Until I sliced into a tomato this afternoon. It was effortless. It was, as if, I had spent the last 6 years with a set of Wusthof baseball bats attempting to thinly slice cuts of meat and fine dice onions. It was so remarkable that I remembered to write this review and praise Marks name out loud.Great guy, great job, and seriously convenient.

Mark did a great job with my Ka-Bar USMC knife at a fair price. It is sharper than the day I got it, and he even cleaned it up and put some oil on it for me. Awesome guy, very friendly, and he threw in a nice ceramic knife sharpener and showed me how to use it! Could not ask for a better customer service experience. I will definitely be bringing him more of my knives in the future.Bring your knives to Mark! You will not be disappointed. He runs the business from his home so make sure you call ahead.
