Katie did a great job! These blinds are so much better than what I had, love having cordless. She is friendly, professional and was very quick to get back with me. Installation was fast, and I appreciated her willingness to mask up. Her assistant Mackenzie was wonderful as well. Don’t do it yourself, call Katie!

I just love Katie! She has been delightful to work with on our home window treatments. I have always found window treatments to be the hardest thing to decide on for my home. Katie came in and chatted with me and got a sense of my style and what I was looking for right away. She knew exactly what I would like and picked the perfect material for our shades. I am in awe at how beautiful these window treatments are and the transformation of our space . . . it feels so clean and refreshed. I was so excited to finally get custom window treatments in our home, but Budget Blinds of Georgetown has ruined all excitement. The owner is very unprofessional when doing follow ups regarding the project timelines. She installed our blinds and damaged one during the process. I took a while to make a section in Regards to a change, but gave her our final decision on March 30 2021… well here we are on October 1 2021 and no updates, still have a window treatment with a hole (that she attempted to make better for the time being) as we know white naturally gets dingy as time goes on, so I am assuming time she ever replies or installs the. we will have different color window treatments. Thanks Katie for your lack of professionalism. I will never do business with her again and have already told friends NEVER! Please note: I understand COVID shipping times but to not update in the process, not even once, has built my frustration with this company.

Katie did a phenomenal job of installing blinds in our new home. She came to our house with all kinds of samples to choose from so we could actually see them in person, and made great suggestions that made sense for our home and budget. All of the blinds were installed perfectly and look fantastic. My wife and I 100% recommended Budget Blinds!

Katie was Great! I had a very odd situation in an upstairs attic bedroom, and her measurements were spot on, installed in very little time . It was perfect . Excellent job and very very patient! I moved from the home that I have been in for almost 35 years and had a new house build. I was a little sad a little happy but very very confused. I started off by contacting those because my husband is a veteran and he gets a 10 percent discount. Of course when I called the phone rang and rang and rang and I thought I dont even want to get started with this at the store. So I seen the review where a lady had said Katie at Budget Blinds was is cheaper cheaper than Lowes. And I called her. My goodness what a wonderful kind person. I didnt know what I was doing Ive had the same blinds for years and drapes :-) the Fabrics of what I purchased are more than beautiful and the blackout blinds work wonderfully. I could not be happier. And would definitely recommend her and would absolutely use her again. I called Katie at Budget Blinds of Georgetown to help with my patio door window covering. She suggested a light filtering shade with a crown molding header instead of a cornice board. It is simply stunning! Functional! Stylish! Easy to open and close, and to adjust for light control. I am so happy with this product and with the service I received from Katie. I love my blinds, wasn’t sure before they were installed, but afterwards, WOW they surpassed my expectations of what they would be like.love love them. The look from the outside is as aswesome as from the inside. Easy to clean. As a bit of a fanatic about cleaning this was great unlike faux blinds and roller blinds. I just wipe off from inside open up and wipe off again. Katie Welleford came and measured then came back to install. She was so precise on her measurements they fit perfect. She was professional, clean and quick, and her personality was professional as well as friendly. Feel in love with her as well.
