Great hospitality and customer service. the technician, javier, did a great job in explaining things he did to my car, which did not make me feel clueless. only charged me for the brakes even though he looked at my car and tightened a couple things as well! will definitely be coming back

So long story short - I had just come back from California and had 5 days to buy a car and head to school. I got a used car and took it here for inspection and (surprise) it failed! So they offered to fix the two things for me, I called around about 6 other shops but this place was offering me the best price. He even did me a favor a waived the re-inspection fee for me, all while doing the inspection, windshield replacement, front tie rod replacement and alignment all in a span of 2 days, without any appointment or notice ahead of time. Like I said, I was in a rush to move into college so I was *hoping* there wouldn’t be too many issues with the car but I was helped quickly and at a fair price. Will be coming back!

The best team to fixed and change oil to my cars

My car battery died, so I got a jump and drove to this place immediately because of its convenience and it was recommended by someone as a Fair priced garage. Think again. I dropped my car off and it took them a couple of hours to even look at it, but gave me the impression that it would be looked at within an hour. After they looked at it, they gave me a call and said that the price of the new battery was $250 without tax!!! Now, I understand its not a super common battery, but I looked it up online and called a few places and the highest price I could find around this area for the same type of battery was about $160. On the document you sign upon going in, it states that the customer will not be charged by more than 10% of the cost of the items to be replaced unless they are notified and approve of a higher than 10% up charge. I understand this is a business but trying to charge almost $100 more than the price of the battery is absolutely insane! I got the same exact battery with the same warranty at another garage just down the street installed and with corrosive protectors for less than the cost of what the battery alone was going to cost me here. I would have given them one star, but they did jump me in order to get to the next garage to get my car repaired so I bumped it up to 2 stars. All in all not a great experience, and I would not recommend getting your car repairs done here.
