I was referred to New Vision after trying several other local shops to fix body damage from a collision. As a person who drives from my wheelchair I am in need of a quick turnaround time as I cannot just use any vehicle. The other two shops told me I would be looking at a week to complete the work and be without my vehicle for that time. I scheduled the appointment and was pushed back twice on the schedules before I canceled. New vision looked closely at the damage, ordered all of the parts, had them painted and prepped ahead of time and turned around my vehicle in just over 24 hours. I wont lie I was kind of scared to take my brand new (to me) 2017 F 150 in to any shop to get the hail damaged repaired. Everyone that I talked to that was getting their vehicles fixed had bad experiences. I decided to do my research first & am VERY happy to say these guys did not disappoint!! They were VERY kind, patient, good listeners, & they did amazing work!! They made sure to take their time liked I asked & said, that if I noticed anything that I was unhappy with or they missed by accident they would do right by me. I looked my vehicle over very throughly & noticed it looked like I just drove it off the lot again!! I definitely will be going back again for aftermarket work! Thanks for the great experience!! 👍
