Love this location! All the girls at the desk are BEYOND sweet. They have done a great job dealing with Covid-19. Very sanitary. So glad I found a gym I love going to!

Love this place and the ladies that work there are awesome.
I thought after I came out of my first free session that I would never want to come back again because I’d be too sweaty and hot, and while yes I was sweaty, the sauna has dry heat so it really wasn’t that bad. Afterwards, I felt cleaner and lighter and had more energy. I absolutely love it!! I’ve told all my friends about it and now they can’t wait to try it too!
