Mr Rosenberg is a wonderful medical provider. The staff here is wonderful as well. I 100% recommend this facility for mental health treatment. Everyone is always so kind .

Mr Rosenberg is a very kind hearted person . He will listen to all you have to say. He all answer all ? .You will never find a better psychiatrist then him. I thank God for finding Dr Rosenberg for my son and I. Plus his staff is out of this world nice. They know you go there because you have mental illness and they showed you kindness and try to help you in any way they can so you dont get upset. I am really bless all the way around. .Thank you Dr. Rosenberg office for making my life a little easier. I have came a long way since I been going to this office. I am looking forward to getting even better .

It was very easy to get an appointment, which has been difficult for me in the past at different mental health facilities. The front desk staff was very friendly and welcoming. I was early, but my wait time was still very short. Im not sure how I feel about the woman who did my evaluation, but the entire process made me hopeful for the future!

The staff are wonderful ! If I wait, I wait only 5 minutes max. Mr. Rozenberg is excellent & I have been a patient of his since 2004. I followed him from another practice when he opened Holistic Approach !!

Mr. Rozenberg and staff are an amazing group of people. He is a great nurse practitioner and has helped me for over 5 years. Without his help, throughout many of my lives horrific events, I dont know where Id be right now. And his receptionist, Nikki, has always ensured that my messages reach him in a timely manner. Also, I am glad they now have a counselor, Dr. Q, that I thoroughly enjoy talking too! Thanks for always being there guys!! ;)

Mr. Rozenberg is very knowledgeable and professional. He understands the difficulties in treatment. He is patient and can problem solve the most difficult circumstances. He consults with the patient for specific needs. He comes up with a plan and has constant follow up and follow through. He listens to his patients. He seems to know specific cases thoroughly. He can be trusted with the most sensitive and private information. Highly recommended.

This provider and staff are excellent. Visits are timely and thorough. Their approach to issues is widely thought out and presented clearly. When extra effort is required the response is as quick as possible. Highly recommended.

Front desk staff are friendly. When I met Ms.Q for the first time I felt welcomed with her pleasant personality. I was comfortable I felt understood. Shes easy to talk to. Ive seen her 3 times so far and I look forward seeing her on my weekly sessions.

I followed Mr. Rosenberg from another larger practice. He has always been wonderful and caring about my individual needs, my mental health, and other health issues that Ive experienced. As my transportation needs change a lot, he is also very understanding about my need to sometimes reschedule my appointments.I also have past experience with Kristin Bussell in another office and it was always a positive one. Ms. Bussell is now managing mental health issues for my kids and their medication. Her help for them seems promising and has made me hopeful that they will be getting the care that they need.The office staff is always so friendly, polite and takes their time for each patient. They return calls and give information quickly.

Ive been seeing Ms. Bussell for about 2 years and this past August we decided that I had insomnia and wrote me a prescription and was out the door and never told me when I needed a follow up, months went by not hearing anything and she was still writing the prescription...now here we are April and she will no longer write the prescription which I understand, but had an attitude with me saying it was my job to call and make an appointment and since I couldnt get in that Wednesday she was nasty to me. Im sorry I work a full time job I cant just come in on a Wednesday when its a Monday...needless to say I called for weeks trying to get an appointment and no response and more rudeness. I guess since Im not an every week patient anymore she doesnt give a crap.

Having been a patient of Dr. Rozenberg for several months now, I have had nothing but great experiences. The office staff is amazing, welcoming upon arrival and departure. Their follow-up is tremendous.Dr. Rozenberg listens to my concerns and seems eager to adjust medications accordingly so I can maintain a high-quality of daily life. His appointment schedule is very flexible and accommodating.Definitely a five-star facility.

The staff who answer the phones are horrible. I wanted to set up a new appointment but changed my mind the second they answered the phone. They were rude and short with me, glad the second place I called was friendly - booked an appointment there instead of this place...

The administrative staff are horrible! Every time I call, they’re extremely rude on the phone. It’s a TOTAL hassle to get mine & my child medication every month. The hours they have are JOKE!

My first appointment was with Kristin Russell, she was very caring and understanding! I have never discussed my issues in depth with anyone before and she made me feel better about sharing and vocalizing my problems. My second visit I chose to see Ilya Rozenberg, he was also very caring and I did feel more comfortable speaking to a male. Both of them were GREAT at showing me they care about my health and that they want you to get well and stay well. The front desk staff were very friendly and nice to my wife and I and super sweet to our kids. They all make you feel good right through the door and I am greatful for there help.
