Michelle is simply the best! Blush and Glow has a classy, upscale vibe with the most informed professionals working there to provide spectacular customer service. I started going a few years ago and havent I stopped going back because there is nowhere else that can hold a candle to them. I always recommend them to my girlfriends looking for waxing, facial, or eyelash services. Cant say enough good things about this place!

Michelle does an excellent job of keeping the skin healthy! Very clean and welcoming salon with a personal homey feel. I look forward to each visit. Always feel loved and cared about upon entering the salon. Ample free parking located in downtown Glen Ellyn near great shops and restaurants. Not far from GE Metra Train. Highly recommend.

Small shop with people that take great pride in their work. Astrid does an amazing job with my eyebrows. I havent heard any of other services performed, so I cant comment on those.

I made a waxing appointment, but needed to cancel. I logged in online to cancel my appointment, but somehow the cancellation I made online didnt go through. I was out of the country for 10 days on a cruise and didnt have any cell phone service; so notifications/calls were received. Then I received an invoice for a no call/no show. Since I cancelled online, I wasnt sure why I received this. I called the place and the person I spoke with (Michelle) was very adamant on not waiving the invoice even though I cancelled online and was out of the country. After explaining my situation and asking for a one-time courtesy of waiving the invoice, she said no. Unfortunately, this type of customer service is unacceptable to me. Not waiving an invoice as a one time courtesy (even though I tried cancelling online) isnt good customer service. Needless to say any company that has no flexibility like this isnt somewhere I will be going in the future.

Michelle is the BEST! She listens to your concerns and addresses them appropriately. She does a wonderful job of shaping a brow and not thinning it out!
