I searched for office Depot online and found two locations on Ritchie highway. I went to both addresses and neither one had an office depot. They both had been shut down and relocated. So I drove an extra 15 minutes to the next location. I stood in line for 10 minutes to print something. I was told that I was not checked into the computer and I had to sign in and stand in the back of the line. So I left. I understand the line is to organize things and try to be fair, but I stood in line for 10 minutes and the sign that says sign in here faces the counter not the line you stand in. So I did not know I was supposed to sign in. So in the effort to stay organized they fail to see the intent of their system and simply stuck to it like the letter of the law and wasted 15 to 25 minutes of my day. Im way too busy for that. Poor service from a big box store, who would have thought?

I guess things are back to normal....they can afford to let sales walk out the door as employees are to busy lolly-gagging to check out customers.No worries. Amazon will be happy to take my $$.

Dear manager,PLEASE make the printing service process much more easier especially when u have that lady upfront. I signed in as she asked and then waited for 30 minutes in line simply because every time she mispronounced my name... Come-print-go ... how about this way???

So I went into Office Depot feeling very confident after taking to the “Geek Swuad” for my needs but I ran into this guy Jay and really happy I did. Not only did the geeks tell me all the wrong information but would’ve cost me an extra 80 dollars that would have done nothing for me. I don’t know all the hip terms when It comes to computer stuff.. Jay broke it down so easy and I learned something! Never expected something like this from an office supply store. I felt like a friend and grabbed some r stuff from here that I didn’t know would make my life easier. I’ll be telling my friends about this store. Sorry for taking so long to write a review, I’ll be in next time for training on this. :-)

If I could give a NEGATIVE 5 STAR rating I would. Lady at the print counter wouldnt help me without signing in. She said theres a big sign right here.... I then read the sign she was pointing at and said 20% off ..... She responded by saying its on the other side.... So Im supposed to be able to see THROUGH a sign to read the other side of it??? I stood there for a second and she just stood there as well so I said you wont help me unless I sign in?. Her response was no. As Im walking OUT I walked by TWO employees goofing off together by the door and said to them I will no longer be shopping at this store. The young girl IN HER UNIFORM SHIRT says ok. Im thinking ... SERIOUSLY?? NO ASKING WHY? OR WHAT HAPPENED OR MAYBE I CAN HELP YOU..... I was there to begin a SEVERAL HUNDRED DOLLAR PRINT ORDER FOR A VETERANS BENEFIT CONCERT as well as some personal stuff. Im now going to STAPLES!!!!

Terrible customer service

Torn between buying a new printer or just letting The printer center do it. They make it so easy! The cost of ink is way more than having it done there. They are very knowledgeable and eager to help.

They sell products like zipper binders that don’t hold up to 2 months of regular use. They expect you to buy a $3 extended warranty for a binder. After the manager said I could not return it I asked for a store credit. The manger reluctantly and begrudgingly gave me a store credit even though I had a receipt. He used my drivers license and made it clear I could also use this “override” one time. How about seeking products that last longer than 2 months or adjust the return policy to reflect the product quality?

Had a wonderful experience. I ordered an item online for pickup in store and arrived early (pre email notification). I was on my way home and thought I would check. While it wasnt ready as the computer hadnt processed it yet the staff was very accommodating. They brought up the order, they went and got it, and checked me out without any problem and with an obvious desire to be helpful and friendly. Thank you to all three (Kaitlyn was the only name I got).

After what seemed to be an incident of disrespectful actions by employees at this store, I brought this to the attention of a District manager, and a very kind lady contacted me to apologize. Hopefully, things will change for certain customers who are served at this location.

I just got out of the army trying to get a civilian job again and I cant do that with the ignorant employees that work In the printing area I’m next in line and they won’t help me been here over 20 minutes

Very nice location. I go here often and it always has a great variety of items for my needs. The staff is always friendly, the location is always clean and the shelves are always faced.

I had a very pleasant experience during my last visit. I was able to find the products I needed and they were in stock. Typically when you go to these stores youre hounded by pushy sales reps, but that was not the case this time. When I approached the registers, there was a line. The line moved quickly and before I knew it I was out the door. The parking lot is more than large enough, so finding a spot was simple. If I do have one criticism, its this - since this store is co-located with other stores in a strip, there is limited avenues in and out of the parking lot. This typically causes jams near the front of the store. Its not necessarily Office Depots fault, but its something to be aware of if you are planning a visit.

