The Dr here took great care of me. Followed though with all her work and made me feel like I was a rich man. So happy with my smile even more now. I feel like a part of me has been returned to me. The smile in my life has always been vital. It has hidden countless upsets. And also has open countless doors. Thank you western dental....
I was experiencing a severe toothache and was initially seen on 9/10 by the dentist who informed me after taking xrays that they could not start any of the needed work until it was preauthroized by medical (or Denti-cal actually). A follow-up appointment was made for 9/16. When I returned on 9/16 I was told they hadnt received the required authorization and that it would take 6-8 weeks! Remember I am still in severe pain which they were aware of. They sent me away without any followup appointment.Knowing this couldnt be right I called dentical myself a few days later to ask if it really took them 6-8 weeks to authorize dental work and they told me it should only take 7-10 business days. She looked up my specific situation and told me me this western dental office did not submit the request for my work until 9/17! They lied about the time frame the fact that they failed to do *jack* about my case knowing I was in pain. Horrible customer service.My pain being constant and worsening still I went to the office today to complain about the what happened but more importantly to inform them that my situation was getting worse to please help. So they gave me a prescription for antibiotics and Tylenol 3 which I immediately took to the Walgreen next door. When I went back 2 hrs later to pick up my pain pills I couldnt get them because western dental wrote the prescription out to Rolando Herrera, which is not my name. So I went to western dental to fix it. They are supposed to be open until 4:30 today and it was only 2:30 but the office was dark and the doors locked. Now I have to suffer at least another 2 days until Monday because of the incompetence of the personnel here.This is level of care medi-cal members are receiving. At least from this office. Avoid it if you can.
This is THE BEST Western Dental I have ever been too! Worth it for the drive from San jose! Total comprehensive care!! They work with you and from front desk to chair the customer service is impeccable!! Thank you!!
Took my brother in for an emergency appointment. Walked in the door and the first thing the woman with the fake green eyes and blue tipped nails said was “ step behind the white line!” We had a 9:00 am appointment and all the paperwork filled out correctly and we sat there without a word from this woman who isn’t qualified to bag groceries much less work in a dental office until we walked out at 9:45 am. My brother had a major stroke last year and was in serious pain ( not to mention private insurance and money to pay for treatment). The only reason I even took him to this place was the supposed 9:00 am appointment. As we are driving home, we get a text stating your appointment time is approaching in 10 minutes. I don’t think so! The emailConfirmation clearly said 9:00am. If this is how they treat you in the front, I’d hate to see what happens in the back! Found another dentist that morning who treated him at the appointment time and extracted 2 teeth on the spot. ( not to mention the woman at the front desk had manners)!

I have been anxious about getting my teeth worked on for years. Well today was the first day of my future dental care being a blessing.37 years of self care and embarrassed about bad and missing teeth ended when Western Dental said they could help me. I will soon enough have full dentures. 😊NO judgment or anything. They treated me with respect and kindness.I definitely recommend them.
I have no idea why this office is still in business. You make an appointment show up and they tell you to wait an hour. If you have an emergency go somewhere else this Saturday the line was around the building unprofessional way of scheduling appointments then they tell you to either wait or reschedule your appointment like its the peoples fault they arent organized . If they dont have enough time why in the hell do they make peoples appointment the same day. Horrible unprofessional service never again will I go here.
I have Always disliked western dental but decided to give one more chance sense its a different location.... NOPE Absolutely ridiculous checked in for my 10 o clock appointment at 9:30 still waiting almost past 12pm why over schedule people its insane to be here this long..... never again 😒
Worst customer service; appointments at 8:00 but opens at 8:30, first come first serve doesn’t seem to apply. My fourth visit this morning was the same, nothing changed. The doctors are okay but the front desk people are unethical.I don’t recommend this place for anyone.

