Was unable to complete my mission due to their day off.

Terrible to work with terrible to get in contact with never return messages. I have had the privilege of having my kids want to live with me and not their mother.The office will not even talk to me so I finally received my day in court and won but almost 2 months later they still taking support from me and will not return my calls or messages as to why. Beverly is my case worker and she is very sneaky if I was the women going to her asking for support she has no issues but me being the man will not talk to me. I have moved here from a big city with better luck getting answers. Where is this $ going how long they expect someone to keep paying and supporting kids I have been for over 1yr and a half and still will I get $ back will they garnish mothers wages will they send her a letter like they do for the men when they are behind or threaten them she will go to jail if she don’t pay back or even why she continues to collect the $ when she don’t have kids. ABSOLUTELY THE WORST to deal with I sorry for anyone else to half to go through this.

Good way to stay out jail pay that child support

They never answer the phones! Then when you drive from a different County the case worker isnt there. You can call over 10 times a day every week and cant get ANYONE NO MATTER WHAT BUTTON YOU PRESS! If you have a warrant they are quick to make a move but cant do anything else.

I have been struggling with this agency since July. I received my paperwork and finished it in July. I wasnt allowed to return the paperwork until the end of August. It is now November with nothing new on my case. Every time I call no one answers or if they do theyre not taking calls. I have left message after message with no return call. This agency is a joke. I could probably move to a new county and file there and have my case completed in the time theyve had my case.

Terrible at communication. No returned messages or calls. Still dont mail anything to my address after changing it over year ago. Drain the swamp. Need new management.
