Jennifer is amazing. I feel so lucky to have found her. She was recommended by a coworker and my friend was so right about how amazing she is!!!! I feel so relieved to have found someone to help treat my anxiety and depression!

This place is beyond amazing. All the staff are welcoming and make you feel like you belong. The experience is genuine from the front desk to the providers. They are patient-centered and want nothing but the best for everyone. They go above and beyond to make sure each patient is truly taken care of. Definitely will be recommending more people to seek services through Integrity Mental Health!!!

Very friendly place. Jennifer talks to you like a friend to make you feel comfortable, Joseph gives good treatments and they all work as a team to give you the best treatment possible. I had the best experience so far no doubt.

So grateful to have found a new psychiatrist office. My other one shut down unexpectedly. Everyone from the front office staff to Jennifer was amazing. I highly recommend Integrity Mental Health. They take their time to understand your needs and help you anyway they can.

Dr. Jenn is great! The office staff is very accommodating. I had some issues procuring life insurance and Dr. Jenn went out of her way to help me submit documentation to get it approved! She also really cares about her patients. She actually listens and prescribes treatment based on the root of the issue vs just a bandaid and she truly wants to help. Thank you IMH.

I have been to several psychiatrists and I am so blessed to have found the group at Integrity Mental Health. The TMS was very helpful for my depression, Dr. Jen Bagby is sweet and really cares about me, my health and my progress, and the front office staff is very courteous and helpful. Joseph, the Practice Manager, is extremely kind, composed, responsive, professional and helpful. I would recommend them to anyone seeking assistance for anxiety, depression, PTSD, etc.

Honestly my least favorite place Ive been to. ive been put on non addictive meds that are helpful, however when i asked if it was ok to keep taking one of them while i was pregnant dr. martin said it was totally safe and they prescribe it to pregnant women all the time. later he looked it up online and said nevermind its actually a huge no-no for pregnancy..... so it bothers me that he answers questions with such confidence when its totally wrong. he also asks me the same questions about myself every time(are you going to school, what are you studying,etc) and it gets old. the front desk girl is never friendly and they billed me for another patients therapy on top of my own and when i told them i was being overcharged they said i was wrong until i literally had to screenshot the charge on my bank statement and then they refunded me.

Treat u like family!! Always go the extra mile for me. In my opinion there is no better place..

Terrible place, psychiatrist doesn’t care about you, they only put you on a ton of strong meds that you really don’t need. You can’t call them to seek help, or follow up when you are suffering major side effects. Avoid this place unless you want to depend on meds the rest of your life. Find something else that will actually take their time to care about you. Overall, they really just don’t care about you. Find something better.

If I hadnt double-checked their work, I would have been without proper care for an additional two weeks minimum.

It took me a long time to brace myself and finally seek help. I couldn’t have picked a better direction. I feel extremely supported by the team here and they’ve made my transition into finally healing a seamless one.Humans being kind to humans, we don’t see a lot of that. Jennifer is awesome. She has helped me so much and she really cares about her patients. She goes out of her way to help you and to prevent interruptions in your care. I recommend her to anyone who has had issues with judgmental providers that only care about $$.

Hands down, this has to be the best care my loved one has received in a very long time! If you are looking for caring compassionate staff/providers that truly care for your loved ones well being, then Integrity Mental Health is the place for them! Its hard alone for anyone to admit they are needing mental help, let alone find a provider who truly cares about your well being. Our family found it extremely frustrating trying to find a provider that took the time to listen and hear all our concerns regarding our loved one. From the moment I called and spoke to Joey, I knew this was the place for us! Joey was extremely professional and caring and thoroughly explained all that was needed for the first visit. Jennifer was simply amazing and has to be the best Psychiatrist we ever come across! She actually took the time to listen to all our concerns and made sure we understood every detail. One can tell she truly cares about helping individuals around her. I would highly recommend Integrity Mental Health to anyone who is in search of a new psychiatrist in the East Valley.

I’ve been coming here for a while and I don’t feel it’s productive at all. Jennifer talks about herself the entire time. Her front staff is really rude. If you need actual mental health I suggest you find another provider.

I needed help dealing with anxiety, worry and stress. I had been to other doctors who made me feel like everything was my fault - no one, until Jennifer, made me understand that this was NOT my fault - that there was nothing wrong with me - finally I had hope thanks to her empathy and counseling skills. She did not tell me what was going to happen but rather worked WITH me to find the best treatment plan for ME. I really like that she did not push drugs on me (so many doctors thats all they want to do) but rather is helping me learn coping methods. I would highly recommend Jennifer Bagby for any personal issues you or a family member may be having - trust me you will not regret seeing her. I am finally well on the way to a full and happy life - one that I now know I deserve.

Dr. Jennifer Bagby is wonderful, she spent time going over what worked and what didnt, and we came up with a plan that truly helped me! I had been to several other psychiatry offices and felt like I wasnt being heard, and was hurried through the appointment. Dr. Bagby helped me through my pregnancy and after, words cant Express my gratitude.

If you don’t want to be listened to go here..This place is ridiculous

This is the only therapist office where I dont feel judged or on trial. Jennifer is great. She is kind, knowledgeable, and completely honest with you. While this isnt the nicest looking place, it is still the best around. Totally recommend to anyone looking for a psychiatrist on the east side.

I felt very comfortable. She listened to me, empathized with me and treated me like a human being and answered all of my questions. Thank you for being such a kind human being. 😊

100% effective Jennifer is a rock star

In my opinion, this is the least favorite doctor that I have ever been to in my 66 years. She is very argumentative, arrogant and very unprofessional. I told her she is not looking out for my best interest. The answer she gave me was I am the doctor. I tell you what to do. My previous psychiatrist I went to for 12 years was a great listener and understood my concerns. I am on a highly addicting medicine called Clonazepam. I was taking three 20 MG tablets a day. At her request I cut down to two. I had brain fog and was unable to remember necessary information to perform a new job I just started. She also added a lot of medication which caused severe adverse reactions. I ended up with a very low paying job with slightly more than minimum wage because my concentration was so bad. If you decide to go to Ms. Bagby, please be very concerned if she tries to change medication on you. On the positive side, she did earn her degree as a Physician Assistant Specialist.

Spends time with patients understanding there concerns! Just an overall great experience!

I go to this place today for the first time the appointment was for my 13 years old boy at 11:40 a.m the front desk lady said I have to reschedule the appointment because it was 11:35 a.m according to her I was late, very disappointed .
