I reached out regarding interest in a property and asked what I needed to do. The agent spoke in a very demeaning way. Very unprofessional. I would not recommend their service to anyone.

I rented a townhouse for 2 years with this company. Over the 2 years, I did not have any major problems or issues. However, at the end of our lease, we were very disappointed. We asked for an extension of a couple of months on our lease since we were in the home buying process. We were initially told that we could stay in the home. My husband then received a call from the landlord that he was moving back to his home and needed his home vacant. As you can imagine, this was extremely stressful especially since I had a newborn to take care of. I almost had a nervous breakdown, as we scrambled to find a new rental before we bought a house. We ended up having to find an apartment and had to put our stuff in multiple storage units. To make matters worse, Carmen who was the salesperson we dealt with let us know she is keeping a portion of our money for all these repairs and cleaning that we were not responsible for. We were very disappointed with all the stress that occurred at the end of our rental agreement and for that, I would not recommend this company.

Mary and Al were just amazing. Those little things that make such a difference: Gift pens, taper measure, note pad, and organized portfolio. They are so patient. They are very professional and are a truly sweet couple. I will be inviting them to future events of ours.
