Robert has been amazing every time I have worked with him! He is very knowledgeable and kind... Those two things alone make working with him a pleasure!

We were really excited to be purchasing a new home and the agent listed on the door was a representative of this company... he was non-responsive and when he did respond it was not informative. He was very rude and when we did put in a full asking offer we were told to meet the next day with a earnest money check and at 10PM the same night he texted our agent saying the deal was off and submit another offer due to other “offers” he failed to mention he has promised another local agent his leads for a small token of checking in on his houses a few hours away and that agent had insider information and we then got into a bidding war. We finally landed the house and still the agent was unresponsive up to the day of closing when we needed a few items addressed on the home inspection he emailed back and said do not send the inspection I do not have time to read it... WHAT?!Unbelievably poor quality for a realtor and border line broke fair housing with the persistent financial questions to our lender even after we were approved. Will absolutely be making a call to the real estate commission and Fannie Mae for the lack of professionalism and unwillingness to communicate from this agent.
