I appreciate the salesman and his help with the car buying experience, he was wonderful. However, the stereotype of a car salesman was very evident in the action of the finance person, Dusty. He was condescending and used high pressure sales techniques.

Fantastic buying experience. Purchased a brand new 2020 Jeep Cherokee last year in February. Contacted my great salesman Tony Goodman on upgrading to a Grand Cherokee. Tony Goodman went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and made sure the whole transaction went smooth. Went buy this location to see about getting a trade in. The salesman they placed me with seem polite, but didnt seem interested in getting me into the vehicle that I wanted. Called him back a week later. He stated that he would look into financing for me, but I never heard back from him. That seem very unprofessional and a waste of my time. After this i was told by a person that recently went their as well and they stated to try another location as this one make it hard for black people to get approved. I will take his advice and hope that they get better with serving POC.

I took my Sprinter here to get 23 point inspection, new tires, brakes and oil change. First I talked to a lady to order tires. My husband specifically wanted low road noise tires. She sent me a email with two types of tires to choose from both were not specific to what we asked for. After talking to a man in the service department who was very professional he recommended tires for us. We ordered the tires. We needed 6 tires for our dully but 4 were ordered. On Friday we get a call asking if we needed 4 or 6 tires. We had to wait until Monday for the other 2 tires. After getting the van back we went on a trip. On our way home a belt broke our van it overheated and check engine light came on. Luckily we found a diesel mechanic nearby that fixed the belt. Our windshield wipers were worn out wich should have been part of the inspection. Our check engine light is still on. We called and was given a run around by service attendants. I was told they checked the belts and they were fine. Not the case considering it was a stock belt and the diesel mechanic showed it to us and pointed out the belt broke because of age. I will never deal with Cassens again. I have dealt with very unprofessional people who dont own up to their mistakes. I now wish I have went somewhere else. Being a Dodge Dealership I thought I could put my trust into them.

My First impressions of Cassens is that Im dealing with responsible, knowledgeable adults. I havent had work done yet, thats Monday, but so far its looking good.Ive used two other Jeep dealerships, one just changed its name. The impression when dealing with the staff at those locations was not reassuring. The level of professionalship was seriously lacking on all levels.UPDATE: Cassens worked on my Jeep Grand Cherokee, finishing two days ago. They were efficient, knowledgably, communicated very well. They seem to have fixed everything, without having to go back, which is really, really nice.Based on my impression, even if I did have problems, they would address them professionally and efficiently. Whomever sets the standards for this dealership does a great job. Good team.

Not to happy with them. Needed a key made because we locked our only key inside our car. First key didnt work, second key didnt work. So after three hours of lost wages from work I still had to call a locksmith. Now to make sure we get an extra working key. Cant afford another day like this one.

Took my vehicle in for routine maintenance ( oil change and tire rotation). Had a 10:30 am appointment. All work was completed in less than an hour. Personnel were very friendly and professional. My first time here and I was extremely impressed..

Have a 2020 jeep jtr sitting there, again, after being towed a second time in one week.First time was told the issue was a loose pcm connection and my wife was charged $180 after they had it for three daysExact same issue popped up 48 hours later. Had it towed in again, and now am being told that its a bad battery and bad intelligent battery cable. This time around $500 total.Remember the first sentence, when I mentioned this was a 2020 Jeep, less than 8 months old, with a nearly $70k window sticker, that we purchased a $4k comprehensive extended warranty on?

Have used Cassens for vehicle service for many years and was always a good experience. Very disappointed to learn that there are no longer service hours on Saturdays for basic maintenance such as oil changes, etc. For those of us who work Monday through Friday this unfortunately is a deal breaker. I, and Im sure many others, will be forced to take our business to either local oil changes places or dealerships in the St Louis area for basic maintenance .

I took my vehicle in to get serviced and waited over a week to get it back when I was told it would take a day to quote and a day of work. I go to pick up when I was told it was ready and it ended up being on a lift so I had to find a ride back home after being dropped off. I payed over $2,000 in $500 worth of service. I then get a check engine light on a couple days after picking it up and was told I can’t get it back in for 5 days and coverage isn’t guaranteed. I will take my business and referrals elsewhere.

