Poor customer service. I cant trust them. Repeatedly called with no response. When they did respond, it was with innaccurate information. Originally quoted shipment for 10 dollars from California. Then they called and said the shipping price was too low and they had to raise it 80 dollars. They shipped my inverter to the wrong address despite telling me they had resolved the issue multiple times with FedEx. When I called FedEx I was told no one had attempted to contact from Centurian. Ultimately I was able to resolve the conflict with FedEx but only after spending hours of my own time. Not sure if Chris and Jorge were lying or not, but I never got even an apology.
