Working with Taradel has been a great experience. Ive been working withEllie Patterson over the past couple of years and she is very responsive and Ive greatly appreciated her follow-thru about our direct mail campaigns weve worked on together and the ones we are currently working on.

We are a small real estate team that sells a large number of homes and sends out over 14,000 pieces of mail every other month. We have found Taradel to be extremely easy to use and reasonably priced. We have used numerous local and on-line services all of which had issues and cost us time and money. Their customer service, especially, our representative, Tony Carozza, is always available, understands and accommodates our needs. We would definitely recommend Taradel to anyone looking to advertise using a direct mailing service.
Our experience with Taradel has been THE WORST. First, we used their services 3 months ago. For our first mailer we provided both the design and the mailing list. After waiting forever to get our postcards, not only they were late with the date they had told us they were going to get delivered, furthermore the quality of the postcard was the poorest quality mailer. The postcards came all smeared and quality of the color was miserable. We went ahead and contacted them after all of this situation, and they seem to not care about their client and there was no solution given to us.Fast forward to a month ago, when we created another mailer with them, and decided to give them a second chance, however we regret making that decision!This time the experience was unacceptable. Again, we provided with the design and the same mailing list that we had used for our previous mailer. This time we decided to pay for first class delivery to see if our mailer would be on time. Our mailer was supposed to arrive on May 12, which it did not. Moreover, our mailer got delivered from VA on May 12, when they were supposed to be in our customers addresses in Miami by that date. We went ahead and contacted them one more time but seemed to not care about our mailer. We are still going back and forth with Taradel, but they haven’t given us any solution, and do not want to return us the money we have spent for a service that they were not able to fulfill. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!!!
I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. They are very easy to work with! They make ordering so easy. I have mailed several items with them. Quality is good and they are fast! Delivered when promised.
Amazing staff! Amazing products and some of the best customer service I have ever experienced! We had some really late changes to our direct mail going out and they were still able to assist and make the changes needed! I cannot say enough good things about this company. Our agency will only use them in the future!
Great Plains Blind Factory has worked with Taradel since 2015. We have really enjoyed working with with Kelsey and Jocelyn over this time and appreciate all the work they put into making my job easier. They are creative, offer helpful suggestions, and really take the stress out of my advertising concerns. The mailer itself is good quality and we get great returns from our customers. Over the years we have enjoyed this service so much that we use Taradel as our main source of advertising for all four of our locations and I recommend them to others often.

Great product for a great price! I would give them 5 stars if I could have designed my flyer on their sight. I ended up using a 30 day trial of Adobe Design to design my flyers and it worked perfectly with great picture quality. Overall the flyers look great, professional, they came folded correctly and they shipped on time.
I have done several large mailers with Taradel LLC and every time my experience has been exceptional. My account rep Kelsey always goes above and beyond to make sure that my mailers hit homes when I need them too and my artwork is perfect!
This is our (DaVincis Pizza in Frankfort Ky) third time getting our menus from Taradel. They were extremely easy to work with on each task. Very fast response rate on questions too. We order paper and laminated menus and the laminated ones hold up very well. We will certainly be ordering again.
It is extremely important for my client to be able to reach specific neighborhoods in Dublin. Taradels technology and mapping tool is so easy to use and allows us to budget appropriately as well. The best part is Taradels customer support. They respond so quickly and have assisted with design help too! Ill definitely use them for our next project!

Ive used Taradel printing for a number of projects for my retail business. Their staff has been friendly, and the quality of their work has been very good, on-time, and priced reasonably. Im very picky on colors, and the printing arrives exactly as expected each time.

I ordered a few sets of business cards from Taradel. I provided my own image. The quality of the cards is really great (Ive ordered from other places and they were thin and flimsy. Taradels were not only a good quality card, but a great price, too. I look forward to using them for other marketing projects.
Here’s the problem, you’re not dealing with one company but 2, EDDM AND the Post Office. If the post office fails to deliver your order properly they have zero record of it and pretty much EDDM wipes their hands clean once they deliver your mailers to the post office for delivery, so therefore when the post office makes a mistake there’s no record of it and no responsibility lies on EDDM, they just apologize. Think twice before risking your advertising dollars.
Working with Ellie McElroy from Tardel is an absolute joy! She is efficient, fun and responds immediately anytime we have a question. We do two mailings per month with Taradel for thousands of recipients and are loving it so far. Thanks so much for all that you do.

Ive used Taradels Every Door Direct Mail platform as a component of our marketing campaigns at Mercedes-Benz of Richmond and Midlothian a few times this year and weve seen good success. Its really easy to set up and you cant beat the price per piece.

Bad and rude. Refusing to refund money to me even though they will not allow me to redesign my mailer. The verbiage was cut off after they wanted me to redesign my work. They are the worst and most unreasonable people I have ever worked with. They took $1000 and gave me garbage. Shame on Brian and Jocelyn.
Uff, bad company, ripoff, after many attempts, they took the money, delivered a bad product and didnt answer my calls. Stay away! for your own good. Excuse, we have too much work. They were good, not anymore! Consider yourself warned!

In January we placed an order for direct mail marketing. Post cards were supposed to be delivered to the routes we selected no later than February 13th. We became aware that they had not arrived & contacted the company. Taradel responded that someone would call back. Days passed and no return call. We called and emailed several times and was unable to get a response from the company. Finally we reach Michael Krentz Director of Sales and are told by him that the postcards have ALL been delivered. We informed him this was not the case. He immediately brushed us off and insisted that they were saying he would send proof. Several days went past and we had to chase the company yet again to finally get what they considered to be proof that the postcards were all delivered. Mind you, they knew this whole time there was a problem and they are aware by the very nature of our order that there is a deadline to be considered. This did not seem to make them act in a timely manner though. Then what they finally sent was tracking information for some of the postcards to show they were sent to the local post offices. This did not address the fact that the postcards were not all delivered to the addresses we had selected. Finally Krentz admitted a portion of our postcards were never sent at all and were sitting in a warehouse in Georgia. He knew this a week earlier, but failed to act to remedy the situation while there was still time to do so. We have proof he was receiving our correspondence but refusing to reply in a timely manner, or in fact AT ALL, thus ensuring that there was no way to get our event postcards delivered in time. This company failed to deliver to the most important area we selected to market to. Moreover USPS informs us that the route information this company gave us is NOT correct. We have evidence that the maps this company give customers to select precisely where to mail to are NOT the same as the actual USPS routes. Therefore they provided false information which prompted us to spend almost $4000 on inaccurate routes and they did not deliver what we ordered. Taradel refused to remedy their error or to even reply to us and thus cost us a significant financial loss. Put simply they are in breach of the agreement by 1. Not delivering as ordered 2. False address listings (PROVIDING INACCURATE MAP). The route maps they provided did not cover the areas they claimed, and did not even deliver a vital portion of our order, and the fact that they knew this in enough time to have corrected this problem but chose not to, shows this company to be untrustworthy at best but more likely deliberately dishonest. Their failure to provide accurate information and their failure to act when presented with the evidence there was indeed a problem shows they were not only negligent but were negligent by choice.
Order did not arrive on time. VERY disappointed
WORST form of advertising weve EVER used. ZERO % ROI and EXTREMELY POOR quality of what they call postcards. AVOID like the PLAGUE!!!
Had them send out 7500 every door direct mailers. Some how they never made it in mail boxes. Traded and the usps says they were sent but a most almost all of friends and customers of mine never received them. A complete waste of 2500 dollars.