I showed up for my daughter orthodontist appointment at our scheduled appointment at 515pm where they were so rude to me for showing up “this late” and told me they don’t do appointments at this time. Like why did you even schedule me then. Worst attitudes I have ever dealt with.
Horrible service. We drove a good distance for an appointment then were told there we were scheduled for a different day, when we have a confirmation email that says otherwise. Not to mention the rudeness from the dentist. Its wrong to make people feel bad for their teeth. Like, why do you think Im here? This is exactly why people dislike the going to the dentist.
I decided to take my daughter there because I heard there Pediatric Dentist was good with kids. And yes my daughter had a good experience. BUT their front staff have horrible, unexperience customer service. Bad experience and issues every visit. Today was the worst ever. waiting for a hour before being told they couldnt see my daughter for emergency because they dont have a Pediatric Dentist while telling me they dont have my insurance information, and then walked away. And that she didnt want to talk to me anymore because she had to leave.
Very satisfied with my result for braces!! The orthodontist knows what hes doing and explains very well if you have any questions.
Summary:- Appointment was for a Deep Clean- Place was clean- Staff is friendly but I felt if I was even slightly cross with them they would take it personally.- had to wait 2 hours- Desk Staff could not answer why it took so long- Seem to be very unorganized and could be more professional from an outside perspective- Way too much Novocaine- Started to feel waaay off when they gave me the Novocaine and did not check on me- Dentist and Assistant where quick and efficient once they started (the only reason they did not get a 1 star review)- Just a guess, do they over book?Details:So I had an appointment @ 3PM and got there about 5 minutes early. When I got there they said wait in the car, they were not ready. they would send a text. Well, 30 minutes passed and I went in for an update and asked how long it would take and they didnt know and did not check. Went back out to the car then waited another 30 minutes. I finally got a call and was asked to come in. I said I did not want some of the services but they tried to push them again. Finally got that straightened out then they got me into a chair. The Dentist came up to me about 4:30pm (1.5 hours from my appointment) and said they would start the prep. I asked if I could get Gas instead of the Novocaine and they said I could have gas but would get the Novocaine anyway. I have later found out this is not the case at other offices. SO now to the Novocaine, they gave me way too much. After the injections, I had troubles swallowing and my heart was racing. No one came to check on me and I was sitting there for 20 minutes before they came over. It took over 4 hours for the Novocaine to completely wear off, not acceptable to me. Once the procedure started it only took about 15 minutes. I got out of there at 5:45 PM so I was at this office for 2 hours 45 minutes for a 30 minute procedure.Bottom line: They are terrible with Status and time management. I also dont think they listen to the patient. This was probably one of my worst experiences at a Dentist. First time I have used them and not sure if I will return.
Horrible service, I already had an appointment to take my kid and when I got there they said they couldn’t help me. So then why give appointments? Why can’t they let you know
The staff here is wonderful! I always feel they care about my experience! I have been coming to this location for over 5 years and have never been disappointed. Olga in particular goes above and beyond for her patients. She always tries her hardest to answer any questions I have. She is always so welcoming. I have had many procedures here. Doctors are great! Highly recommend!

Dr. Ky is an awesome dentist. He takes the time to get to know you and make you feel comfortable before start my exam. The dental assistants are very hard working as well. Front staff are awesome as well. They greet every one with a warm beautiful smile. The financial advisers I pretty knowledgeable with insurance and have great payment options. They made it super easy for meThe office is pretty clean and the vibe walking in the office is great. I highly recommend this place.

I called to make my appointment a week in advance with someone with an accident so strong I could barely understand half the things she said. They booked me 2 appointments the same day. One for the exam and the other for the treatment. I figured whatever at least I have made my appointment. When the day comes they decide to call me TWO hours before my appointment to to reschedule both of them! Seems very unprofessional to me. I canceled both my appointments and promptly called Sunny Smiles Dentistry and had a WAY better experience with them. Even tho they had their main doctor had called out they still scheduled me next day with a sub doc. Forget western denial and go with someone els.

This place is horrible. The way that western dental is run is extremely inefficient. I had an appt at 930am, but really you don’t actually have any appt time. I had waited until almost 11am until I was actually seen by anyone and that was just to get x-rays taken. Then I was taken to the back and waited additional 15-20mins until the dentist actually came and saw me (The time was now 11:20am- I had been there for 2 hours at this point!). We talked for 5 minutes or less and then I was sent back to the front waiting room so they could “go over” recommended procedures. They also try and sell you unnecessary procedures and products.When I booked the appointment, it was my understanding that it was for a CLEANING. When I told them this after the two hours I was already there, they said that it is only if they have time after your x-rays and exam?? What? Also, every time I call and try and get my information transferred to a different dentist, they put me on hold for 20+ minutes! I even have asked to not be put on hold and the lady interrupted me and put me on hold anyways! For 20 mins!I would never go back here and never recommend Western Dental to anyone. Zero stars if I could rate that. Do not go to Western Dental.

