After trying to even get some other shops in the area to even call me back without avail, or being told it’s be 6 weeks + before I could get in the door. I called left a message, was immediately called back and scheduled in less than a week. To my surprise I arrived and they were able to fix the issue on the spot, gave great knowledgeable advice for care of my mower, didn’t try to up sell me on anything got my mower running and out the door in less than half an hour for a very fair $. Definitely check them out if you have any issues, will be recommending them to everyone and any issues i have in the furture I know where to go now!Thank you!

Took my self propelled lawn mower to be fix because it wouldn’t start. They told me it was the carburetor. I paid them to replace it, took it home and never started it up until 2 wks later. 2 wks later I tried to start it but it wouldn’t. I took it back and they told me it was bad gas. I replaced the gas and it still wouldn’t start. I took it to someone else and they told me it was the carburetor. I told this other company, the carburetor was replaced. They took it off in front of me and showed me it wasn’t.All I wanted was my lawnmower fixed, not coned.....

They are a small engine repair shop, they need to sell parts.

Was having a problem with a Stihl Leaf Blower and I couldnt figure it out myself. Nothing worked no matter what I tried. Took it to Mark Smith Small Engine, told the mechanic what the problem was and he wanted to see it right then. He tried several things with the carburetor and choke, but that was not the problem. He then checked the muffler and found a clogged filter, something I never would have thought of. He took care of the filter and it runs great. He charged me a nominal fee and I was on my way. I was thinking all along that they would at least have to rebuild the carburetor and maybe do a few other things.The mechanic could have done that and I would never be the wiser. A very fair, knowledgeable, and honest shop.

I called and spoke with Mark and arranged a pickup of my 0-turn lawnmower. Mark showed up on time and of coarse the mower started working prior to him arriving. We discussed the issue and I decided to go ahead and send it to the shop for them to see if they could run a diagnostic. Alan called within a few hours and stated they did not see anything wrong however they would let it run and follow up with a short mow. All checked out and nothing was wrong except for the way I was turning off the mower, I was actually flooding it every time and that was why it was not starting. Alan talked to me about everything and I only had a pickup and delivery charge of $50.00, they could have charged me more! I did go ahead and had them sharpen the 3 blade while they had it in. Works perfect and mows great. I highly recommend them for all small engine/mower repairs.

Mark Smith repaired the existing one in the Time Frame he promised and in an honest manner where he could have taken advantage of me $$ wise in my lack of Push Mower knowledge.
