last minute schedule adjustment of some sort. Not a huge deal because you keep us well informed which makes the change less painful.
