Excellent locally owned shop. Great customer service. Fair prices. Trustworthy. The owner always answers my questions in a way I can understand, and has even given me advice on how to clean (a coffee spill in my front seat) and maintain my car in between oil changes and repairs. Once I dropped off my car to have something checked. There was nothing wrong with it so they topped my fluids for free while they had it. Cannot recommend them highly enough.

Rick, owner was wonderful! Jump started and charged car, topped car with oil and changed serpentine belt for an Amazing price. Used two battery chargers.Wouldnt trust my car with anyone else-was clear, competent and kind;-taught me how to protect and maintain it, car runs smooth now....I will keep going back to this place. 5 stars!!!

My first experience with them was when part of my muffler just fell down off the car and was dragging. This happened in the middle of a work day with 2 young kids in the car. Everyone was so very kind and patient with us, and they were very honest. The car was repaired quicker than I thought and at a great price. Ever since then, if I have a problem with my car I take it here. They are kind, patient, and fair. I wish I had found them sooner!

The mechanics take great care of us. They are great at checking everything and keeping our cars up to date on all their maintenance. They are never pushy when we decide to wait on a repair. We trust them and appreciate their work!

I have an older (2000) pickup truck that has had the check engine light come off and on for several years. I didnt think anything of it, but it was time for the dreaded emissions test so I took it into Lords as the truck obviously wont pass the test with the light on. Not only did they fix the issue, they also took the truck through the emissions test lane on their own to ensure that it would pass with no problems. That really impressed me and was very much above and beyond (and super helpful as it allowed me to avoid the inevitable long weekend line at the emissions center). Great service!

WOW! My husband and I both agreed that we have never had such great service from a mechanic before. Rick shopped around for the best deal on the parts we needed, and as a result, our final cost was a quarter of what we expected. To top it off, he even took it to get emissions tested for us--on his own time! Friendly, considerate, honest--the service here FAR exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be returning!

Ive been going to Lords for many years. Besides being pleasant and organized, Preston and his wife and their staff are honest and fair. I once was charged seven dollars. I obviously know nothing about cars; Id be the easiest person in the world to overcharge; but they do just the opposite. I brought my Scion for an oil change and the serviceman called me to take it to the dealer because there was a call back on the engine. He called the dealer for me!

Rick and Berlin are awesome guys! Rick Lord is fair and honest. Never had a problem dealing with him. They do get busy, so call or stop in ahead of time to let them know you want to bring your vehicle in.

Honesty and integrity.I had issues with my car door not closing properly. I swung by because I didnt have any lubricant on hand, and they sprayed some on my car door. Since it was such a quick fix, they didnt even charge me! I asked if they were sure they didnt want anything, and he said no, I just wanted to help you out.

This place is a blast from the past! Incredible service, they were as inexpensive or better than anyone else, and they gave me a 1st time customer discount. Then!!! They totally hooked me up with some used tires at the last minute when a storm was coming in. All they charged me for was the balancing...and you could tell that they did it just to help me out!

My car had a problem and I went in only to find out my radiator was cracked. They were very competitive on pricing and got my issue fixed in no time. Very honest and friendly staff.

Nope. Two experiences were both mediocre. Can not trust them any more than any other mechanic.First was a routine oil change; Berlin said he checked all the other fluids as well; fluid low light came on literally the next day...Second was a check up before a road trip. Made an appointment a week earlier with the owner, but when I arrived, Berlin informed me that we dont make appointments and that the owner was out of town--tough luck. After waiting for several hours, the bill was higher than he had quoted me (he replaced a perfectly fine air filter for $15 without asking, even though I was sitting in the shop). Then, I had to return later that day because another part they had replaced was broken. Rather than apologize and offer to correct their mistake, Berlin tried to take me for a fool and make ME pay $80 for a new part. When I refused to pay for their mistake, he finally agreed to fix it for no additional cost. Extremely disappointed to be overcharged, tried to be cheated, and made to wait for the majority of a day after making a reservation with the owner.

I have been bringing my car here for years. They have always done a fantastic job with my car. I highly recommend them!
