The employee I spoke to was friendly, and seemed to know enough about the cost of the replacement glass I needed. My only issue and it wasnt their fault was the place they get the tempered glass from had an equipment problem resulting in a 3 day hold up. To make it slightly worse was that I was not informed and only found out after I called. My replacement was nothing short of perfection and the homeowner I was doing work for was equally thrilled. I wish they kept tempered glass in stock but if they cant, they cant.

I had a appointment scheduled Tuesday March 12th, they had to reschedule for the next day. I received a phone call the next day stating that the owner said they cannot do this job.
