Terrible. I made an appointment almost 2 weeks out for my glucose test for pregnancy. I called right after I made the appointment and left a voicemail to make sure they did the glucose testing at this location. I never received a call back. When I arrived and checked into the appointment the technician told me they don’t do glucose testing there and said she doesn’t ever have time to answer or return phone calls. I called 2 weeks ago. I understand that they don’t do it, that’s fine, but at least have the courtesy to return my phone call and let me know so I don’t waste my time. The tech was extremely rude to me. I won’t be back to this location.

My son is a CHOP patient and the phlebotomist was incredible at this location. Never misses!

Getting them to answer the phone is a nightmare. Also they couldnt provide me with a FAX number at which my doctor could fax them the test order. Ridiculous.
