The car is stunning inside and out and is incredible to drive. I brought my toddler age children with me and Brian and the team made myself and the kids experience absolutely amazing and so smooth. Normally I have a great experience here. Last service visit however, no loaner available and kept my truck overnight placing me at a disadvantage. Also there does not seem to be communication between service adjusters because they sent my truck out for an alignment (which doesnt make sense) and the next day I had to call and follow up, no call from them to let me know what was going on and I was told it was ready. Upon arrival, they could not find the key or the truck because they never went to pick it up. On top of that, I requested it be washed part of the deal when I bought the truck and of course it was not done. Worst experience I have had here and not the norm. No apologies given.. Please get it together if you would like my continued business.

I brought my Jeep in for its 30K service and was helped by Fabian in the service department. Fabian took the extra time to go over everything that would need to be serviced and even took it upon himself to update my service book. The work was done in a timely manner and when it was done, the final price was under the original estimate. Since buying the Jeep from DuPage Chrysler Dodge Jeep RAM, I have only had it serviced at the dealership and will continue doing so because of the professionalism and outstanding customer service.

I started communicating with Brian, a salesman roughly two weeks ago regarding a Jeep Gladiator. I visited this dealership to test drive a Gladiator last week, and decided to purchase it today. I went to DuPage Jeep late afternoon on a Friday JUST TO LOOK at Jeep’s. I have owned 2 Jeep Wranglers in previous years. I ultimately want to pull a camper. We checked things out in the lot and 20 or so minutes later we were joined by John and Brian B. They were low key and just chatted us up. Brian took us out in his Demo Jeep that we were standing around talking about. He was super patient, answered all of our questions, explained options I had and was never pushy, always just supportive. We ended up being the last customers in the dealership that night and left with a Jeep. He called to check on us over the weekend and was super helpful when I went back to the dealership to inquire about mats for the Jeep and a few other questions I had! Overall, great place, great people and I would highly recommend customer service specialist Brian B at DuPage Jeep any day!

I did not have an appointment but was welcomed all the same. Was quoted for 1hr and hour for oil change, but to my surprise it was finished in 45 minutes. Would highly recommend dupage dodge for service and efficiency. Also stop in you may leave with a newer car.

Brian helped me when I came in to look for a newer used Jeep to replace my 2004. He was kind and patient in helping me to find the right vehicle. In the end, I did purchase a vehicle from another dealership because it just made more sense for me financially. I wish it would have been in the stock at DuPage because I would have loved to have given Brian the sale. I would recommend anyone looking for a new or used vehicle to start here and definitely ask for Brian!

It seems like a nice dealership. People are friendly and very nice however I don’t know if they really pay attention to details. I have tried twice to get my Chrysler Pacifica hybrid serviced for a factory recall. Both times they scheduled an appointment and I went in. The first time they informed me that they didn’t have the parts for the factory recall even though I had scheduled it a week before my service date. The second time they informed me that they under estimated and that they didn’t have anyone qualified on hybrids to do the service and it would take a very long time. These are both things that I think the scheduler should know prior to having customers arrive at the dealership and wasting a lot of time that could have been prevented by paying attention to details.

Jiffy Lube messed up my car really bad on a simple oil change, that could have cause my engine to blow. I called the dealership in a panic and worked with Bob. He was super helpful. I’m am so great full for their help. It could have been even worse then what it was, if it wasn’t for the service team. I pass by Dupage Chrysler Dodge jeep dealership on my way to and from work. I would admire their vehicles, in particular their jeeps. I was a little hesitant to go in. My experience with the service department was very enjoyable. My service writer was polite and very informative from start to finish. The Tech who worked on my car, his name was Kevin. Very professional and did quality work that when I left I felt very comfortable that I was in good hands and my problem was solved.

I just purchased a 2021 jeep gladiator, Ive had it less than a month and have taken it back to dealer 2 x for check engine light. First time they just rest the code no body ever told me why or what was going they just sent me on my way.. Now that its been a 2nd time in less than 2 weeks they actually want to do something about it. I have to leave car for the day, I get that but they didnt even offer a loaner vehicle for the day. So now I have to waste a saturday buy dropping off car then waiting to hear back from them all with a new car with less than 600 miles on it...

They are great! I’ve had the best service so far here than I ever had at any other place. I had a scratch on my seat of my new car that wasn’t seen the night I purchased it and they took care of it right away. I wasn’t able to come in the first available day to have it fixed because I had to work and they offered to bring me to work and have my car delivered to me at my work after it was fixed. Now that’s great service! I had it fixed and it looks great.

The staff at DuPage Chrysler Dodge were excellent especially Austin and Cheri. They handled everything we needed done in a timely manner. I was kept up to date on the progress of each new item being put on my truck. I would definitely recommend this dealer to my family and friends.

I hit several local dealerships in my area looking for a Ram 1500 Laramie and landed at DuPage Chrysler to start the morning. I was greeted by Chris D and we talked for a bit and Chris walked me over to an area loaded with 1500 trucks. Zeroi pressure, Chris walked around with me answering questions, zero pressure. Found the truck I wanted and Chris went to work. I ended up with the truck a wanted with a couple extras, what I needed to get for my trade in and everything went smooth.Other than spending a little over half the day at a dealership the whole experience was great. Chris and the rest of the team were friendly, professional and there was no pressure. Second time I bought from this dealership and I would go back again. HAd a great time working with Chris!

