I’ve been bringing my boys (4 and 9) here for karate training for the last few months. Everyone is very polite, friendly and helpful.The program is very structured and the school is very well organized.Both of them love coming to training.I’ve recently enrolled in the kickboxing fitness program. The trainers are very helpful and explain everything as many times as we need. The exercises themselves are demanding but hands down the most fun I’ve ever had in any kind of gym environment.I would definitely recommend both the kids karate program and the fitness kickboxing program.

My seven year old really enjoys the classes and the occasional activities are great. We had her birthday party this year at GMA. She liked breaking the board and also liked all the games and fun activities she played at the party. It was a well planned event and the pricing was very reasonable.

My daughter started GMA September 2011. She has learned so much being there. The instructors are great role models for the kids; they even ask them about how things are going with school, homework, etc.The GMA feels very friendly and professional. Though my daughter learns well, I appreciate that they really let her take the time she needs to really learn the technique. This seems to be great for her self-esteem. We are very pleased.

My 4-year old son has been training here for over a year as a Little Ninja, and he absolutely loves it! It has improved his coordination, his focus and his flexibility. He loves earning each color belt and looks forward to all the graduation ceremonies. He does a variety of other sports and activities, and karate is his favorite.

07.13.16 I cant express enough how amazing GMA Martial Arts is. We celebrated my daughters 8th Birthday at GMA and they went far above my expectations. I went in early to setup and to my surprise they had taken care of everything, from decorations to party favors and all in between, I couldnt of asked for a more perfect party for my daughter. The team at GMA is 5 star, I dont know how anyone could surpass their outstanding service. The instructors keep the kids busy with games and martial arts drills, and everyone had a wonderful time. We loved how they focused on our daughter and showcased her martial art skills, they made her feel so special, like a Queen for the day. Fun was had all around, and cutting the cake with a samurai sword was pretty cool, the kids loved that! If your looking for a 5 star party that fits your budget, hands down, GMA is the place to celebrate! Thank you GMA for a very memorable 8th Birthday, the bar has been set high for next year!The programs they have for Karate has been a great and rewarding experience for my 7 year old daughter. The atmosphere is full of positive energy and you could not ask for more caring and friendly instructors.

My son loves his time at GMA Martial Arts Glen Cove. He has such an awesome time. He loves the senseis and they work to motivate and make sure the kids have fun as well.

Since Ive started training at Gold Martial Arts back in October 2011 in their I Love Kickboxing program, I have not only lost weight, but I have kept it off!, had fun in the process of working out, remained motivated, and made some really great friends! GMA is not JUST a place people go to get a workout in, its a place that is welcoming to all, and a place where if you are having a bad day, week or month, you are guaranteed to leave feeling better about yourself and stress relieved!! The Dojo is always clean and organized, the Instructors are very knowledgeable and down to earth.I always like the fact they teach children Life Skills that they can use in daily basics.I highly recomemded.
