In my 16 years of having a power wheelchair attached to my backside I have made and utilized many adaptations. There are a lot of very helpful ideas and products available and sometimes it becomes a tangled morass to find just the right product to fit your own disability. It was to help me navigate that confusion that brought me to do business with ATR (Adaptive Technology Resources, Inc.) Im a quadriplegic with no use of his hands or legs living alone 17 miles from town so it was imperative for me to find good telecommunications equipment that I could run by voice from my chair whether I was in the house or in the woods were I spend much of my time. I spoke with several TEPP vendors with limited success until the folks at ATR, namely Shantell, picked up the phone. From that moment forward I had a solid guide to lead me through the budgeting and purchasing process to get the specific equipment I need delivered directly to my door. I owe a tremendous amount of gratitude to the Wisconsin TEPP program as well as to Shantell at ATR. The kind, professional, and efficient help I received was greatly appreciated. Thank you.
