Update: Were currently about 4 months into the consulting process and the tools that SBGP uses has helped us transition from a one person show to a team of leaders that rallies behind our group. Chris and his team helped me develop of business plan of actions for my business and I must say I am thoroughly impressed! I really had no idea what to expect at the beginning of the process. I knew I had to devote some time over the course of a few weeks to help them find out all of the intimate details of my business. And I knew that I would have a plan presented to me. But, I had no idea it would be as detailed and thorough as it was. The BPA is truly a tool that can help any business in any aspect of its journey really focus on where they are, what they need to focus on, and then what to focus on when. I hope this wasnt a spoiler for anyone! You really have to go through the process to experience it yourself!
