Great way to experience a slower way of life. Only $5 a car! Careful though, ferry only accommodates 6 vehicles. But the ferry is very accommodating about any vehicle waiting in line. Only takes 10 minutes to cross the river.

Such a neat trip. Scenic views on both sides of the river. Its a quick trip that takes about 5 minutes to get from one side to the other. Cost is $5 each way. Beautiful countryside on the Ohio side and the historic Augusta on the Kentucky side.

A great way to get from Ohio to Kentucky if you are looking for a nice ride in the country! Free to go by foot, $2 per motorcycle, $5 for cars. Its an experience everyone should have at least once in their life!

Handy ferry! Its quick and the workers are nice. Beats having to drive all the way to the Maysville Bridges. I just wish it had longer hours so you could hang out in Augusta well into the evening and still be able to get back.

My son and I came up to Ohio in 2004. The price is still the same, $5, and the young man who took my money was so sweet, and cute!

Higginsport Ohio or Augusta Kentucky is how you can locate it with Google. Better than any amusement park ride at $5 and Views that can only be seen otherwise on a boat. My waits have been shorter than what google figures

Always use the ferry when crossing to Miller lumber. May take a few minutes but worth taking a break in life to do something different. And its the only way to get to Millers lumber and they rock!

Fun to cross over the Ohio River. On foot it is 50 cents, by car it is $5. It is used by locals as well.
