The wash is fine. But I cannot cancel. For whatever reason the is my membership is not loaded into the account. I have tried three different numbers to try and get it. I have used the “contact us” option TWICE and no response. I am going in person today to them to cancel it. But I should not have to. The online account should allow me. Or they team should have messaged me back.

It is simple and fast. You can spend as much time as you like cleaning your auto.

I got a membership with this place and it was very cheap compared to other places.Unlimited washes every month and they actually mean it. Ive checked out other places and their deal is $20 a month for 2 washes per month.Here it was just $3 to sign up and after my first month its $39.95 a month and I can come in every day. The washes are awesome and virtually no spots after running it through the wash.I cant wait till summer because then the dryers will be more efficient at blowing away water droplets and drying my whole vehicle.1 thing that I do not like though.Their microfiber towels are never actually dry so if you want to wipe down your car for any droplets that the dryer didnt get off, youll have to bring your own micro fiber towels. Otherwise their towels will just dampen your vehicle and leave streaks.Thats the only reason why my review is 4 stars.Hope this helps anyone who is wondering.

My go to car wash. Great value and good customer service. I love the free vacuums and towels. My only complaint... PLEASE get new towels or wash them better. Every time I go, I have to dig thru the clean towels to find one that doesnt reek of mildew. Sometimes I just grab a towel before I think about it, then my hands smell horrible on my drive home. 🤢

I felt like I paid why to much, it seem like adding money every 2min and it looked like,I was washing my car dirty water even after rinsing off the car twice and left. after it air drying you can see the water lines on the car and they brown in color, now may be the spot free rinse wasnt working and/or the bay i was using wasnt working properly, but I wont be going back there.

Decent. Ill go again. I just did the free coupon wash, and the brushes didnt get the very back of my car. Im disabled, and washing my windshield is difficult. After I drove through I could see out my window again which was my purpose. I imagine if I did one of the upgraded washes and was able to dry my car with their towels it would have been perfect.

This car wash is an attractive mix of a good price and good wash. After several bad experiences with the last place I used to go to, I discovered this one. Ive used it twice so far and the cleaning and rinse were much better than the last place. I dont use the $5+ places so I cant compare this to them.

Got their ceramic wash and was not able to wash my car properly, went through the wash THREE times and still couldn’t wash my car and they could not figure out the issue. Writing this to warn others .

I paid for the highest tier car wash at $30 and when I was finished the car wasnt even completely clean and there were small scratches all over the car wjen we were finished. For $30 I would have been better off going to an express wash anywhere else and it would have been a better wash very disappointed

I am very particular with my reviews, I believe that a review cannot be inherently good because the place is clean and it looks decent. I believe there are a few basic things that every company should be doing and if they do not perform in those areas they deserve a 1 to 2 stars. End of story.That being said I believe a car wash should at a minimum do a few things, when you have to use your windshield wipers after their blowers are done that’s not good. When you pull into the bay to use their compressed air to get the rest of the freaking water off your vehicle in the pressure dies that’s not good either.This is what you guys do you put water on vehicles and you take water off of vehicles and you can’t manage to take the water off the vehicles. You deserve this rating. I’m finding another disappointing place to spend money at.

I’m not sure if it was an undercarriage issue. But I ran my vehicle thru their machines twice. Mind you my car had been to cobblestone, clean freak etc without any issues. My second time using my membership and my car overheats. Fan went out along with my front headlight. I’ve never had an issue at any other “car spa.” Highly unsatisfied.

So my car almost got sandwiched here. Lady in front hit her parking brake. Not the places fault exactly but I do think there should be an automatic shut off when cars get too close to one another. And maybe space the cars out a little more too? Just an idea. Other than that anxious and unnerving experience, the car wash is okay.

What a great car wash service! All you need to do is sign up for a monthly membership and keep your vehicle sparkling clean and fresh inside and out as often as you like! The electronic entry is very easy and you get the same great quality wash every time. Take some extra effort afterwards to dry off and vacuum out all the crumbs! In and out as quickly as you like. If you love your car this is so much easier than doing it yourself at home! Hope you like it as much as I do!