From cleanings to implants, I have received excellent care at Gilroy Western Dental for nearly five years. I’m no stranger to the chair and after bouncing around trying to find a competent dentist I landed at Western Dental in the hands of Dr. Mannequin. I knew I had found a knowledgeable, experienced, professional dentist that sincerely cared for the best interest my dental needs. Dr. Ky Nyuyen joined the WD team a couple of years ago and has matched the same amazing professionalism, knowledge, and consideration for my dental care. He actually is my go-to-guy now. I am especially grateful for his competency on a recent treatment.The dental assistants are skilled contributors as well. They have all been friendly, helpful, and work in-sync as a team with the doctor.Customer service at the front desk has made leaps and bounds of improvement in the years I’ve been there. Even with the huge variety of task workload this department is obviously responsible for, now, a patient is welcomed with a smile and friendly greeting.Occasionally, I have experienced long wait times to see a doctor, but I’m actually OK with that knowing unpredictable issues can come up for patients being treated ahead of me and that I’ll get whatever time I need once I’m in the chair.What I don’t like is having to call Western Dental’s Central Station to ask a simple question or schedule an appointment. BUT… if you ask, they will give you their direct phone number. I also do not like that my date of birth is asked for when registering rather than my name. Seems so impersonal. And I think the Western Dental auto replies to a Review are equally impersonal.At the end of the day, with my concern being quality dental care and service, I would highly recommend Gilroy Western Dental as dental care truly at its best.
I came in with my mom and Clarissa assisted us with all the paperwork and insurance. She was super helpful and friendly! Clarissa answered all of our questions and explained everything really well.
After having a really unpleasant experience with my previous dentist i appreciate the hard work the employees here did to help me out. Since i stepped in this office they greeted me and made me feel welcome. The patient advocate (Martha) was really helpful setting me up with my treatments. She really took her time to explain things to be so that i can fully understand everything and know my different options. The dr. and assistants were also very kind and professional at their job. They explained everything before doing any performance on me. Lets not mention how clean their office is. They really make their office feel comfortable and pleasant by taking well care of it and maintaining it regularly. I highly recommend this place to whom ever wants a great dental experience.
Its always a pleasant experience at Western Dental, no matter what we are getting done inside our mouths that day! The front office is always friendly and knows who we are, then checks us in right away! Once called into the back for our appointments, the staff and dentists put you right as ease before they start their procedures! Yesterday at WD was no different, except that I left with super clean teeth!! Yay!! I love that feeling in my mouth - but doesnt everyone!! 🥳🥳

I want to give a shout out to Adrianna, Mimi, and dentist Silvie at Western Dental and Orthodontics in Gilroy, CA because I was treated so expertly, professionally, and with the utmost of care at their office today.I am not alone, I am sure, in not relishing the idea of going to the dentist, but I cannot say enough about how great I was treated and how thoroughly my dental concerns were addressed. I now know exactly where I stand dental-wise and that was one of the main reasons why I went to the dentist in the first place. Everything was explained fully and with the sincere caring...I can now plan accordingly with confidence.I would highly recommend visiting Western Dental on First Street in Gilroy, CA...you wont be disappointed and will very likely leave with a great big smile on your face.
Avoid waited a long time and I was being pushed deep cleaning very aggressively. They would not even perform any service until I agreed to it. Obviously I refused. Now I mighty get stuck with the R Ray costs. What a waist of my Friday. This place is horrible. Very getho!
Western Dental in Gilroy is by FAR better then the one Camden Ave. They were better prepared, and made me feel very comfortable and believe me feeling comfortable at a Dentist office is wonderful thing. Sure wished I came here first.
This has been the worst experience that Ive encountered. Having been told I needed dentures I opted for implants. It has been almost 2 years and still do not have a correct set. There have been appointment made and Ive waited sometime 2 hours and then been told they didnt have time for me and reschedule the appointment. Other times the wait would be long and Id be seen just to be told to come back. Ive been there almost every month for almost 2 years. I had to make my payments on time and yet, I couldnt get seen on time. Ive decided to cut my losses and find another dentist that will complete the work. This has been the most unprofessional dentist group that Ive been too. No one seems to know what the other person is doing. Just take the money and let it be.Never again.

