Amazing service from Taso. The employees at this company seemed happy from the first time I walked into their shop area. Thats how I knew I was on the right place. I arrived at 755, 5 minutes before opening, and the workers were already waiting and Taso walked right up and greeted me. Very professional. Just looking at the cars inside I knew I was in the right spot for quality. Took my 2020 Chevy Silverado for ceramic tinting and they did it in 3 hours. Looked clean the second I was dropped off to pick up my boy blue. Very happy with the results. Now my shop wants to go here and get either tint out a full blown ceramic coating. Definitely quality work

Three different cars, five stars for each one. This detail shop is an hour from my home, and is by far the best one I’ve ever experienced. Most of my vehicles are black and that’s a difficult color to polish up without swirls or streaks. From the professional, friendly service, fair pricing, and top-notch job the shop has it all. Five stars all the way. You will be glad you took your vehicles there. Angelo and Timo really looked out for me. Thank you again!

These guys did an amazing job! This is the second car Ive brought to them and was amazed on the quality of work. Also they are very competitive with their pricing. I was getting astronomical quotes for a paint correction and ceramic coating from other shops and was shocked to see what they charged compared to the other guys, plus the turnaround is usually a day or two depending on whats getting done obviously. Highly recommend this service if you plan on keeping your cars paint in great condition for years to come.

Definitely not satisfied, but you live and learn. I thought i was getting a good deal by having my hood wrapped, a paint correction, and ceramic coating for $1200. When i originally talked to the crew they told me they’d use a 4-5 year ceramic coating, and that they’d use the proper amount of steps on the paint correction to get rid of scratches. They told me they’d had worse than my car, which only had spider scratches. I had the hood painted, and dents pulled by Perillo’s auto body shop, and the car sat in my garage alone before it went in. I would have paid more i i felt like these guys were terrible, but the limited reviews were good. There were no dents at all on my car and Perillo has pictures of the completed job. I asked the gentleman who i dropped it off with to have the guy working on my car to call me before they started work. They never called. I picked it up on a cloudy day, and was really excited as I’ve wanted this done for a while. It looked shiny, but i couldn’t see the paint well for scratches. They also told me upon pick up they used a 2-3 year coating. I saw the dents a day later, and I have a camera in the car that records non stop through the cloud. No one came close to my car. I saw three dents in a cluster on the drivers side door. No car door can do this where they were positioned. I can see the moment where they are hovering over the damaged part of the vehicle on my camera. Went to location to talk to owner about it and he denied it, said he does quality control. Obviously not as it has dents that weren’t there, and scratches weren’t removed through paint correction. The only good thing they did was wrap the hood. I asked him to get his guy to PDR the car, they said they don’t have a guy in house. Owner said he’d pull the video to confirm that his guys weren’t responsible, a week later no contact. They do high end cars, it’s a shame they don’t treat everyone’s car the same as they do their contract with Chicago Motor Cars. Next time I’ll pay more, and go with a crew with more reviews. My loss your gain with a review.

I took my BMW M5 to Timo at The Detail Haus and was 100% impressed! I went there on the recommendation of Chicago Motor Cars (where I bought the car--also highly recommended) for PPF, ceramic coat and 35% tint. I could not be happier. Great communication, the highest quality work, and a fair price. Timo insisted that I take the black car into the sun, because he wanted to show off the top notch job they did! I will be back to do more business with Timo and The Detail Haus.

Had these guys detail my wifes car as a birthday present from me. Inside and out. And a year later it still looks great! Whatever theyre doing to the paint, its amazing. Water still bearing off and dirt wont stick to it.

Ive been at the detail haus 3 times in the last month and what can I say. To say they try and go go above and beyond is an understatement. Timo, the owner clearly knows cars and the importance of taking great care of their customers. AJ, I believe is the manager and just awesome. Super responsive and meticulous with details. Shops come and go but the little things make lasting impression. Ive got my goto destination from now on!