She was making an appointment last Tuesday but the lady said it will be fine no need to make an appointment, now Friday the front desk lady says the she need an appointment and they will look at my daughters car next Friday, this is ridiculous why not be a front to your costumers about it and if they want to make an appointment make them one, its not hard i think. Cassens is a great full-service dealership. I have had experience with all departments over the years. The service department and body shop treated me well so Cassens was where I started my search for a new truck.I started looking a year before purchase and Greg Jantz worked with me through the whole process. He was patient throughout and I felt like we reached a mutually beneficial sale. In August I placed my order for my truck and I took delivery in October. When the time came to finish everything, the finance department was extremely efficient. It took under an hour to complete everything. Not once was there pressure to purchase any additional product, but they were offered.If you want a purchase where you walk away happy with no buyer’s remorse, go see Greg at Cassens and if you ever need body work done, Don is great.

Staff is rude and will do anything to get you to buy a car, including telling first time buyers to think twice about what you buy when you groceries and you can afford the car. Everyone has to make sacrifices. I also dont understand why the service area is closed on Saturdays, apparently they dont want their customers money, I guess Ill take my business elsewhere and give my money to a company that appreciates it. I hate this place and Ill never come back.

I have purchased 5 vehicles from Cassens and had a great experience each time. I love the service department and their express lane availability. The oil change plans are the best deal in town. Cassens has performed all the maintenance on our vehicles as well as new tires, and the occasional oops fender bender. Their body shop went above and beyond to help get my car back to like new. Cassens really cares about their customers. If you havent tried Cassens, you should, you will be glad you did.

My mother in law had been talking about getting a new van for 3-4 months. Through the internet she found that Cassens had 3 that she was interested in. We arrived late on a Saturday afternoon and she zeroed in on one (they had been using it as a service dept shuttle). On Monday afternoon we went back. I had a horrible experience with this dealership,I purchased a 2019 ram and a few days after purchase received a call from salesman asking me the VIN number.. they told me they made a mistake and I needed to return the truck and if I wanted to keep it, it would cost me thousands more... Not only do I feel humiliated cause the manager got on the phone and told me since I checked into 3 trucks thats how paperwork had gotten mixed.. I know this mistake was not my fault the manager didnt apologise or ask how we could make it right just bring truck back and pay more all I keep thinking about is if I had gotten pulled over Im pretty sure I would of been taken to jail cause none of the numbers matched on the vehicle... I understand mistakes happen I just believe theres ways to make mistakes right and they did not attempt to I put 200 miles on the truck in a couple days and got windows so dont pay new price on used ram blue with 2 tone interior...

Low balled my wife on trade in, then came up $2000 while she was walking out. Then they wouldnt even negotiate on their overpriced vehicle, nor fix the problems wrong with it. Overall my worst experience with a dealership.

Was waiting for service and had two people get to go ahead of me while waiting in line. One person move in front because his vehicle was ready for pick up then another was able to move in front of me because they were there for an oil change. They need to develop a better way for handling customers waiting for service. Very frustrating to keep standing there being told multiple people get to move ahead of you because of their particular service.

I hate car shopping, but this was the easiest process I have ever had. I was buying a used Nissan and was coming about an hour to look at it. I asked Steve for his best price and he gave it to me before I even came in.It was right on with what cargurus said was a great deal and so we went over. Steve and Dustin were great. Stayed late to complete our transaction. I wouldnt dread car shopping if all my deals were like this one. Thanks Steve and Dustin!

Negative service department. Workers are impatient, arrogant, completely unapproachable. Seldom complete work on time, worse mopar shop around. Cassens will send you junk mail. Call you for sales and general bad advertising practice.Honestly if you can, go to Glendale in St. Louis. Never had any issues there and always friendly.

Cassens and Sons is NOT a trustworthy dealership.You cannot depend on Michael Hasamear (Service manager) or Larry Wehmeyer (President) to represent your needs if you have a warranty claim because they were not willing to represent mine. Cassens was not willing to help me with my powertrain warranty. This dealership will not stand behind their customers after they get their money from you. I hope this review can help someone avoid being taken advantage by this dealership.
