The location tried to attribute damage to the vehicle to me when I did nothing the staff is amateur and tried to extract the most money they could. I was a very good client but they lost me today I will never rent from them again. So long Enterprise. Way to go Lauren

Not really impressed. Last time I rented a car from here it smelled of smoke. They replaced it, but it was a nuisance going back and forth. This time they only had a pickup truck (not an option for me) but offered me a luxury car for an additional $10 Per day over what my insurance company was charging. I feel that should have been gratis. Too bad Geico partners with them.

Just terrible. My experience was very similar to Paul Pentrellis and Antonio Stancos reviews, so this seems to be systematic shady business from this branch.The reason I rented a car was that the car insurance company of the guy who rear-ended me sent me there. Started of bad with the assistant branch manager couldnt get hold of the correct people at the car insurance company so I had to call. Everything was set and I was informed the car insurance company payed for it but that I needed to give a credit card for a $200 deposit. I signed and gave my card.After the car was returned I started notice strange things. The deposit wasnt returned rather charges of the same $200 was flipped on and off on my credit card. I called Enterprise at branch and they said everything was in order and that I wasnt going to be charged the deposit and that the deposit was going to be returned within a couple of days no other charges.A couple of days later they had charged by credit card $620.54. I went online to check rental receipt and could see that they had added roadside assistance, PAI/PEC and DW despite me being very clear I already had insurance and that I didnt want to pay for anything more than the guy who rear-ended me insurance company would cover.I called them twice but no one in the store said they were trained or authorized to deal with the case and told me someone would call me back. No one did. I called again and they said same thing again but that I should come in the following day. I came in and no one was able to help me because of the manager wasnt there. They said he would call me.He didnt call me so drove to the store and now found the assistant branch manager. He disputed the events and falsely claimed that the charge to the credit card could not be dropped because he already payed the insurance company and was very rude. When I asked to talk to his district manager he wasnt co-operative and I had to call corporate support there directly in the store to set me up with a complain. Corporate were helpful and polite. Im now waiting for the district/area manager to get back to me. But so far absolutely terrible!Stay away!

I honestly can say that this is the best place to rent a car from. I have rented all over the tri-state area as well in the Midwest and these folks are so caring, polite and understanding. The managers come out to greet everybody and ask if everything is satisfactory every time I have rented there. They even upgraded me to a safer car since I am pregnant! Truly a neighborhood feel, kudos to enterprises training and culture, as well as this locations customer service. Shout out to Jared!

Thought i was having a great experience until i noticed that i was being over charged on my last 5 rentals i have been in contact with corporate and the local office but no one seems like they want to help me. Evan is a liar at the glen cove office on numerous occasions and it has been 3 weeks and i still havent received a refund or a call back from anybody.

I go to the Garvies Point location in Glen Cove. And I am always satisfy there. The pleasant customer service personnels, always make sure that I am happy with my choice before I leave. And if I ever have a problem they take care of me promptly. In my book they deserve 5 gold stars.

Enterprise makes renting a car so hassle free. Especially the Sales Reps, P.J. and Billy at the Glen Cove, NY location. They were so nice with genuine smiles. When I decided to rent a car for an extended period I was concerned about fees and customer service. When I read the reviews I was elated to find out Enterprise at Garvies Point has professional and friendly staff. I am pleased to say my experience with this location especially Nick and now Jerrod has been pleasant and warm. Generally it is a good rental experience from Enterprise in Glen Cove. They picked me up from the Honda dealer nearby and made the process very simple and quick. The only thing I am not so satisfied is that the total price reached $300 for 4 entire days rental, and I should have been given more discount as a new client.

Your rental site is conveniently located and always has the type of vehicle(s) I need. Your employees are upbeat and go out of their way to make sure I am satisfied.

This was one of the best Enterprise experiences Ive ever had. PJ the manager is on point. He knows the ins and outs of customer service and was incredibly accomodating. The staff as a whole was very friendly, knowledgable and willing to be of service. Golden Star to this location. I will for sure be back!

This is a terrible rental car place the worst I have ever seen in my life. First of all the car was given to me filthy inside and out. I had to clean it up myself. Second they gave me a car with nearly no gas in it. I barely made it to the gas station. Thirdly nearly a month after I dropped off they car they charged me $1450 for the rental which was already covered by the insurance company who sent them a check for that amount which was owed. They took payment for this twice and I have yet to be refunded from them which I am still in the process of trying to get back my $1450. They havent been helpful at all on this matter. Very bad customer service people and are quite nasty. Dont wanna help you out one bit just look to rob you. Do not do business with this Enterprise rental place or you will regret it. They are a bunch of crooks and thieves. Shame on you Enterprise Rental 1 Garvies Point Road in Glen Cove NY Im so disgusted and angry.

Ripped carpets, dirty on outside and inside (stained seats, actual dirt), only 1/4 tank of gas. People are friendly, but what difference does it make when you book such a sub-par car. They know they have a monopoly in the area, only way they get away with it. Would not rent from here again.
