They gave me exactly what I asked for and were careful, ensuring no damage to my wooden fence or my house where one large tree was very close and spreading over both. I was referred to Lawn Worx by a landscaper who was doing some work for us in the backyard. I needed to have a tree removed and a drainage issue solved before the landscaper could continue with his work. I contacted the owner, Jon Zimmerman, by text and he responded within the hour. He made an appointment to give us an estimate within just a few days. We agreed on what needed to be done and a price. At this juncture, I thought he was just going to take a tree down but my husband mentioned that we needed some minor drainage work done. Jon assessed the situation and quickly offered a solution and told us he had the equipment to take care of of the problem. Again, a very fair price and date was agreed upon. I was referred to Lawn Worx by someone in my neighborhood. I had 8 tree stumps I wanted taken out. I contacted John and he responded by the end of the day. He came and gave an estimate within a week. When they came to grind up the stumps, they were in and out in about 30 minutes. They were very professional and neatly piled all the shavings into the tree hole. You couldnt even tell they had been on my lawn. He gave me advice about removing the shavings and adding dirt and grass seed. Within 5 days I already had grass growing. They did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them.

Amazing service!!! Jon told me that he would get my trees taken care of Monday but would contact me Sunday to make sure weather was permitting. And guess WHAT....he texted me on Sunday and said Monday was a go. Showed up on time and wanted to speak to me before I left for work to be clear on what was to be done and how. The owner came out and was very professional in quoting the job, gave very reasonable pricing, and let me know exactly what to expect. He quoted an amount of time and was even able to get my tree removed sooner than first thought. When he and his worker came out, they were very respectful of my property and did exactly what they said they were going to do. The worker even chatted with my babbling five and two year old while he was working and answered every question they threw at him. When they were finished with the tree, they left my property looking even better than when they got here. I will need more trees removed at a later date and I will definitely call them. I called and left a message regarding tree trimming. He got back to me that very day, came for a quote soon afterwards and within a week, my trees were trimmed. I requested a quote on Saturday night to remove a Bradford Pear tree from my backyard and received a text from Jon not 30 minutes later to set up a meeting the next day to get it quoted. Jon and Tyler did an exceptional job removing 2 of our trees. One was a white pine overhanging our neighbor’s driveway. They completed the job in less than three hours! The cleanup was above and beyond what we expected as well. Not a pine needle to be found. The next tree was a large, dying ash tree. The team worked efficiently, safely and professionally. Had 2 trees trimmed away from the house and Lawn Worx did a great job. They were careful to keep the limbs from hitting the house and trimmed them back exactly like I asked. When they were done they did an excellent job of cleaning up.

Mr. Zimmerman was also very responsive in communication about scheduling. They worked hard on a hot day and left my entire yard cleaner that it was before they arrived. We have been using Lawn Worx for about a year now and could not have found a better company! Jon is always professional and explains everything thoroughly. They have always been on time and never charged us for services we didn’t need. What I mean by that is if it hadn’t rained in over two weeks and the grass isn’t growing, he would let us know that he’s not going to cut the grass ahead of time to not damage our lawn. He would explain why he wasn’t cutting the grass, that he wasn’t going to charge us that week, and that he would resume the next week. They respect the needs of the customer while offering reasonable prices. I highly recommend this company.

Jon and his team did an excellent job with clearing trees and debris from my personal property. They showed up on time and did not leave the job until every, little bit was cleared and cleaned up.