I had an appointment at 9:00 am and i got there TEN minutes early before anyone had come in and i had watched everyone walk in that came in after me and i still waited 30 minutes after and watched the people who came in for 9:30 walk in.i would not ever recommend going here. Not to mention the messed up my moms account so apperently she owes all this money but she has paid it off.
Very unprofessional! 11/2/2019 was my first time visiting the office and I wasn’t introduced to anyone, just serviced for x-rays and then sent back out into the lobby. The woman who took my x-rays said that there weren’t any rooms available. After waiting for 2 hours in the lobby, I was called and taken into the operation room where I thought that I would then be serviced for cleaning, but I was wrong. When I first got in the operation room, I was asked to have a seat and from there I waited 30 minutes without anyone coming back to start my cleaning or anything. I left and I am very disappointed.
WOW, I really wish I would have read the reviews before I went in! I would not have gone at all. But I did have my first appointment today, I got called back within less than 10 minutes, and the technician and doctor were very kind, gentle, and knowledgeable. Going back tomorrow morning to get some work done. Hope it goes well

The young lady receptionist at counter was rude and unhelpful. She did not want to bothered with trying to validate my insurance and made a faint effort to contact provider via website number and seemed proud of herself when she put the response on speaker phone that they were closed. She was wrong. I showed her the paperwork showing they were open Saturdays but did not want to bother calling the other number I had. She seemed irritated and self absorbed with her haughty attitude that regardless they wouldnt know the billing codes anyways so it didnt matter. I had 3 cracked teeth and one broken one and she didnt offer any option, like me just paying the full bill. WD should not have such unprofessional front end staff that are immature and think they know everything and too lazy to help new patient with emergency dental needs. We went to another dentist in San Jose, gave young receptionist there same paperwork showing our provider and coverage and called the provider with correct number and within 5 minutes we were being taken care of and all the staff smiling and helpful. Unlike the recptionist at WD who is equal to a growing cavity on what might be a nice smile. No wonder their feedback is only 2 stars. Look who they have greeting patients.

Font counter receptionist is very rude. They kept sending me texts that I have unfinished dental work and when I schedule an appointment they have no idea what i am talking about. They always try to offer me braces or ask if I know anyone who wants braces. Also 2600 for a root canal with insurance? No thanks not coming back.

Going to be totally honest. I went here Dec 2018 after 6 years of not going to the Dentist let me say this... the guy Dentist is super dope! He’s very professional, young, quick, and knows exactly what he’s talking about. I wanted him to do all of the work in my mouth. The woman dentist was ok too. Also there was a dental assistant that works there that I really loved too. She was able to GENTLY get my temp crowns off without hurting me not once but twice 👌🏽😊 She was soft to the touch. Front staff isn’t all that awesome but they aren’t bad either. I waited for an extra hour a few times but I didn’t mind because it was worth it. I love my crownsssssss they are so shiny! Thank you! Waited to get Attended, only to get X-rayed get billed and find out they cant do anything without a down payment. They let me go without suggesting anything and no medication for the pain . They just let me walk out, i Suggest no one go here if you have serious dental problems they wont help at ALL!!!!Got a Reply apologizing for their Mistake but Im not gonna go back knowing thats All Ill GET even when they knew I was IN PAIN they forgot about my SITUATION and let me LEAVE!!!! (Still in pain)
This place is horrible. I have been going here for over 2 years and if anything this place has gotten worse. Every single time i come for anything there is always some excuse for why they can’t fix the problem. They charged me $600 and then said that they couldn’t fix whatever was causing the pain in my mouth. And I had an appointment at 11 am and it’s currently 12:30 and I waited to get my root canal fixed and now they’re saying they can’t fix it..
So much for getting her braces off on the day thats been scheduled for 3 months! My daughter was so looking forward to getting her braces off the day before Thanksgiving, but the retainer that was supposed to be rushed here due to incorrect impressions being taken prior was NOT here and NOBODY bothered calling us beforehand! Not to mention the fact that when they called 2 weeks ago and told her to come in right away for a new impression, they made her wait an hour and a half! No one has even taken responsibility or apologized for this completely unacceptable mishap. Not even the manager Ashley showed an ounce of sympathy. She never even called me back yesterday, nor did Cynthia like they said they would to schedule another appt to get the uppers off for real this time. This place is soooo unprofessional! You definitely get what you pay for! Never again!Update: the customer service reply and help is a joke too. They don’t help you, they make things worse. The Customer service rep Carly would not let me speak to her supervisor and acted like she couldn’t hear me. She would not give me the name when I asked repeatedly. Then she hung up on me. Nice grievance department...
HORRIBLE!!!!! Gilroy Western Dental is the worst place to go! My daughter got braces; which Im still paying for; and now they want to take them off and charge for a whole new set. i asked what the difference is and they said nothing its just a different package. i asked why they couldnt leave whats on and then just add what they need and NO ONE could give me and answer. ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY! Now I have to get a 3rd job to pay for a whole new set that is exactly what she already has. DO NOT GO TO WESTERN DENTAL IN GILROY! Trust me it will be worth the drive to go some where else. especially if you dont want to wait 3 hours then be told that they dont have time and will have to come back. If I could give negative stars I would.

