I called several companies about installation of a mini split for ac. The only one to respond was Powder River. Matt was very professional, very responsive, and very helpful in providing information that allowed me to make decisions about the best unit for my home. The workers who did the installation arrived exactly on time, were very professional, informed me of everything they were doing, and made sure I was happy with the end result! I am very happy with all my dealings with this company and would absolutely recommend them.

They are absolutely lifesavers! Our ac has been out for a few days and we were really starting to freak out. It was 95 yesterday and these people came through for us. Wish I could give them a hundred stars!! Definitely recommend!

(I don’t trust anyone with my pets)! He is such a awesome nice guy! Very professional! I feel like the situation would have felt a lot worse without him taking care of it! This outfit is by far the most expensive if you are looking for something residential. When I went with another bid, which was literally $1,000 less than Powder River, they decided to send me a bill for just assessing the issue I was having with my AC. I actually think it is fair for them to be compensated for an assessment, but they never mentioned that upfront, which is just a matter of character and integrity. People that go with Powder River most likely do so because they don’t take the time to get another bid. Their team in Buffalo is super friendly and I enjoyed meeting them, but that doesn’t make up for a $1,000 difference in a bid.
