I brought a Import Container for Delivery. The Woman behind the desk was very pleasant. The process was quick and I got My paperwork signed. The lot was Clean and open space to park the trailer.

These guys are awesome,,, I got there at 6pm and my appointment was at midnight,,, they fired up the grill with ribs and T-bone steaks for all the drivers waiting,,, after we ate they handed out $25 gift cards to Walmart to show their appreciation for truckers,,, overnight is available with pillows and fresh linens provided !!!! They even had a lady to come by and wash our laundry,,,, !!!!!! Awesome service!!! Thanks guys,,,,

They start receiving 11 pm. Empty 11.45 pm. Isnt too bad ... overnight parking available.

Not going to say anything bad, the broker schedule me at 1400,but just so you know receiving Starts at 11 PM, I can wait here in the back, I only have 4 skids,,,,,,

I went today July 2 to the location in forestville, Md. And the guy attending there need to be more polite to customers I asking for a seeming iron and a nee kicker and he said that people been stilling stuff from him dont go more from the front desk and toll him that I dont need to go back there, this is the second time that he do that to me. I dont need to still nothing, I go there to buy tools if someone else still from him he dont has to say that to me. beside he has cameras there. Im not going there no more, poor service.

I just delivered here, are they the friendliest bunch not really but they were professional and were nice enough to allow me to stay the night tonight.And didnt take that long to unload me maybe half hour

If you have any issues at your delivery, just offer money to K*ith, some kind of a manager... Problem solved! It will cost you 50-100 bucks, but you will be empty in a seconds.. Otherwise, you cant deal with this lazy, unprofessional and miserable guys.. Especially old, fat guy, with beard, whos sitting in the shipping office, and thinks hes funny :)

Have to know the system. Big rig parking for delivering in trailer lot. Receiving starts at 3 pm, must have an appointment to avoid getting stuck all afternoon.

If i could give no stars i would. They don’t care that truck drivers r on eld now and can’t afford to loose time i have 10 palettes to offload takes 5 min but i have to wait 6 hours to get them off

Thats crazy how bad theyve gone down hill my dad use to work for them in the late 90s they use to be a good company

Terrible service They always make you wait more than two hours to pick up an order. Its rediculous

2 days lost for deliveryI will never come back here

My app was at 2am got there at 1:30am. Rude and mad employee started talking junk how I was late but I wasn’t. After 5 minutes he told me back at a door 15 he got me empty in like 5 minutes.
