Caliber is simply amazing! I had never used them before until recently when I had damage to the rear of my car and bumper from and accident. The repairs were quick and they did amazing work! They are super friendly and customer focused and would highly recommend to anyone needing repairs!

Caliber sent me frequent updates during the repair process, finished the repairs quickly, and returned the car to me much cleaner than I gave it to them. Staff is very friendly - I will come here again if I ever need repairs completed in the future.

I have used Caliber Collision a handful of times in the last 20 years to repair damage after an accident and have never had a problem. I recently moved from CA to IL and had to take my truck to Caliber collision in Glen Carbon after a large tree limb fell on the roof. The repair work was excellent, we were thoroughly happy with the repairs that were made. We noticed after we picked the truck up that every time we started it, it said a brake light was out and that the rear middle window would not operate with its switch. It took way too long for us to bring the truck back to look at it, however, when I called they said bring it down and they will take a look. Brought it down and they took it back and looked at it for maybe 20-30 min, they scanned the vehicle for codes of things that were wrong. After an hour, the manager sat down with me and compared these scans saying they didn’t do anything to the truck that would warrant these issues and that things sometimes go out while the vehicle is being repaired that is not their doing. Made me feel like I was trying to dupe them and wouldn’t take fix the problems. After explaining that there was no doubt in our minds that something happened during the repairs, the manager called insurance and got approval to have the problems diagnosed at a dealership because they don’t do electrical repairs. Long story short the power wire that controls both the brake light and the window switch was unplugged. Fixed by the dealership. I am not happy with my overall experience at Caliber and I don’t think I will be going back again in the future.

I had damage to the bumper and underbody of my car and went to caliber. They were professional, they kept me updated frequently, and they were able to finish 3 days ahead of the estimated finish date. I would 100% recommend them if you need repairs done to your vehicle.

I brought my car over to get the bumper reattached. They fixed it in lightning speed and it looked brand new!! I was so stressed but they took care of it, no issues. Definitely will come here again with any more car troubles.

I was involved in an auto accident on June 11, 2020 and my Insurance Corecommended Caliber Collision in Glen Carbon, IL. Caliber reached out to me before I reached out to them. They were on top of it with friendly and professional staff from start to finish. The work done on the front of my Kia Sorento made my vehicle brand new again. Kristy and Angel kept me informed on a daily basis of the progress being made and I was quite surprised in the amount of time it took to complete the collision repairs, i got my Kia back in record time and no one would ever know i was involved in a collision. Angel accommodated my inflexible schedule and met me an hour before the center opened to get my Kia back to me. Kristy, Angel, and the guys in the Shop went above and beyond for me and my vehicle!!!!!!!!!!!

The people I dealt with, Bruce, Kristy, and Bryan were all friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. They were able to fix the dent on the hood of my car and match the color exactly. I honestly cant even tell where the dent was anymore, flawless.I was extremely happy with both the customer service and completed job. Will definitely recommend them to friends and would use them in the future, but hopefully I wont need to!

I really wish I could rate Abra a 5, but there were just too many little time consuming things that went wrong. I had a LOT of hail damage on my car, and my car insurance recommended Abra. Seeing that it was only half a mile from my home, I took my car there. The work they did was GREAT! Car looked good, but then I started discovering little problems here and there.First, my gas door that they replaced wouldnt open - barely running on fumes I took it back. They said they werent sure why it wasnt popping open like it used to, and that Id have to pull it open with my fingers after I pulled the latch inside. I wasnt happy about that, but I decided Id do it anyways. Next time I tried to fuel up, the gas door wouldnt even unlatch at all when pulling the lever on the inside. I AGAIN had to take it back, and they fixed it completely so that it popped out before. The whole time they had great customer service and were very friendly... but my time is very valuable.Next, when I got my car back I noticed that they didnt take all of my LED bulbs out of my old tail light assemblys, and license plate lights, and transfer them to the new trunk. I had informed them I wanted them swapped out, as I paid the extra money to have the brighter bulbs. They agreed and said no problem. After I noticed the factory bulbs, I called Abra the nice woman at the desk said she checked with the technician. He apologized and said he forgot to swap the bulbs. She was nice enough to then have me send them the Amazon link to the bulbs, and they ordered the exact ones I bought and replaced them. Again, GREAT customer service, BUT I had to again bring my car back for the additional work.The finally straw was when I went to use my windshield wiper fluid. Nothing came out, I knew the fluid was full, and I could hear the pump running. I took it to the Toyota dealer, and was told whoever put this new hood on put the valve on backwards for the windshield wiper fluid. Toyota fixed it for me during my oil change, for free, thankfully so I wouldnt have to make another stop.All in all, my experience with Abra was pleasant. They were all incredibly nice, and the customer service is outstanding, BUT if you are like me and dont have the time to bring your vehicle back 3-4 times for various little fixes, then I would not personally recommend this shop for you.

My insurance company sent me here. They are courteous and friendly. They fixed my car like new in two days. Then I dropped by to have them look at a ding in my door and they fixed it in fifteen minutes for cheap. I would recommend them to any one.

Went here for an estimate based on good reviews. I dont usually post reviews, but felt compelled because I was so impressed with the experience. We had scraped the side of our brand new Toyota Corolla pulling into a tight garage spot in the middle of a hail storm. I was expecting an expensive repair estimate, but the estimator took it back in the back for a few minutes and brought it out looking nearly new, at no charge! It turned out to just need a little buffing. I wish everyone was this honest! Now I know where to go the next time we need body work done.

This was probably the best experience that I have had with an auto service company. I needed repairs due to a collision with wildlife. My insurance carrier has an express agreement with ABRA. I dropped the car off, ABRA made arrangements with the local rental car agency and I went on my way. About every two days ABRA called and gave me the status of repairs and let me know when they were going to call again with an updated status. Repairs were done in the time frame they had quoted. I noticed they even buffed out a couple of scratches that werent covered under the repair for free. Overall, a very good customer experience.

They are the nicest people. My truck well cared for there and can back to me in perfect shape.