I have no idea why this store is still here. I went for a binder and some separators. The binders are in three different areas, its like an Easter egg hunt trying to find stuff here. It was a beautiful 75 degrees outside and yet this store was like 90 degrees. I walked from aisle to aisle jostling things in my arms trying to find these binders as 2 employees stood talking to one another for probably about 15 minutes ignoring myself and 4 other customers. All within 3 steps of them. The checkout process is like something from the 50s. And the one kid up there seemed nice enough but kept making random conversation, such as a minute ago I had old music lyrics in my head and now its songs from Pirates of the Caribbean.. No actual help with which button to push for credit or useful information. Again why is this store still here?

This was the second or third time I asked a store employee about something I was looking for, and when they asked the manager, she was very rude and short with her response. It seemed as though she was bothered by having to stop socializing with someone who was not purchasing anything each time to help a customer with a question... She bluntly and rudely stated that Home Depot sells what I was looking for... A.C. Moore, a much better craft store had the item, as expected...

I have 1 star only because they were open... No other stars because of the following...* Came in here for business cards and other supplies needed... Im in charge of numerous automotive shops, we spend 1000s of $s here and other OD locations...* Sales Rep said I need to check in via text message, I did this and standing for a good 15 minutes, I mentioned to the SR I text but never received a text message, I did this yesterday and immediatly had a text sent to me... After 6 timed minutes the lady said did you text message, I said I told you that I did 20 minutes ago... She looked at my phone, stated I put a 6 instead of a 5... She replied you have to start all over... After waiting for 25 minutes... No agologies nothing... This is total piss poor customer service... Your people need to smile, and know the value of providing great customer service and customer retention... The competition is fierce.... I must find a company that is happy to earn my business... It will be very easy....* My business thrives on providing the bust customer service and their return business... Youre Google reviews tells it all, 3,9 average that stinks...Good bye office Depot... I hope you lose your wa-zu... Oh by the way I ask to speak to a manager they wouldnt call for one... This tells you allot about you absencetee management..

Looking to get some forms laminated for work. Needed to have pages trimmed then laminated. The angry woman working there told me even if I was laminating them they would charge me $1.99/cut. I figured they could stack my 8 pages and use the big chop cutter to make 2 cuts. She said she would charge me $1.99/cut/page. So $4/page to trim the sides so $32 just to cut the paper then $3.99/page to laminate. So for the steal of $64 I could have 8 pages laminated. Ill be purchasing my own laminator from Amazon today. This is ridiculous. Never again.

My wife saw the sail add and figured we would get a head start on back to school shopping. Many of the items in the add we purchased did not ring up for the sales price (we bought a bunch of small stuff). The cashier said evwryrhing was $40. After we had him adjust the prices to match the sale add and the posted price it ended up going down to $25. That is a $15 or a 37.5% over charge. I wonder how many people they screw over.

Associate Shawana wad extremely helpful. When she did not know an answer she went to a computer and found it. I never buy the extended warranties on products but I didnt think twice about it since she explained it so well. Thank you!

Copy and Print services cannot understand what Copyright - for PERSONAL USE ONLY means. Store employee said we will cancel ALL of your order before she had even LOOKED at all of the files. Store employee made promises regarding refund she had no business making.Spent over TWO HOURS on the phone with various representatives to get a refund process started.All because this employee did not know what it meant when it said for personal use only and was probably not interested in doing any work on a Friday evening. Bad work ethic. Poor reading skills. Do NOT do business here.

Its nice that you can get ready access to office supplies and things; however the store seems dead most of the time.Online ordering and pickups are great.

Ive only ever been here to mail packages, but the staff has always been nice and helpful.

Clean store, friendly & helpful people, but my print orders get messed up a lot. Once it was lost completely, once it was laying on the counter for anyone to grab, twice it wasnt stapled, once they printed a page I ordered deleted... Seem kinda disorganized in that area.Later: UGH, so incompetent! I just ordered front & back prints and they never sent them back through to print the back, so half my content is missing!

I cannot remeber the young ladies name in the print shop but she is always professional and friendly. she is a great asset to the store

I purchases a Canon printer tr8600 in August. Worked well out of the box, but started having issues after about a month. After several attempts of uninstalling and reinstalling the software, I gave up and decided to return it. The return process was hassle free since I had the original box and receipt and all packing. I purchased an HP8025 and it took about 30 minutes to set up. I guess well see how it works. OD has a VERY limited supply of printers. Im guessing limited supply of chips and the ships sitting off the coast of CA. Four start was only for the limited stock.
