This is a nice modern facility with lots of tractors, mowers, etc... . This review is for the parts department and that department stinks. I called at noon to get a part, was told part was in stock and the price, said I was on my way. Flash forward to 1pm. I arrived to get part and was told that the part had been requisitioned by a service tech and was no longer available. Yes, they only have one of these common parts in stock.Asked if I could order the part and was told I could and that it would be in some time next week. Asked if they could see if another Ewald might have it and I could drive and pick it myself.That was when I was told that I could really just go to any auto parts store and probably get. I realized at that moment that the gentleman helping me was more concerned with eating his lunch than taking care of a customer and I left.Sad, before they started expanding Ewald was always first rate.

Parts department earned the business after del valle screwed up. I ordered a 72 blade for diesel mower and they gave me some other blade for a gas mower. G town store had it in stock and traded me out with no issues.

My first adventure into a future tractor. I had multiple questions and all were answered, thanks to Trae. I look forward to my return trip.

I bought a tractor from Ewald 3 weeks ago. Best and easiest purchase I have ever made. Justin DeSpain is extremely knowledgable.
