Ive been bringing my old jeep to the service center for about 3 years now (I recently moved to the area, and Matt Blatt was recommended for car repairs). I recently bought a new jeep from the separate Matt Blatt dealership in Glassboro. Overall, Ive had a great experience at the Service Center (but a different, not as great but I guess mediocre experience at the Dealership). The Service Center crew really does seem to have a culture of trying to make the customer happy, and going above and beyond. I have to say Ive been impressed, after having taken my car to many different shops over the 16 years I owned it and lived in 3 other states.

Friendly staff, lets you know other issues going on with your vehicle, not just the issues you are there for. They break it down the work that needs to be done and the cost before any work is done. So you decide what you are willing to pay for. The wait isnt too terribly long depending on what your car needs. They take extra steps to make sure everything inside your vehicle stays tidy. Plus while you wait there are refreshments!

Purchased a used Jeep in December. Brought the extended warranty with it, along with the 90 day warranty they offer. Was back today with a bad sensor, this is my 121 day of owning my car. Service manager honored their original warranty and I didnt have to put anything out of pocket. Great service

Hi everyone, well I was at Matt Blatt Service today for a regular service, when my wife called me. She had locked her keys in the car with it running, well Bill immediately sent a technician to help my wife out with the lock out situation. I was very grateful for Bills actions and for the technicians help. This is another reason why I continue to do my business here at Matt Blatt Service department. So far so good, they ordered the parts needed for my vehicle. We will see on the 28th. I will reevaluate and post at that point. But so far everyone has been courteous, and professional all the while maintaining a personal relationship. Works for me! Update: Alls well that ends we. Everything is taken care of quite well. We took our vehicle for wiper issues, got shuttled to Monarch Diner for breakfast and back. We were full informed during the entire time what was going to be done. Excellent customer service. Knowledgeable employees.

The customer service people at the front desks werent exactly the friendliest or the most helpful... A little rude if ya ask me.The mechanic did do just what was supposed to be done to my car, which was an oil change and a few other minor maintenance checks etc. which I had purchased as a deal on Groupon. They did say that there were still a lot of smaller, not too big a deal yet, issues that still need to be fixed. I really thought it was odd though that my car sounds even worse when I drive it now then it did previously before I brought it here. Either way, overall it was an ok experience and they were at least fair.

I absolutely will recommend this place to anyone. I came here For an oil change and Sean went above and beyond to make sure that my car left here safe. I cannot believe that he went so far above and beyond his duty to make sure that I left this place as a pleased customer.

Can’t remember if I ever wrote a review about how bad this place is, I broke down a few months ago and was towed to this shop by AA. After being snowballed for a $800 repair (should have been 1/4 if that price) I was told my vehicle would be ready by around noon.... I showed up a couple hours after noon and the vehicle was still not done. Waited about an hour for them to tell me that the part was defective and they needed to do the repair for a second time. (Miraculously that Repair was completed in under an hour...) I drive the car out of the shop and it’s immediately making noise. I was so done with these people that I paid to take it to another shop where they repaired it for me. Couldn’t even get the belt tension right.If you are looking to get snowballed and taken advantage of use this shop. If not, go somewhere else. - best part is I purchased a 50K truck from Matt Black a couple years prior. Thanks for looking out for your customers!!

I will only bring my car here from now on! Sean at the service desk went above and beyond to help my situation. Helped with towing and a loaner car. I had to bring my car in a second time for the same problem and they asked to keep my car for a couple of days so they could really monitor the situation. (Thats when I got the loaner car, which was a nice newer model) I definitely felt safe driving my car after they had everything said and done. Trust me, take your car here. Good service, pleasant staff and very knowledgeable to keep you and your car safe!

I recently had AAA roadside service issue and Matt Blatt responded. Their response was quick and professional. Unfortunately, a minor incident occurred as a result of their service to me. I called to notify them and spoke with Jackie. She gave me exceptional service. Appropriate responsibility was taken and my repairs were made. This is my first interaction with Matt Blatt Tire and I was very impressed.

Shawn and Maryland were GREAT!! service was quick and efficient!!! Maryland is super friendly and Shawn is awesome! In and out.

Chrissys customer service was outstanding. She was extremely personable and helpful and showed a lot of patience. The service appointment took about an hour and a half or maybe a little longer but it was not unbearable due to the fact that you service department made sure youre comfortable and there were beverages. Also, though I could not get all of my service needs taken care of at one time due to my work schedule a short notice Chrissy did readily advise of the technician schedule and was ready to schedule me for the next available appointment and also walked me to my vehicle to make sure that it was ready to leave the service area.

Matt Blatt has become the flagship of what vehicle service should be. Great service at a reasonable rate and lots of accountability and clarity. They really care and look out for your best interest. Ive been there for 2 oil changes in the 3 months ive lived in the area. I wont go anywhere else

We got a great price here for brand new tires for our Chevy Silverado. The tires for our truck are very expensive so we were very pleased that they offered us a good price for brand new tires and our search is over. We dont live too close to this location, but it is definitely worth the drive to get excellent customer service. I would definitely recommend checking them out and using their services that they have to offer. Im sure you wont be disappointed.

The service at Matt Blatt is top notch. Had my truck towed to their service shop and was planning on trading it in. Despite not being able to strike a deal on a trade, my truck was repaired at an honest and fair price and my experience with their sales team and manager AJ was a pleasant one. Class act business all around as far as Im concerned.

Good place for service of my Outlander. Make an appointment, you can drop keys in a mail box outside of shop for after hours convenience. In the mail box are forms to fill out about your auto. I take a handful and keep them in my glove box. It makes it easy to just drop car and keys off, with out doing the paperwork in a car.