Terrible place to do business, they take advantage of women and lie about helping you out. We purchased a Used car from them, that had a cigar smell that just wouldnt go away so we traded it in about 45 days later. Sadly we purchased an extended warranty from them and to cancel we had to fill out a form and provide them an odometer statement. We did this (Mike) from finance was supposed to take care of this......almost 6 months later no refund on what would have been almost $3,000 refund. All he could say is that he did send it in and that its between us and warranty company. We called warranty company they stated they received the cancelation request, and submitted a request back to dealer for the odometer statement and even sent them an estimated refund amount for approval, they never heard back so its been sitting in limbo this entire time. Now mind you we have called dealer over the past 6 months countless times and they say we are working on it What exactly were you working on? If all it took me was a 5 minute call to realize you or the dealership did not follow instructions and held up my $3k refund and wasted time for being lazy!1. NEVER. Never but extended warranty they tell you you have to do it to get the deal but its a lie ask to speak directly to lender and you will see how quickly the retract that statement.2. NEVER, trust this dealership to follow through on promises, once you are out of finance office and they have there money thats where it ends!

I had wonderful service here! Started with my salesman Carlos who was so patient and helpful in my first car search. He found me exactly what I wanted and for a fair price. Came in to discuss the possibility of leasing a new Gladiator, only to have the sales rep lie to me about how lease taxes are calculated. I spoke with multiple other dealerships to verify that I was correct. They were asking over 250 dollars more per month than the calculator on Jeep.com was stating, which makes no sense to me. If other car brands like Tesla are able to give an accurate payment online, then Jeep can too. After being lied to about the tax, I will never return to this dealership.

I came in for an oil change and to figure out a noise which has developed in the front end of the car. After some checking the mechanic figure out I had a ball joint issue. It was fixed right away and covered by my warranty.Great job guys.

Currently stranded outside this Chrysler service dealership with no solutions to fixing our Jeep Wrangler after 2 weeks of service with the issue we originally came for not being fixed, $4300.00 later! We were told by Mike to come on Monday, they will give us a rental car and fix the problem they originally did not fix. Tech now agrees that he missed checking for tire rub (they said with “150% certainty” concluded before the knocking was definitely due to ball joints). The tech doesn’t even recommend adding wheel spacers. We were just told by Marco that they will only cover one day of the rental car and we have to pay the rest of the days while they order and charge us for more parts. We originally came in for a knocking sound while making a hard right turn and wheel alignment. After installing new ball joints, u joints, and sway bar that was supposed to fix the issue. Get to the dealership to find the Jeep battery dead outside, we get home, make a hard right turn...the knocking is still very present. $4300.00 and the problem still exists. This company is nothing more that parts dealers! This is not the first time we have run into incompetence with this dealership! 2 years ago we came for a air conditioning inspection and repair. 2 years later, the air conditioner is not working again. To find there never was an inspection in the first place, just a belt replacement. If you choose to work with this company, beware of the miscommunication from the middle people/parts dealers and try to talk directly to the mechanic. Their warranty is 2 years bc that’s their work only last that long. Careful when they say to come back in and they will fix it, there is no fixing, you will be stuck out with no solution, just pushing parts and their incompetence is something you will have to pay for. The wheel alignment still pulls to the right after repair. Beware!

Went in for recall work on my 2008 Dodge Durango, I had advise service rep that my hood cable was broke, but could be opened with pliers, My regular mechanic and I used this technic several times. I was notified that the service tech could not open the hood, and I would be charged additional 75.00 to used a work around. 3 days later, I was called to tell me the recall work was complete, but when I arrived to get my vehicle, I was shocked to see what the work around was. See photo attached. My hood cable cut, left dangling with a piece of wood sticking out from under the hood. I requested to talk to the service manager to complain on what condition my truck was in. The service manager agreed to replace the hood cable for a cost of 175.00.

It was a phenomenal experience! We drove from Indianapolis, IN to purchase our Wrangle XE. We hit traffic and they stayed to ensure we had a pleasant experience!! It was the best new vehicle experience I have had! Thank you!

Brought my vehicle in for a Radio issue, after a week later I finally got my car back after having to pull teeth to even get a call back. Then after my vehicle was driven 25miles to cycle thru I some how had 3 lights pop on my dashboard for a brake issue stability control, check engine light, and my air bag. Then trying to call to get a update Im told each time Ill receive a call back with a status update yet never received a call, each time Ive called its been some excuse how nothing has been done to it and yet Im stuck without a vehicle when Ive made it clear Im a veteran that has appointments with the VA I cant miss yet they could care less about giving updates or giving a call back. I have never had such a horrible experience at a dealership and I used to work for a dealership and have never seen such a mess of excuses towards a customer.

Called this dealership the other day and they said they had a car in stock. Sales rep said ask for him when we arrive. We asked for the rep and some customer service guy said he will find him. The c/s guy comes back and says the car had sold 15 min before we arrived. The sales rep never came to greet us. The c/s guy offers to let us test drive a jeep SRT and I agree then comes back and says the Mgr wont allow it. We left after feeling this place was not to be trusted. Talk about dangling carrots. We get a call later saying they got a Durango with hemi on a trade in I could test drive that. A few years back we saw an advertisement about all the discounts they had. We got there and they said the discounts were only good for certain individuals and we didnt qualify. ANYTHING TO GET YOU IN THE STORE. B E W A R E ! ! !
