This place is amazing. I dont think amazing is even a strong enough word. Never in my life have I had service this great from the mechanics to the front office. They are trust worthy, they bend over backwards to help you in any way possible, friendly, super intelligent. Cars are my weakness, I know nothing about them, and having a place I can trust is great peace of mind. I know if they say something is wrong with my car it is the truth. You are not a dollar sign to these folks, you are a person, and I have not had that experience at a car shop until them. They stand behind their work, and they always do a fantastic job! I always suggest them when I hear a person is in need, and no matter what car I have as long as I am in the area they will be the ones taking care of it. Great people, great company, great service!

In dealing with your vehicle, no one wants to get taken for a ride. You want an honest, trustworthy shop that you can depend on to do what is needed. I KNOW Ive found that at Cullops and its one of the main reasons I keep coming back.In the years that Ive been coming to Cullops the front desk attendants have changed, however, the owner continues to pick and train them to be extremely courteous, helpful, honest, and well mannered in all situations. I actually sat in the very well kept front office for about 3 hours one day and was amazed with how good they really were.I now live pretty far away from this shop, but I will keep coming back because an all around great shop like this is hard to find.

I would recommend Cullops to ANYone! One of the most honest businesspeople I have ever met AND hes got a great shop of mechanics. The only thing I could ask for would be extended or Saturday hours... :)

AWESOME!!!!I Brought my 2007 Sprinter in to get a oil cooler Fixed that the dealer gave me a price of $4700 to fix and Cullops fixed it for $1950 and they even checked it over and filled the washer fluid tank, added transmission oil,tail light wire was loose, and changed the fuse out on the horn because it wasnt working. And did not charge for the extras.

Warning do not take your car to the shop one of the worst shops in the West End when they say imports they’re talking about low-end imports Hondas Toyotas not Maserati