I am calling from last 20 days to reach to a human, in order to cancel my membership as I left the town. and I am being charged the membership fee from last two month without using any services from them.there is no way you can communicate to them if you are not in town. i mean even no email address on the website, since phone is never being answered by a human

Most of the time I really like this location. Good car wash and I like how they provide towels to use. Also, the bays are good sized. The only thing I didnt like this last visit was getting the hard sell on one of their car wash memberships by an employee at the entrance. Aggressive and annoying. If it happens again, Ill simply find another car wash to start going to.

Paid for the mid grade wash that did my tires.... Ah NO..... didnt even touch my tires let alone shin them. Told an attendant, he gave me a voucher to go back through. The tire cleaners came on this time. Wht wheel wells were still dirty so not sure if the undercarriage cleaners were working either.

Have used cobblestone with no issue with my jeep/lights.1st time used this car wash. The wash grabbed a light near the windshield and smashed it back into the windshield and created 2 long cracks.Since the lights were after market, they wouldnt do anything to help fix. Not even a free wash.Attendant said they should have turned off something but didntUse cobblestone. No issues there.

Popped in for a quick wash today. Guess I picked the wrong lane, one I have been using for over a year. Couple of guys come over and give me grief over using it, mind you there is no one behind me. I still proceed to pay and bearded guy is like this is for membership only, you live in the area or passing through? Whats it matter to him? I am paying for your service back off.Nutshell here, the car wash is fine but these guys with the thug attitude earned 2 stars. Cool it bros, its a carwash not an exclusive night club.

Membership makes it super convenient to just drop by anytime for a quick wash. The fact they provide moist towels to wipe down your car is a nice touch. Air hoses need to be about 1-2 feet longer so I can reach the back end of my truck

Such a great spot.. the one thing I love is the bug remover buckets where you can brush yourself.. I can actually remove the bugs from the car and then head in to the carwash allowing me to actually remove the bug residue not just smear it again. they also provide long free towels to clean your entire car. the vacuums work great.

Its just over a year old and is already showing its wear. Tips missing off compressed air hoses. Air hoses split so lots of pressure lost. But, over all quicker then doing it myself. OWNER: Will you please stop being cheap and just replace the hoses today are split? :)

We have a membership here. It it great when it is working properly. Over the last 3 months, more and more things have broken down, and the company wont fix them. They seem to be having financial problems. They said most people dont notice the problems... unacceptable!

Membership- I signed up for the monthly membership and used it for awhile. Then when I wasn’t going to be using it anymore I called and left a message. No return call. Then had bank reverse charge following month. I have called over 4 months and no one answers phone or returns voicemail. Buyer beware

Last Saturday my husband and I went to wash and vacuum his car. I had my car keys and house keys in my pocket of my sweat shirt. When I bend down to dry the bottom the bumper my keys slipped out and went down the sewer drain. I did not panic but I went to ask the workers for help. Between Will and John they manage to get my keys out. I am so grateful for them taking the time to fish my keys out of the sewer. To me this is great customer service.

When you get there, theres a bucket with a brush outside with special formula to help remove bugs. The vacuums work great and they have loaner towels. I also like the convenient location next to the gas station.

We come a couple times a week, as we have the membership and my husband is obsessed with our SUV. We havent had any issues with the car wash damaging our SUV and it is pretty large. The staff is really great and they have vending machines with air fresheners and cleaning stuff, which is convenient. The vacuums always work great and the location is always very clean.

I paid $10 for a soaking wet car that I had to hand dry with their dirty towels and vacuum myself???Ive been to better and cheaper Rinse Rides. They give free car sent papers and the blow driers actually work.This one is junk! Fix your driers!

We have a package for this car wash so we can go through multiple times if we please. On our most recent visit there was a malfunction in the system and we got the bottom wash instead of the one above. The employees were super apologetic and we got the wash we paid for. It is a newer car wash and I highly recommend this place.

To be honest, everytime I take any vehicle to get a wash. I always end up doing more work because it leaves swirl marks all over my vehicles... if you dont car about your cars paint then go right on in

Pretty decent little car wash! We drove 2 cars here to test it out. I LOVED the vacuums and compressed air. Great set up. I didnt love that my car was still a little grubby on the back, but it was pretty dirty to start with. Rather than pay for more expensive washes, Ill probably get a monthly pass of cheaper washes and go more frequently.

