Chester at iFix is amazing. Brought in an iPhone XR with a broken rear camera. Told me exactly what needed done and did it quickly and with the best customer service ever. A repair I thought would take a day or two he completed in 15 minutes. I will never go anywhere else for a repair and recommend you bring your devices here.

Worked out well-- broke the digitizer on an iPad 6th gen. Went to Apple Store; they couldnt get me an appointment for 3 days. Walked across the street and iFix it got it repaired in about an hour.

I came to this location hoping they could replace my cracked screen faster than other location; my wish came true! My phone was fixed within 30 minutes and the man who helped me was very polite and helpful. I hope I don’t have to use them again, but they are a great resource ‘just in case’.

His customer service exceeded all my expectations!CON: However, I will ONLY do business with Chester being he is not only the only African American in the store but his colleagues are disgustingly rude and disrespectful. I couldnt recall their names but one with the curled beard will always be remembered for my unpleasant experience.

Wow..... if you need your phone fixed this is definitely the place to go. While I was visiting Memphis I dropped my phone and my screen shattered. I found this location on Google and decided to stop by and see if they could fix my phone before I headed to the Airport. I was shocked when the gentleman said he could fix it today and it would be ready in 30 mins. Sure enough my phone was fixed within 30 mins (like he promised). The phone is like branded new and it wasn’t expensive.

I had taken my phone to another store to be repaired and it was going to take 2-3 hours and the cost was more, I fix was done in 30-45 minutes my screen was perfect it looked like a brand new phone. I was very pleased with the price and how fast they were.

Are you open? Are you closed? There are so many confusing papers on your door saying both. My confusion would have been cleared if you would have picked up the phone one of the ten times I called the store for help. I don’t even know how I’m able to type this without having an epileptic seizure due to my phone screen looking like it’s at a rave.

I couldnt get an appointment at the Apple store for another week, so decided to try iFix, right across the street. I called them first and explained my problem with my grandsons phone. They were very helpful and told me to come right over. They checked it out, gave me a price quote, and had it ready in less than an hour! Nice technicians, great work, and fast service for a reasonable price. What more could I ask for? Ill be back if another phoneever breaks.

We had issues with the location on poplar. Poplar had us waiting for a screen change for over 5 hours. Lied to us on numerous occasions for no reason.Chester took care of us in 15 min at this location. He was expecting us due to the other location calling in advance. We walked in and he pulled up our account. He repaired the screen in 15 min. Great service and friendly customer service. I would choose this location over any other location.Phone looks like new again.

I came in for a shattered screen for an iPad Air first gen...told me they were gonna take an hour, and picked it up same day. Prices vary but they’re affordable. Definitely recommend if you have a cracked screen that needs fixing

Took old iPhone by iFix at 3:30 pm. Needed a new battery. Picked it up at 5:15 all ready to go! Has a year’s warranty as well. Cost less than $50! Couldn’t get through Apple’s door. This will be my last Apple iPhone but with these guys, I may have it a lonnnnggggg time!

I left a review on yesterday regarding my TERRIBLE experience at this establishment and they got it deleted. Just further proves how unprofessional/ disrespectful this company is . I went to Ifix on Friday afternoon and was inquiring about getting the body of my phone fixed . When I asked about pricing Chester (I believe his name was) quoted me $200, I then simply said to myself (thinking aloud) “hm I might need to go to Apple” just to compare prices. He then told me in the most condescending tone “your more than welcome to take yourself back across the street then” .. when I expressed to him how rude and unnecessary that comment was he then went on a rant calling me “sis” and telling me how he’s the “only person at Ifix who can fix the body of a phone” .. as if Ifix is the only phone repair company in the city of Memphis. I’ve never had to leave a negative review in my life and the fact that my review was deleted further proves my point. I’ll be checking back to see if this is still up... if not I’ll kindly leave another 🤗

Hello! I dropped my phone off to have my screen replaced and I am very pleased it is fixed! It didn’t take very long.I am a little disappointed that the forward facing camera pictures look like a kaleidoscope because it still has something wrong with it but I didn’t specify for them no fix it. So not their fault.However, the vendor did charged my card a total of three or four times. We called them yesterday to let them know but they said they didn’t see additional charges. We called our credit card company today and they do see the charges as pending so I have to get with the store tomorrow to see what’s going on. Very frustrating

I RECOMMEND WHOLEHEARTEDLY TO EVERYBODY !!!I used it I fix a couple months ago to replace my daughter’s IPhone X screen. The service was prompt and satisfying. The employees very friendly. Fast forward and that same phone takes a dive in the tub. I went to a different place (not naming it). Not only was their price was higher for a screen replacement but the agent, friendly as he was, he over sold everything...obviously I wasn’t sold. After I left I turned around picked up my phone because in my calculation I will be paying more with them than at the Apple store plus I didn’t trust them not to fudge the bill.Next day braving the storm I drove to Ifix again, in less than 40 min they contacted me with a diagnostic and a cost and they were no hidden costs. When I picked it up a different agent was there and he was great, helped me pick a case for the phone and was overall very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.Thank you so much

On Jan 13th I brought an iPhone 6+ in to repair a cracked screen and a home button that had become inoperable. The employees were friendly and knowledgeable. The cost to repair was reasonable. The phone was repaired in about 45 minutes and worked as expected. My favorite part of the entire transaction is leaving the store with the feeling that iFix appreciated my business and I appreciated having a phone that worked!

Been here twice in the last week. First time for a battery - which unfortunately they couldn’t fix but were quick to let me know and no charge! Second for a cracked screen. Repaired quickly! They are always nice and helpful. Good place to have when you have kids who destroy their phones!

The LED screen lights on my phone went out. They fixed it and under 45 minutes. What a relief.

Seriously 10/10. It is located just across the street from the Apple Saddle Creek store. The Apple store was 0% helpful and had no solutions for me to recover the 10,000 photos that were stuck on my “water damaged” phone. 5 minutes in iFix, and turns out no water damage and I just need a new screen. Phone works great, took less than 5 minutes. Customer service was excellent, so helpful and efficient. The price was unbelievably cheap, so thankful!!

Great service and very professional! Gave good advice as well. They we’re willing to fix what the Apple store, AT&T, and Best Buy Geek Squad would not. Apple designs their phones these days to break easier and force you to buy another so take it here first.

My clumsy son dropped his phone and shattered the screen. He was afraid it was going to cost a lot of money to fix and he would be without his phone for days. It was very good priced and it was done in 15 minutes.

IFix was recommended by some neighbors. They did a great job fixing my iPad screen (after an impromptu adventure with my children)! They were quick to finish the repair and pleasant to work with. While I hope I never have to return, I definitely will if needed!

The employees were nice and they finished putting my new screen in quickly, but while the screen looks fine it goes unresponsive and I have to lock and unlock my phone to get it to work right now.

Our rather large and exuberant puppy collided with my sons Xbox One, knocking it to the tile floor. After watching YouTube videos to try to fix it ourselves, we couldnt get it to turn on so we took it to iFix. Turned out we were close but not exactly right on the fix so the awesome employee diagnosed it, fixed it, and showed us it was working again in just over an hour for no charge. Its not often someone follows up like they promise. The next time something breaks (inevitable with said puppy and four kids), well go to iFix.

My screen on my IPhone 6s Plus was completely battered. Huge chunks were missing and the entire screen was half way detached when I took it to them.
