My experience with this company was very negative. The quality of work put into my website was below average for the 8,000+ spent for a custom website. This company simply paid for a plan under WordPress which has tons of themes and plugins that makes website building very easy. Most people dont know this unless they are already familiar with WordPress. ACS is very deceptive in their business practices and when you question anything about the details on the hows and whys then they become very defensive and unprofessional. Just one example: I requested a photo gallery on one of my pages and was charged $235 for what they said took 2.5 hours but in fact it only took less than 5 minutes. How do I know? I researched WordPress and had a few conversations with them and they explained the process of uploading pics into my specific theme ACS used for my webpage. I ran from this company after the first year when hosting expired and I suggest anyone considering them to create their website to do the same.

Perhaps I should wait until my project is completed before I post this but, I am very impressed so far with ACS Creates. The team working on my project is very responsive and professional. They are very motivated and there enthusiasm is contagious. I am very impressed so far! I have no doubt my experience will end well and my project will turn out to be outstanding! As a small business leader in my company, I had to identify a vendor who could assist me in the development of our corporate rebranding, which included a need for a complete website overhaul as well updates to existing print collateral. After my first meeting with ACS Creative, I knew that I found reliable and professional partners in Chris and Eddy who were exactly the right experts I needed to help take my companys marketing and branding needs to the next level. At every step of the process and also during other ad hoc requirements I had, ACS Creative was enthusiastic and always delivered high quality service to us. For that, they will continue to earn our business.

Our organization is a non-profit that worked with ACS and we have nothing but negative things to say about this company. First off, their billing practices are less than straight forward and we have often gotten bills from these folks that left us scratching our heads. When questioned about the invoices, ACS failed to properly and directly answer our questions. The skill set set of their designers was not impressive at all and we paid for quite a bit of revisions because their designers were not able to grasp the needs of our organization. The website ACS created was quite frankly very pathetic for the nearly $8,000 that we spent. They essentially created a Homepage and an interior page which they filled in with text. By and large, there was no creative design on each of the interior pages, just literally copy and pasted text. It should be noted that $8,000 was only for this design and coding. ACS also did not properly inform our organization of the appropriate options when choosing the format of our site. We provided all the content and the stock images. When asked a simple question about how to create terms and conditions for our site, Chris (from ACS) told us to Google it. Excellent! Let us pay you folks 8k so that we can Google solutions for our website. The final straw came when Chris threatened to charge us for more revisions if we changed parts of the text (by parts I mean a few words). We sent an e-mail directly addressed to their owner and have not received a response from him to date. In fairness to ACS, Chris stated that the company would pay for any further revisions; however, we simply did not believe ACS could produce a website that would represent our organization well. We wish that we had done more due diligence on ACS Creative Inc before working with them. It appears that they are not accredited by the BBB. At this point, we have cut our losses and brought on a new design firm who has put together a outstanding website that meets our needs and is much much better than anything ACS created for us. We would not recommend ACS Creative to anyone and we are currently researching legal avenues to recoup part of the money we paid this company.

Overall, ACS is great company for your basic marketing needs! They are quick and will work with you until you are satisfied with the design.

We have used ACSCreative for design and printing work for many years for our newsletter, Christmas card and many other materials. We love the quality of the designs and are pleased to say they work quickly. They also are a pleasure to work with in that they respond to questions quickly and clearly. We recommend 100%.This is a second review, written three years after the first (2015 now). Our non-profit still uses ACSCreative and is still very happy. I think their work is beautiful. Just as important, they still work fast. Our non-profit always has a lot of projects going and sometimes we get ideas at the last minute (or we are so busy with projects we start to get behind schedule). ACSCreative has been great at turning things around quickly and never complaining when I did not give them much time. It also helps that we love the work so much we often have little or no revisions. The ACSCreative crew is really friendly, too! We still recommend 100%!

UPDATEAfter months of not hearing from ACS, we suddenly receive another invoice for nearly $3,000. In total, this company is billing our non-profit organization over $10,000 for the creation of a website that looks like a poorly designed word-press template. Just take a look at my initial review below if you want more details about the quality of work they did for our organization. I have never dealt with a company in any industry whose billing practices lack so much transparency and are just so embarrassingly unorganized. In addition to receiving invoices at random times, the actual bills have contained vague categories and descriptions that make it very difficult to understand what we are paying for. Our group is in the process of filing a formal complaint against this company with Marylands Attorney General. We are also contacting local media outlets to future publicize our ordeal with this ACS Creative. Save yourself the headache and AVOID this company. There are plenty of reputable and trustworthy web development companies out there.
