Great people to deal with, had negotiated the sell of my car online with Jamie at what I thought was a fair price for both of us. Upon arrival with my car I was greeted promptly and went inside with Jamie and received my check and all my paperwork was ready to go, less than 5 minutes and I was ready to get out the door! Firsthand Im no way or form bashing the dealership on their business. Im informing the general public of my experience buying a vehicle from the dealership. The guys and people here are really good at the job firstmost. I commend Luke and Josh for exceptional service in trying to please the customer. But my vehicle experience has been a nightmare since I bought the 2014 Chevrolet Silverado for 23k(As is). The truck been in the shop 4 times since buying it a month ago and I still have a car note on it. The first time in the shop it was the trailer module, in which Top Gun repaired for 900+ didnt even leave the car lot yet. I was given a Dodge RAM to drive until my vehicle got repaired. After the repair the AC compressor went out, in which Top gun repaired as well 900+. Third time in the shop the power steering module went out costing me $1723.69 and now i have to put it back in the shop to get the stabalink fixed. I have learned first never buy a vehicle of that price and value with no warranty. Second, go to a certified dealership and avoid small car lots. And lastly just because it looks good doesnt mean its good. I will tell the public if you dont have the money for repairs after buying the vehicle go to a reputable and certified dealership. I have all receipts to justify my claim as well.

We just can’t begin to say enough good things about this dealership. This was the absolute best car buying experience we have ever experienced. In fact, it was fun. We’ve always almost dreaded shopping for cars because of high pressure sales tactics and the back and forth of negotiating. We located a Lexus RX 350 on the internet which happened to be at Top Gun. I left an email late one night inquiring about the vehicle. We received a call promptly from Landon as soon as the dealership opened. After speaking with him, we drove the three hours to look at it. The vehicle was waiting out front ready for us. Boo handed us the keys and we loved driving the car. Upon our return Landon had a deal waiting for us. It was so good that we said yes immediately. We spent some time with Josh in finance and again there was no pressure. Everyone in this dealership was relaxed, fun and great to work with. We left happy and feeling like we just made new friends. That says a whole lot considering they did not have to do anything! The truck we bought was bought AS_IS like at most dealers. However, they were upfront and never hesitated to solve our issue! I have bought Mini Cooper S from these guys and I would be hard pressed to find a used car dealership with better customer service and more integrity. There were several issues that needed to be addressed with my Mini before I concluded the deal, and the guys addressed them all. One by one on their own costs, until the car was purring like a kitten. They even gave me a loaner to drive until my car was ready. They really do care about customers. So 5 stars from me.

I have never done business with them, but I do like the layout of their website and including so many photos with each vehicle for sale. Sadly I am looking for a sports coupe and this lot seems to carry mostly suvs, trucks and sedans.

I will never buy another vehicle from them. Since October I have spent $2000 on the Jeep I paid cash for and still counting. Its very obvious they do not have vehicles checked by a mechanic before they put them up for sale.