The customer service in the front office is horrible. They have made me waste so much of my time. They are very unprofessional and demeaning . I feel that they don’t care about the customer. They need an office staff that knows how to do their job as well as customer service skills. I have had my son in pain for days. I am going to find another office to take my son.
Horrible customer service. The phone only gets answered if you press to either make a payment or schedule an appointment. They charged us for work done on a different account and havent been able to issue a credit in over 3 months. The Gilroy office provided me a letter stating that the credit would be issued and assured me no more bills would come but they keep on coming and now with late fees. Stay away! Its been 2 yrs since visit.. No one. Could follow thru..the wait time was ridiculous...We went for an exam at 11am didnt get seen till 12:15 that was for ex rays not even the exam..okay so they us theres 4People ahead of us! Now its 12:30.. So we set an appt for today. They were supposed to put the wire bacl in. After the x rays and said theyll do it the next day at the exam..They told us theres no one there to put it in!! Wow!! Olga was very reassuring and knowledgeable and dis ussed the situation which i was very upset about..sooo because of olga me and my daughter will give it one more try before looking elswhere.. The dr is very good the other staff in the front were very nice..
Karla helped me out today, she put my braces on. Not only did she make me feel comfortable but she had good conversations with me that helped me keep calm.
I was called shortly after arriving, about 15 minutes or so. Once they called me back I was waiting an hour and a half before they started. Because I had a tooth removed, just this last Monday, I had an issue with the empty socket and rushed over to their office. I arrived 40 minutes prior to closing, but apparently everyone had left except for one person in the front and was told to come back tomorrow. If your hours say you are open until 7 then you need to have everybody there until 7. This is not the first time I have dealt with this locations crappy service.
Okay..I had a appointment at 10 am and was seen at 1pm. Their excuse was that theyre understaffed. Worst doctor Ive ever meet in my life, shes the mad Indian woman with a attitude. She didnt even spend 3 minutes on my teeth inspection, and was very irritated and very unprofessional and rude. They should close down this place.
The front desk service is terrible, they dont go above and beyond for their patients, they dont like working hard, they are not capable of full professional service, they want easy money without a struggle. They are not capable of calling other western dental offices for information or records. They are not capable of telling you or letting you know that the clinic is running behind or that they are short staffed. I was sitting there for almost an hour and no sign of them calling me All the front desk person could say was sorry, we are short staffed, the person that does X-rays is on lunch, blah blah. First of all why schedule patients at a certain time if the staff that is needed for that appointment isnt there. Makes no sense. Her sorry isnt going to pay for my gas, time, or mileage that I wasted on a disorganized appointment.
Been there 3 times only waited about 10 minutes before being seen each time and the staff as a whole was nice and respectful.

Horrible service. The front counter is just rude and non willing to help, if you make an appt. It should be respected and not have to wait an hour to be seen, and with 5 kids its definitely not fun. It is hard enough to convince your 3 and 4 year olds to go to the dentist and once there to explain to them why we have to wait. As we sat there we watched about 4 staff members go to lunch at once while the three counter people just sat there and gossip laughing and whispering to each other, definitely very proffesional. O yeah and then they run out of what ever supply and ask if we want to wait 30 more minutes. Hate this place.