Left this car wash just a bit ago and when I stepped out of my car I couldnt help but laugh. Hilariously bad streak marks. The only thing preventing this from getting one star is that the parts of my car that actually got washed got washed pretty well Disappointing to say the least.

This is the worst car wash I have ever gone to. Not only did they damage my tuck I was told they were going to fix it and came back on their word and said they were not going to fix it anymore. It took two weeks for me to hear a response and they wouldnt even return my phone calls I personally had to drive out of my way to go back to that location to talk to the store manager Henry and he just smiled with a little grin and said Im sorry theres nothing we can do for you. As Im walking out frustrated I see a sign on their wall that says customer service is our number one priority I looked at him pointed at it and told him that he should take that down because that was totally false of what they were supporting because if it was the case my truck will be fixed. I had even asked to have the owner call me which Henry did not relay the message to him so I asked him if I could have the owners number so that I could personally call and he said that he wouldnt give it to me. I highly recommend anybody that goes here will not get a true customer service experience and that if anything happens to your vehicle they will not fix it.

Its good - little hard to get into if youre going south on Gilbert. Be aware of their cancellation policy, however - requires a written explanation to opt out of the monthly billing and gets processed up to 2 weeks after giving it to the attendant. I definitely double checked to see if they charged me after cancellation.

First time going to this location. Paid for the $18 wash which included everything except one tire upgrade option (called the Managers Special). The wash was just ok, leaving obvious dirt streaks on my hood and above the windshield. The rise stage isnt very comprehensive:when my car got to the last stage (drying), there were still fairly large bubble clumps along my windshield wipers. Fortunately the air dry blew the bubble clumps off but the rise should have taken care of it. All-in-all, I think its too expensive for the job it does and it certainly feels rushed, with the end results reflecting that. I had to spend quite a bit of time in the self-serve area afterwards to clean-up all the dirt streaks and finish drying off my car.

I’m updating my review, although I’ve been frustrated at times, they really do a great job!!I’ve been a happy customer until today when I was confronted like I was stealing a wash. I’ve got 3 vehicles that I pay a monthly fee on and the long haired person with pink heart sunglasses confronted me on the other end of the wash like I was a thief. Not a happy person and I’ll start looking for a new car wash.

I cannot understate my disappointment. I used this car wash for the first time on 4/13/17. I pulled up to the bug wash pre-rinse area where there was an employee changing the water/soap buckets. I mentioned it was my first time and I asked about the process. At this point I should have been WARNED about the loose brushes. Instead while I was brushing my car I ended up with a 12 scratch on the driver door of my car. When I spoke to the two employees at the entrance of the car wash and advised them of the incident they stayed, yep, the brushes are loose and exhibited a - I dont really care attitude. I looked for corporate contact information online and could not find anything. I called the store and the employee that answered said he did not have any infirmation on how I could file a complaint. Learn a lesson from me... be careful with the brushes.

This is a nice self serve car wash. Strong vacuums and good wash - though these drive through washes never fully dry the car so I bring a towel.

Went through the car wash today (5/13/18) and my Jeep ended up getting stuck on a roller brush, blocking us on the track. We were hit by a truck that was behind us and that truck was then hit by a car behind them before the employee realized there was an issue and shut the wash down. My jeep recieved damage to the rear from the truck rear ending us as well as damage to the fiberglass hardtop as well. The employee had the 3 of us fill out a damage claim and mentioned that the wash would get ahold of us for insurance purposes. We reviewed the camera footage which showed that the wash had malfunctioned which in turn caused the accident. The employee agreed that the wash was at fault. As of right now I am giving this establishment 1 star. Depending on how the company handles my damage claim, I will edit my post then.Edit: After discussion with Henry, the GM and Angela the Operations Manager we were able to come to a conclusion and my damages were taken care of. I still dont think Ill ever be back, but I appreciate the company taking care of the issue. Ill leave it with 3 stars.

Their marquee advertised closing at 6:00. Showed up at 5:15 and they were already closed. Thats a good way to lose business, and they just lost mine. This is the second time this has happened.
