One of the most widely used products, an HP 94 black ink cartridge, was not available. It had not been on the shelves since May 2021!!?? The manager of the store was most discourteous and had no skills concerning customer relations.

I went there to buy school supplies. I couldn’t find all the things on my list. But overall good place to get office supplies. The entry is little difficult from S germantown parkway.

Horrible customer service. Copy center is run by staff that had no idea what they were doing. Manager was the most unfriendly. Prefer next time they just tell me its closed vs. the 30 minute wait to print out four papers. Refuse to go back.

Slowest place I ever seen

Today I went in to get business cards made. There was two men in front of me and a lady being waited on. The two men in line had been for fifteen minutes to get waited on. The lady behind me had a poster board that she place a order for on Monday and they said it would be ready. Needless to say it was not ready and her event was at 10:00. Every time I go in they act like they are clueless. Needless to say I will not be going there again.

I pass this place all the time and had no idea it was here but Im so glad that it is! I was looking for printer ink and it took less than 5 minutes for the whole process. The clerk was really nice!

I always find very good deals here. I visit the store some times just to see the mark down items and I always find something that I need at home for a whole lot better prices than even online deals. I also do bunch of printing work with them and I have nothing but good things to say about their work quality and staff.

Only reason for 1 less Star is the Location is awful. Hard to get to the store from Germantown Road or through adjacent Walgreens parking lot. PUTTING THE OFFICE IN OFFICE: the staff was friendly, I was able to easily walk in, browse around their office furniture area, which is nicely laid out for ease of visualizing the placement of each item when youd want them. There is as in most stores an area person assigned to assist with retrieving your purchased items since most are in their shipping boxes and are not out in the floor area, upon notification she readily retrieved the item and when I explained the need to hold for pick-up they set it aside due to the size so that I could get it the next day. The store was clean and well organized with sales/clearance items staged for review - thereby saving you time if you are looking to get in and out. 😎

I trust this location for all my printing needs, whether simple handouts, workbooks, or large laminated poster boards. Sometimes busy, but always courteous and professional. Send the file by email, then call to confirm your agreed upon time for pick-up. Always works for me!

I have recently visited Getmantiwn office Depot, found excellent customer service. Was taken care of in a timely manner at the print center. The black guy there sorry dont know his name, but was told he is the manager of that area. He is the one who has often been there. Found him always happy to help.

Had a good experience. Asked an employee if he can tell where a product is. He actually took me to it. Good work.

Store has a fairly good inventory, but there is no one inside to help you. Took me almost 20 minutes to find someone to answer my question.

Horrible service in the printing department. Needed help with 200 booklets and nobody seemed to care. Leaving now to find another place. Wish Kinkos was open on Sundays, they always do whatever they can to help.

I came here to buy some supplies in order to create a portfolio for work. They staff seemed busy socializing and when I went up to a group of them, they seemed dismissing of my needs, telling me what aisle I needed and then went right back to talking. The store was clean and well organized but I didnt appreciate the dismissiveness of the staff.

I needed help with a very special print job. The customer service was great and the product turned out beautifully!