First, this is not a complaint against the dentist or the clinical staff who I found to be very competent. As for Western Dentals practices, this place is a SCAM!!! I went to their Gilroy office for cleaning and a cavity and was told that I could not refuse the Gingival Irrigation which increased my cost from $187 to $585. $49 per quad, twice...$392.00.This is not true, nor ethical and per my insurance company not necessary. Following up with complaint to the California Dental Board, although based on the nonchalant attitude when I called corporate to complain, this is not new to this company. They were eager to cancel my follow up appointment without even asking why at the local office.
WORST WORST WORST PLACE EVER FOR BRACES!!!!!IT MADE MY PICK AT LEAST ONE STAR TO POST0 STARS AND I MEAN ZERO STARS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!THEY DONT KNOW HOW TO SCHEDULE APTS AND OBVIOUSLY DONT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS. A 10 MIN ORTHO APT TAKES ABOUT 1 HR TO 2 HRS. YOU CAN PLAN ON 1 HR AND 15 MIN SITTING IN THE LOBBY PAST YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME AND THEN YOU GO AND SIT AND WAIT SOME MORE IN THE EXAM CHAIR I HAVE COMPLAINED THERE ON SITE AND I HAVE CALLED AND COMPLAINED 12 TIMES TO CORPORATE THEY DONT CARE EITHER AND EVERY TIME I AN IN THERE SOMEONE ELSE IS COMPLAINING ABOUT THE SAME EXACT THINGS AS I. I CALLED OTHER LOCATIONS AND THEY TELL ME IT COULD BE WEEKS TO CHANGE LOCATIONS AND/ OR THEY MAY NOT TAKE YOU AT ALL. WHAT???? MY ADVICE SO YOU DONT HAVE TO TAKE A 3 HR LUNCH BREAK JUST FOR YOUR KIDS ORTHO APT SPEND A LITTLE MORE MONEY AND GOOOOOO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!
Forced to give 1 star otherwise I cant post. This is the worst dental practice. Ibrought in my 90 year old father who has MediCare and MediCal and I couldnt find anyone else who takes these insurances. Ive been here 3 hours and he still has the been seen. I think he has an infected tooth and Im afraid it will go systemic, otherwise I would leave.
My son had a good experience thanks to the assistant tanya that she took the x-ray my son was telling me that she was awesome he will want her to do hes x-ray next time and to the dr. She told him good job on brushing and to the assistant Kim that she did hes cleaning she was soo nice and explaining to my son wt she was going to my son was so happy leaving the office thank you

Worst experience ever, scheduled an appointment with there ortho dept in Gilroy, drove one hour to be here on time and apparently they did not have ortho today, but this is not the first time this happens. Worst mistake ever made is coming to western dental the patient care is horrible, Corporate should take a ittle field trip to see how staff address issues like what happend today so these mistakes dont happen to someone else. I dont recommend this place at all.
This place is un organized they should ree staff if no one likes to do their job up in front. They do great work the orthodontis. But tell me y i show up 10 min early for my appt. At 10:30am but not bee seen till 1:30pm. 3 freaking hours later just ridiculous wast of a hole Day and whats even worse people come in after u and get seen first. No use in making appt hear

This has been, BY FAR, the worst experience I have ever had with any business in my life. Western Dental is beyond incompetent in every aspect of the business that I have encountered; from the actual (so-called) dentistry, to the local front office customer service, to the CORPORATE customer service --EVERYTHING--TODO--all of it has been HORRIBLE at every turn. I could write a small book documenting all that has gone wrong since the first day I walked into the Gilroy office, but I wont bother. Suffice it to say, the dentistry has been boarder line malpractice; the customer service has been deplorable; the corporate office is unresponsive or indifferent. Everything that could go wrong has gone wrong, and Western Dental either simply does not care at all, or is incompetent to do any better. IT HAS BEEN DISGUSTING. MY community is worse off for having a Western Dental office in it. This company LOWERS the quality of the society if infects. Steps ought to be taken to have it removed from our state for the malignant decease it is.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR: STAY AWAY. In fact....RUN AWAY, NOW!
Absolutely ridiculous. I was very clear over the phone, but was made to come in to an appointment anyway, then denied a free consultation because I have insurance that doesnt kick in til next month. Now, instead of being seen today, I have to wait til next month so they can be greedy. Never again WD.

This place is just horrible. The receptionists up front are out right just rude. How dare I call with questions, I was placed on hold to schedule an appointment for 39 minutes only to be hung up on. Just ridiculous! How is the place still in business.
We just started ortho service at the Gilroy office. On our first appointment the technician shoved the tray into my daughters mouth so hard she cried, she didnt put a protective napkin on her so goo got on her shirt and in her hair, then she whacked her in the eye socket with the xray machine.Wednesday she got her bands on and Wed eve. the bands came off. When I called to get an apt, I was put on hold for 27 minutes and then hung up on. To say the least, they are careless with their clients, and their phone service is entirely inconsiderate. Terribly disappointed.

Horrible wait time staff is always to busy to help you or even notice you are there....have to reschedule to many times because we are just waiting and and multiple people get seen before us.I need a new dentist.

They take forever,are rude, don’t even care about you or your teeth and they hurt you and don’t even apologize, BUT they do there job and my teeth are straight so thank you 😊

1) Cleanings are not guaranteed2) arrived early to appointment, still waited 2.5 hours after it for service (being put in a room) 2 more hours before actual service3)desk girl were all rude when asked if my appointment was still happening4) there were 2 costumers told me about how prices were raised, one case $1000 more
