So i showed her the photo of the first picture. I asked for a gel ombre acyrlic nail. She ended up using powder and the nails came out horrible. I told her in the beginning because it started to come out badly that we could just do a normal french if the ombre was too hard and she kept going. My cuticle was bleeding by the end of it all. I had to ask her to paint over it black because it came out so bad, but the black gel polish started peeling/chipping off. She wanted to charge me $55 for this. Also, they were pretty rude in there and laughed at me for being upset with how my nails came out. I will never go back to this salon.

Michelle was simply fantastic. Very helpful, took her time, and just let me enjoy the mani pedi in peace. I work close to 70 hours a week so i look forward to some quiet time, which was absolutely provided here. Not to mention the great job she did. The manicure and pedicure are solid- just got a regular job manicure and pedicure and it’s lasting the longest time. Highly recommend this hidden gem

Today, the staff at Cozy Nails accommodated our 9 person party for manicures when 2 other salons turned us away. They were a joy to work with and very kindly took us on without hesitation. The quality, price and customer service were excellent. Consider this my strong recommendation to pick Cozy Nails when you’re in Glen Cove.

My wife went in today 6/26 with my daughter for her birthday to get her nails done. They waited 15 minutes and another mother and daughter came in. The lady running the shop immediately sat the other lady and daughter. While they were walking the mom said “ I know We don’t have an appointment, don’t say anything” she said to her daughter. The employee didn’t even check to see if they had an appointment. Meanwhile my wife and daughter were just skipped over. This place needs to learn how to provide better experiences for their customers. We will never go back!

I had a terrible experience here. The woman who did my nails was very rude and did not acknowledge my request. I told her i did not want my nails to be too thick, she made them very thick. Then at the end she asked me if i liked it and i told her no, its too thick, and she goes on to say “i told you”. You told me what? I specifically said dont make them thick. She didnt try to fix it just sent me out of there. Will never go back

Usually come in for a manicure and pedicure, there hasnt been a wait yet. Always get great service and they do amazing 10 minute massages.
