Telstar installed my AV system with Sonos, wall mounted TVs, internet lines etc in 2016. Whenever there is a power outage or power backup test, it trips the same inaccessible electrical outlet circuit breaker and my system breaks down partially afterwards. Its happened three times within the past year. The system is not rebootable without a $300 service call and they have yet to resolve the recurring problem.