Helpful and friendly employees, clean waiting room, complimentary drinks and snacks. They get you in and out fast. I will be taking my cars there for their maintenance.

I recently purchased 4 new tires and replaced my front brakes. I shopped around and the price and quality here cannot be beat. The staff & management were very helpful on my decision on what tires to go with.

Some mistake were made on my car and I had to have another shop fix them. Matt Blat refunded the full 900$ for the other shops bill.Very honest. Trustworthy, and thorough.I am a lifetime customer.

So my family was coming home from vacation in OCNJ when my sisters car broke down in Malaga,NJ by the Pegasus diner. Turned out, the alternator went bad. Anyways, the tow truck man came and was polite, professional, helpful, positive and all around a nice guy despite it being a Saturday. My sister, her best friend, and I rode with him to Glassboro and we had a great conversation and laughed - one of the best tow truck rides, Ive had. So positive experience #1.Once we got to Matt Blatt Tire & Auto - their waiting area was set up well and clean. There was a TV, a fridge fully stocked with water, several comfy couches, a charger station, and a nice clean bathroom. Just wow!!! Quite customer friendly! Positive experience #2Lastly, they were willing to stay open another hour to replace the alternator for us!!! Wow - even on a Saturday! Thats wonderful and unheard of these days! So, even though I was not impacted say waiting until car was road worthy again, the customer service and professionalism was amazing! Positive experience #3.

Heard a whistling from my car, called and they fit me in immediately. I was concerned it was going to be something pricey but they found the issue (minor). Excellent customer service! Sean? kept me updated the entire time. Definitely will be bringing my car back here for maintenance (oil changes, etc) and any other concerns.

It took almost 2 hours for an oil change and when I made the appointment they told me I would be in-and-out within one hour, and they also told me they were going to wash the outside of my car and they never did. I bought a groupon I guess you get what you pay for, but the girls are very very nice that work at the front desk

At first had a bumpy start but the owner Bill went far and beyond to make things right. Unfortunately there was a terrible service guy that was responsible for the bumpy start but was instantly fired when Bill found out,literally right in front of me,I felt bad but understood as a business owner myself the decision Bill had to make he also took off $200 and filled my gas tank for any inconvenience .This may have been my worst experience coming here but its 1 time out of 20 and Bill made it right. Definitely recommend this place for auto needs and ask for service representative Jackie,shes awsome.

The gentleman who installed my tires (I think his name was Nick) did a great job - told me what ft lbs he torqued the bolts to, the air pressure in the tires and helped out with something he saw damaged on my trailer. The woman at the desk who helped me (Im sorry, I didnt get her name) was also very kind, informative and patient with my nervousness. Thank you!

Shop was very help full, got me in two days early, finished the job in 2 hours witch isnt bad at all if you consider they changed 4 tires, did an oil change, refilled washer fluid. And they were pretty busy and still got me in, professional staff confortable waiting room no complaints. Girl at home was mad i was gone so long and got to my google account and started complaining i was their too long sorry guys came on here to fix what she said.

I bought a used GM car that was in good shape, but had substantial rust (as many do) on the undercarriage of car. Researched several places for rust-proofing service (e.g. Ziebart), but chose to take a chance on Matt Blast tire and auto based on reviews...and also after talking with Larry, who was very friendly and helpful. Also had some spark plug and wires replaced while I was there. Was not disappointed. The undercoating work was awesome! Cleanly done with every rust area treated and sprayed. If you have a GM car...look underneath (especially brake lines that typically rust out and FAIL!!). A little prevention...will cost between $470-$600...but totally worth it.-Scott

Worse place to take your car, they told me I needed a new engine, I took it somewhere else and they fixed it, 2 years later its still running strong, also paid them to diagnose the all-wheel drive and EVAP system, they said awd problem was from the engine and that wasnt true. And the EVAP was a purge solenoid, that wasnt true either. so they got me for two diagnostic fees, but they didnt get me for an new engine, thank God!

Not happy with the last time I took my car. They were suppose to fix one of my pipes that had broke where my antifreeze runs through, so my car will stop over heating and it’s still over heating. They charged me all that money for me to have the same problem again.

If i could give them no stars and negative Stars I would. We drop our 2015 Chevy Silverado off Monday morning 9. It was supposed to get an oil change and the Keys reprogrammed, by the next day they tell us theyre keeping it until Wednesday and theyre also going to send it to GM in Turnersville to get the recalls fixed. It is now Wednesday night our truck is at the GM in Vineland no one gave them authorization for that and they didnt call and communicate with us throughout the day as much as I felt they should have, recalls never got done. Mind you we had to run a car so thats just costing us even more money. I just feel that Matt Blatt Tire and Auto is very unprofessional in so many ways.

Had my girlfriend call them back to schedule it about a half hour later and she spoke to 2 different people all of which didnt remember saying that and they could not get her in until the following week. Dont think Ill take my vehicle to a place that cant remember a conversation that happened 30 minutes ago lol.

Great clinic

Took my Jeep here for some general maintenance. I offroaded with it and everything felt a little loose from banging around. They tightened up everything and gave it an alignment. The Jeep now rides smoother than it ever had, even before it was lifted. Every other offroading vehicle Ive ridden in is extremely uncomfortable on the road surface. My Jeep rides like a dream on the road, and yet it can still handle plowing through 3 feet of mud in the pine barrens. Price wasnt too bad, either. Only issue is, once they have your address, you will get a ton of spam mail from them advertising their warranty service. If not for that, itd be 5 stars instead of 4.
