I have never felt more unimportant as a customer and fellow employed person in my entire life.. I called to speak to the HR lady, Evelyn, who was so rude and had no interest in answering my simple questions. She is the most unhelpful he representative I’ve ever spoken to in my years of calling to request verifications of employment for home loans. All I would simply ask if if she had received my fax I sent her and she would just continue to tell me that she has very important work to do. I called the front desk to request speaking to someone else. She then asked me if something was wrong, so I told her that I wasn’t being helped with Evelyn and she started to interrupt me as I was talking to her about the unfortunate issue I was having that could be easily solved. I told her to not talk over me and she just hung up. And now they refuse to answer my phone calls..I’m just trying to do my job and all they’re telling me is they’re too busy to do their job. What can I do to help their fellow employee get their home loan now??
Amentum left all the people who worked for them in Afghanistan. While all other companies took their employees to safe heaven. Our colleagues emailed and contacted to everyone they could and no one cared. YOU only take advantage from people but dont want to help people in need.
Ive worked for Amentum (prior AECOM, prior URS, prior Washington Group International) for over 13+ years. It was my first full-time employment out of college and Ive grown it into my career. The company is extremely loyal to its people and has an unswerving dedication to safety. WIth the HUGE opportunities created by the spinout into an independent company + the recent acquisitions, this is a GREAT place to help create the future in an industry that doesnt really change the top players all that much.
Recluiters need to be more clear when applicants are applying to jobs and they are use in proposals. They send you offer letters and them make you wait a lot of months to them tell you you are not qualified.The hire process is good but when you have to contact their FSO or security department are rude and unprofessional. This company need to improve in this area.
