My phones crashing could have had any number of causes that are pricey to fix. But it turned out that disconnecting and reconnecting everything inside was all that was necessary, without their trying the sell me anything unnecessary. They explained everything clearly and patiently, and I will not hesitate to use them again should a need arise.

Honest & fast work. Owner is super friendly and is customer service state of mind. 1 stop shop for all cell phone repairs. Sadly I have had to use them twice in 2 months due to my own stupidity. Happy I found such a good place.

Good cell phone repair shop, cost of my screen replacement was pretty high but I have a very new phone so its to be expected. Staff was nice and friendly. Store was under restoration when I went so thats the reason for the 4 star.

After a few tries I was finally able to get my camera lenses replaced, and while it didn’t fix my issue, the employee was very professional. He answered any of my questions and helped me figure out what to do next to finally resolve my problem. I will be coming back for any future needs.

Roy got my phone fixed and back in my hands really quickly. Dropped it off, went to lunch, came back and it was good as new. They even replaced my screen shield under warranty.

The technicians at CPR were willing to talk through options for battery replacement on my IPhone. The replacement was quick and within the timeframe quoted. Price was reasonable. I would go there for service again.

Small repair, friendly service. Much better than replacing phone for sure. The cost of phones are ridiculously high, so keeping the one youve got is the best way to go for sure.

Tried to get a cell phone screen repaired, but they flat-out told me my phone was worth less than the cost of the screen and labor. Giving him five stars for their honesty - a rare thing these days.

I wasnt getting any sound from my phones top speaker and wanted them to fix it or replace it. He took it in the back to check it, came back out in less than 5 minutes and it worked!! He just cleaned it & wouldnt even charge me! Its awesome to have a place to go and trust they wont do anything unnecessary.

Dropped off a play station. They couldnt fix it, then recycled it. They dont communicate that they can do that. So they got $40 from me without fixing anything, then threw the device away. Technically correct, they can recycle the unit after 30 days and is on their disclaimer. Ethically it is never communicated vocally so I would say extremely unethical. Policy is legal, just not ethical.

I dropped my phone on concrete and shattered the screen. Of course the phone company wouldnt let me upgrade unless I paid a huge price even thought I have had this phone over a year and a half. I found out about CPR and I took my phone there. They were great! I talked with a guy who took all my information. My phone was ready in about an hour and looks absolutely perfect!! This saved me a ton of money!!! The customer service was great!!!

My phone’s screen was cracked and the digitizer was going out. It was super easy to set up an appointment online. I dropped my phone of and it was done within an hour. He was extremely professional and nice. I highly recommend going here for any of your devices.

Samsung users should Always use these guys for repair etc. They also did other computer wipes, upgrades, etc for me and all was perfect. They are in my phone under computers repair and phone repair.

Kyle was awesome! My son cracked the screen of my sister’s work phone late on a Sun afternoon. We called after 4pm and Kyle stayed open a little late to fix it so that she had it for work the next morning. Excellent customer service !!

Used these guys to replace my screen on an iPhone.... The first time around, the screen didnt work. Went back and chatted with the management. Reordered the glass and are repairing it again. They said they would do whatever it takes! Great Staff. Full disclosure: when I got the first review prompt from my first experience - I was under the impression it was supposed to go JUST to the store, not public placement, so asked them to try to remove that one. Overall great, clean store, easy to work with, and Mr. Roach did a fantastic job. They do computer repairs and such there too, along with selling a TON of different cases and glass screens at great prices! USE THEM!

They replaced my phone screen about a month ago and they the customer service was good. However, when they put the new screen on, they left a layer of dust and grime that now sits over both of my front facing cameras and sometimes the camera app tells me I need to clean my lens.. also, my phone camera app and any app that requires pictures crashes quite frequently and I cant reliably use my camera anymore which is one of the main reasons I got the Google Pixel in the first place. My husband has tried factory resetting my phone twice and it doesnt fix the problem. So, three stars because they did successfully take my phone apart and replace the screen, but now I cant use my camera without restarting the phone.

I cracked the screen on my Samsung Galaxy s10 plus. They ordered a screen, called me when it came in, and it only took a couple hours for them to fix. Looks like new! It was pricey,but thats my fault for buying this phone. I wanted it done right. Great customer service, friendly and thorough staff.

Dylan was able to diagnose my battery issue for my iPhone very quickly. Turned out I had built up lint and debris in my charging port. Dylan quickly cleaned the port and had the phone charging in minutes. Due to the ease of the fix, I was not charged. I highly recommend Dylan and CPR for phone repair. It was my first experience with CPR, I was welcomed and greeted by Dylan who was very respectful of my business. Later on as I was picking up my repaired phone, Roy was also very generous and knowledgeable about my phone. They were very thorough in explaining what was wrong, and they were very reasonably priced. I would recommend this company to anyone!!

I had some charging issues the past several weeks in that the cord would not stay in the charging port and I would physically have hold it tightly to get it take a charge, Took it into CPR and within 2 minutes Dylan said it appeared (he showed me as well) to be some pocket lint and/or dirt wedged in the port and he got it to be working as good as new again,. No charge either! Outstanding customer service to say the least and I would highly recommend for any cell phone issues you may need.

We had an issue with my daughters hp laptop. It wouldn’t boot up, but merely sat at a black screen. We took it back to Best Buy where we purchased it only 2.5 years ago. Geek Squad told us there was nothing they could do in store and it would have to be sent off at a cost of hundreds. We took the laptop to CPR and Roy was able to work through troubleshooting to determine the issue was the RAM memory. He solved the problem for a very reasonable charge. We will definitely be back the next time we have an issue with one of our devices.

The person who was there when I picked up my phone was awesome. Very friendly and answered my questions about other cell phone stuff. However, when I first arrived it took a while for someone to greet us and even when they did it was in a kinda gruff manner not very helpful. On top of that even though I had called ahead it turned out they had used the part I needed so i had to come back on a later day which kinda stunk as its not exactly nearby.

Roy was very helpful... he got my phone up and running. Fast and friendly.

Due to a high volume of customers, repair was not completed at time specified, however the staff was polite and professional and the repair cost was very reasonable.

They were not confident to enough to work on my tablet and fed me a line about how the parts needed were too rare to find. The part is literally 7 dollars on Amazon.

When I called to find out information the owner took the time to answer all of my questions and told me to bring my damaged gaming system in so he could take a look. Got my iPhone X phone screen repaired here and now certain areas of my phone won’t work unless I push very hard and that is iffy. Also typing random keys won’t work and I’ll have to try and hit it a few times to work. Lastly now when there is a white background. Especially with the brightness low there are a bunch of dark bands going across the screen. No impressed. Send your phone t apple

My wife, in an attempt to do something nice for our son, bought a PlayStation 4 with his allowance from a seller off FB Marketplace. Got it home and it didn’t work. I was in a HUGE hurry. My phone needed repairs and it typically takes 50 min or so for the fix. But CPR knew that I needed it done in 35 min to make an important appointment. They did it in that time frame and I was thrilled!
