The executive manager is great. The staff is awesome. The case manager Maggie needs to learn how to talk to people. Not very professional. When there is a problem with one of the residents at the shelter she will talk to them in front of everybody instead of being a professional and pulling them off to the side. She needs to think before she speaks. When staying at the shelter residents are already at a low point. When she talks to the residence she makes them feel more depressed and makes them feel even lower than what they are because of the situation that they already in.
