This small business owner has chosen to turn in other small businesses that she deems do not comply with covid restrictions. Im not sure how she was qualified to do this since she owns an overpriced party decoration store.

I wanted to send a balloon bouquet to my mother for her birthday. I live in another state, so I also needed a place that provided delivery. I called several party stores in/ near Edwardsville. I was surprised to find that most were not interested in filling a “small” order, and were generally unfriendly, unreliable, and extremely overpriced. I had all but given up when I called To-Do’s. Katie, the owner, picked up right away. She was very friendly and offered some great suggestions. She spent considerable time talking with me, sending me pictures, etc. to make certain that I was happy ad my with order was just right. On top of all that, Her prices were very reasonable. My mom, who is 80, lives in a retirement community. I was concerned about getting the delivery there since the community is very cautious about deliveries due to COVID. Katie assured me she always wears a mask when delivering, & requires customers to wear them when in her store. I greatly appreciated her professionalism and socially responsible policy. The delivery was right on time, beautiful, and Katie even called later to see how my mother liked it. Katie really cares about her customers, her business and is dedicated to making your special occasion the best it can be. To-Dos is top notch! I highly recommend it.

Its a great little party supply store. Good variety of party ideas with in-store supplies. We had like 20 balloons filled with helium we bought off the internet while we waited. Not all stores will fill other balloons not purchased there. They were glad to help and of course, you just pay for helium. Good store hours that includes Sat and Sun. Easily found location. There was even a 75% off clearance area. 😀

I will never shop in this store again. The owner of this store has had an attitude, and is refusing people to shop in the store due to covid-19, some people are unable to wear masks, or choose not to. Which masks are not mandatory, they are strongly suggested. The way that you are handling this is not appropriate, the owner needs to work on how to be respectful to ppl, and needs to be aware of the guidelines. I live closer to a party City, so I will just go there next time I need to purchase things for a party.

My girlfriend and I were referred here from another business in the area. We were immediately acknowledged with a warm greeting. The moment we walked it smelled so good and inviting. How unique in a party store but good smells keep you shopping. We didnt find the prices to be any higher than most other party supply depending on what the item. We found the variety to be one of a kind which makes us definitely lifelong customers. Thanks for the experience and thats exactly what we had. Excellent customer service!!!

Great local party supply store. Lots of themed items, balloons, etc. Small footprint on the inside but ask the staff as sometimes things arent out. Super friendly. Ordered balloons while kids picked different things, they were ready as needed.

I have had horrible experience at this party store. The owner of this store is so rude. I hope that nobody I know will ever shop in this store again. Every time I have gone in this store the owner of the store is always rude. So I’m glad to say I will never be in this store again, and neither will all of the people that I tell!!

Pat and Dee were so helpful and sweet! They absolutely made mine and my boys night. They had a great variety of party supplies and nice quality. We will definitely be back!

My husband and I went into the new location and was looking for birthday decor for our sons 8th birthday. The clerk behind the counter was friendly and very courteous. We found exactly what we were looking for and at reasonable prices. Definitely going back!!!!!!!

I would say the main attraction here would be the rare party options. The staff here arent always friendly, but they are knowledgeable and they will answer your questions. With the recent move, I expected there to be more options in the store than there were at the last location, but the shelves are pretty sparse right now.

Ive shopped here several times and have never been disappointed with the customer service. Yes, youll pay more than you do from a dollar store, but the value is there, ie - 5 of the dollar store napkins shredding while you try to clean the spaghetti off your blouse from your dollar store plate that collapsed when you made your food - how does that compare to plates that hold up and napkins that dont have to be used in bulk or shred? (and who wants to eat melted styrofoam on those cheap foam plates?) You get what you pay for is so true.Time is often the hardest part of all the last minute details for a party so knowing I can buy my balloons inflated even days before an event and they stay up like fresh bought ones for a week or more is awesome.They have a great selection of items on hand, but if you dont see what you are looking for, ask! I highly recommend! Plus youre supporting a locally owned business which we should all be advocates for!

This is the only place to get balloons. They are large and last several days, and the foil balloons last months. Their balloon bouquets look great for parties. For a special occasion, or just because, we always go to To-Dos for our balloons.

Staff was Soo helpful! I was in jam for my sisters bridal shower and they helped pull together the final touches.

Very rude staff! Just went in to buy ballons for my daughters birthday and they put short strings on the bouquet. When I said they were too short the lady got mad and starting throwing stuff # She cut all the ballons off and refused to give us our money back! Have been going there 11 years and have never been treated so bad! Used to be a great place!

Very poor experience. They blew up lettered balloons for my sons birthday. One of the letters popped. It of course was not their issue it was a defective ballon. Fine. I was not upset. They wanted to know my thoughts on a solution. I was fine with them using a different color and smaller sized ballon just so my son could have his name not misspelled at his party. They wanted to charge me full price to replace the letter. I did not like that so they offered to tape the ballon I had and refill it. AGAIN, wanted to charge me for the helium even though they popped the ballon. With really no options and a party stating in 2 hours they taped the ballon and refilled it. I paid for it and left. By the time I got home it was completely flat. They must be hard up for $10 if a bad customer experience is valued at that. I then drove to Party City and got all new balloons. I will no longer be a customer of to dos as I had been in the past.

Jackie is wonderful!!! I called to inquire if they had yellow paper cups, it was 7 minutes before closing time. Jackie said they had two options on yellow paper cups and stayed open till I could get there! We were using these for popsicle molds and they needed to freeze overnight!!! Jackie, youre a life saver!!! My daughters party would not have been the same without her gummie bear/sprite popcicles! THANK YOU!!!

Ive made purchases from this store in the past with no problem, yet with no spectacular or positive experience. My most recent purchase was 40 balloons for my sons birthday. The manager herself even talked me out of the helium tanks I had purchased from Walmart, saying those would only last 2 days. She was nice enough to fill them and help me to my car. Well, these 40 balloons I purchased for $1.09 each lasted LESS than 48 hours. I called and asked to speak with the manager, she did not return my call. I called again two days later only to find that she was surprised to hear it and couldnt do anything about it. What disappoints me is the fact that she and another employee working assured me the balloons would last at least 3 to 5 days, that was what made me use them instead of Walmart. I wont be shopping here again, and neither will the friends I tell.
