DANGEROUSLY unprofessional and poor customer service!! A month ago, I dropped off my tax materials to them and was told everything would be handled. I called today to follow up about my filing and was told their online system couldnt process my information for some reason and they were too busy to file my taxes! Its less than a week from the April 15th deadline and they pull this... not even an apology.Now, I have to scramble to find another CPA who has the time to help me last minute during this busy tax season! Theyve been around a long time and Im sure theyre good at what they do, but they are negligent in ways that can get you into trouble... BEWARE!!!
